Probably the least Chick Fil A professional staff. The drive through guys call you dude or bro. I used the app to order to get quicker though drive thru. Nope. They charged my card on the app then said they couldn't tender the order causing one nugget meal order to cost me almost $20 when I had to pay cash as well. Called the store when I saw my banking online where they charged me. The manager said it Should go back in my account. Even called the App help line. They are even less help. Very unhappy with these guys. Need new training as these guys are not good. read more

Our salads were AMAZING.... Our service was GREAT - starting with the manager who welcomed us as we were walking in the door (tired travelers from California)! Every single employee in the restaurant was friendly and helpful. Best ever!!! read more

This is the worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to. The service sucks. The whole staff has an attitude. The girl in the window precedes to have a conversation with a guy about her phone number and when she gets off work while there is a 15 minute line in the drive thru. I order a salad with my chicken on the side. This comes with an 8 count nugget or 3 chicken strips. This location gave me 6 chicken nuggets, when I asked for strips, they cut up 2 chicken strips and put it in a sandwich bag. Quite annoying and petty this location skims on the serving size to save money. On another occasion, the manager was doing reviews in the restaurant with employees -- conversations were rude and inappropriate in front of customers. They've managed to destroy the thrill of Chick Fil - A's customer service which is not easy. 1 star for that! read more

Went to Chick-Fil-A Cleveland this morning for breakfast on my way to my daughter's tennis tournament. My Frosted Lemonade had seeds, pulp, and lemon peel in every sip. When I called back, the young man told me this happens sometimes because they use real lemon. Well, I've ordered tons of these drinks and it's never happened before. They can see what's in the lemonade before they ever mix it with the ice cream. I asked the manager at another location, and they said this should never happen. It saddens my heart to give this review, but it must be done...it must. I went to this specific location on my way between morning meetings to order a chicken biscuit meal with a Coke. This seemed like a projected quick stop based in the previous service at this specific location. This was far from the case on this day. The line was not long but it was stagnant. When I did make it up to the window my order was incorrect and they charged my card for the wrong order. This interaction added even more time to what I originally thought was going to be a in and out service. There was no real apologetic care in correcting the issue. There was no compensation of any-kind for the situation. I was in a rush to leave after I finally got the order. I was on the highway headed back to my meeting (2 mi away) when I went to take a sip of the well anticipated Coke beverage, only to be met with a flat and warm beverage. This Chick-Fil-A has a laid back feel compared to other I've been to. I saw the tablecloths and flowers and thought something was going on that day like a special promotion. Its like that in general. The staff was friendly and fast. Very cozy, I could spend a good amount of time in there reading my book and take a breather from work. Plus is free Wi-Fi. read more

As far as Chick-Fil-A's go, this one was great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They brought your food to you after you ordered. They walked around and offered refills, to take your tray and mints. There was table clothes and fresh flowers on the tables and even a little area set up with cozy chairs and back massagers. read more

The worst Chick-fil-A I have been to. The wait times in both the drive thru and inside are ridiculous. I would leave but the stupid cones that separate the drive they from the parking lot are too close to squeeze out of. I routinely get the wrong food. The only reason why this gets 2 stars is because despite the long wait times, the food is good and consistent. This is not the only Chick-fil-A that has this issue. Most of the time the staff is courteous. When I think of fast food, Chick-fil-A across the board has become a second thought. This is my second time using the drive-thru this month. Both times, it has taken over TEN MINUTES for me to receive my order. Today, I asked the gentleman at the window if they were short-staffed, and he admitted they were and have been for the past few weeks. I really enjoy Chic-fil-A, but I cannot endure these extreme wait times. Lines inside are just as long! Given the state of this economy, it is nearly impossible for me to believe that good workers cannot be found and maintained as to not unnecessarily inconvenience your customers. This Chick-fil-A is usually pretty good. I went through the drive thru tonight to get a chicken sandwich from the gifts earned through the app. (If you know how this app works then you know the more you order through the app the closer you get to a gift and how many gifts you can get). The chicken sandwich smelled really weird and not very hot and after getting home and looking at it in the kitchen light it seemed like it had some old caked up grease on it. This seems to be becoming a habit with restaurants in the area. And for a company such as Chick-fil-A I'm appalled. Closing in thirty minutes so they cook enough sandwiches for the rest of the evening and they can start cleaning the fryer. I've said it before on another review but I also work in the service industry and have worked for many top restaurant groups in Atlanta. People want to go home but the job is not over until it's time to lock the doors. The owner operator, Al Richard doesn't represent Chic-fil-a like that location did in the past when it was a corporate store. When I complained about my order being wrong, he begin telling me he'd been there 2 years and had great ratings on Yelp. More times than not the food has been sub par. Cold food. Order mixed up. When you get home with it and it's wrong, they do nothing to correct it. Mr. Richards told me he was a business man and there to make money. It seems he operates separately from the company's core values, remarking the corporate store gave everything away to please the customer. He's an arrogant butthead. This has to be the worst location in America!!! Someone from corporate needs to be made aware of the situation. They are the slowest. I have never seen anything like this and it's disappointing to say the least. I have been coming to this location for years, but this will be the last time. Even mobile ordering is slow. My daughter was late for school because the cashier couldn't find the order. I gave the order number and nothing could be located. Instead of alerting a manager immediately, the cashier left me to take another order, waited a bit, sent some food out then alerted the manager. The manger came up and found the order and started packing it up for me. The manager has a team for a reason so while she handled it...there was no urgency because the cashier never alerted her. So, there was no apology or anything. They rarely say my pleasure. And I can't tell you the number of times that I have had to pull up and wait some more after sitting in the drive thru for 15+ minutes on a good day. This is a single line drive thru location and heaven forbid if they ever decide to expand to two lanes. It's not just today, it's every single visit. Inside line, drive thru, mobile order...be prepared to wait. The customer service is lacking and this place is not up to the chick-fil-a standard! I hate to say it, but I never receive this type of service on the north side of Altanta. Come on now, we can do better than this. I was in the Cleveland Ave. Chic Fil a drive thru for approximately 20 minutes this evening. It appeared the young girls at the window was more interested in the guys with the big orange truck than moving the line. Once I finally got to the window. I received my daughter's 6 county kids meal but her sprite was given to me with an ice cream cup top with the big hole waiting to cause an accident in my vehicle. I informed the young lady with the plaits and glasses at the window that i did not want that top on the drink. she stated they were out of the tops for that particular cup and did not have anything else. I then pointed to the clear cups i could see from the window and asked if she could put the sprite in that cup since the lids were there. She wanted to go back in forth with me because you all did not have a lid to fit the cup. She was very unprofessional, she closed the window several times to discuss this with other employees who couldn't make a decision while the patrons were still standing in this long line. I then asked for a manager. She called the manager over and closed the window again. She finally poured the drink which appeared to have been sitting since i ordered it 20 minutes ago with the melted ice in the other cup with a lid.This was the most ridiculous service ever. It appears to be a different group of employees here and they need a class on professionalism and customer service. You can't be ignorant and then end your statement with my pleasure. It was as simple as changing the cups. After all i have been her so many times with items missing, flat sodas and wrong condiments so for heaven sake a cup should not been such a big issue. I am very disappointed but not surprised but don't penalize the customers because you don't have the necessary supplies in stock. Decided to try the new "egg white grill". It took almost 9 minutes to fill my order. When I arrived at my office to sit down and eat, I discovered it had no cheese on it (as their website and the picture inside the Chick Fil A clearly displays) and the English Muffin was raw, ie not toasted. This Chick- fil-A is always busy, and I normally have the quality experience, except for the last two times that I visited this location. I ordered two chick-fil-A sandwich meals, side salad and cobb salad for my family. I requested with the cobb salad a total of 3 packets of dried peppers. The associate politely explained that only two packets of dried peppers come with the salad. I explained to her that I would like three and she stated that it would be an extra charge. I let her know that I come every week, (Chick-fil-A day with my family is once a week) and I have never been charged extra. Once at the drive through I asked to speak to the manager, and he too expressed that it was an additional cost. I explained to him that they don't charge extra at the Buckhead or Dunwoody locations because I get the same thing every time I order. The manager still stated that it would be a 25 cent charge. I requested the extra fee to charged on my card and that I would be sending the receipt to corporate. The cashier did not know how to ring it up the extra cost, and the manager had to help the cashier. Apparently, the manager didn't know how to either because according to the receipt he had to put in a fake product to ring me up. All of that said, they didn't even put the extra dried pepper packet that I paid for in the bag. In the end, I was overcharged and paid for a product that I didn't receive.
