The biscuit was crispy, not soft. The hash browns were wet/undercooked. The coke was watered down and they forgot our orange juice. I've come to Yelp to make public what I experienced, because I've sent 3 emails to Chick-fil-A CARES Team, and based on the lack of one response after nearly 2 months, it would seem they don't CARE at all. --- On July 8th, 2020, I visited the Chick-Fil-A at 1065 Cleveland Ave, East Point, GA 30344 at around 12:20 PM. The drive-thru line was very long, wrapped around the building. As I rounded the building in line, I counted 7 employees directly interacting with customers and/or handling food that were not wearing masks, or not properly wearing their mask (masks around the chin, exposing mouth and nose entirely). The staff was nice despite being really busy, and the food was fine, I just felt VERY unsafe while ordering, and I even considered leaving. The young woman that took my order on a tablet was not wearing a mask at all (like, mask was nowhere to be found). She approached my car to take my order and I didn't feel safe with how close she was to me. I politely asked her to step back while I ordered, and I felt bad about it, but it just isn't safe for her to be at my car window talking to me from 2 feet away without a mask on. As I rounded the building and it was time to pay, the young man that approached my window to take my debit card was wearing his mask around his chin, this also made me uncomfortable. Again, as I rounded the next corner to receive my order, the young lady who handed me the bag of food was also wearing her mask around her chin, exposing her mouth and nose entirely. What was most concerning was the manager working inside the drive thru window, he wasn't wearing a mask at all. He was speaking to employees and other patrons directly over my open bag of food as the condiments were being prepared. I left with a very serious concern of whether or not I'd just contracted COVID-19 from the Chick-Fil-A. Luckily I didn't, but it was obvious that the management of this restaurant was making no effort to instill and enforce safe measures of serving customers in these wild and scary times. The lack of response to my 3 emails, in addition to the other reviews I'm seeing for this location here on yelp, is a bit surprising. Corporate should send some secret shoppers to this location to take note of the delinquency and irresponsibility of their leadership. Don't go to this location. read more

The service here was great & fast!!! Everyone is always so nice & very helpful when I have to order multiple meals for my coworkers! The food is always hot & they are not stingy with the condiments! Inside was clean, but there was faint bathroom smell near the register. Came again for lunch on Saturday & was served super fast! Food was hot & the fries were on point! I don't indulge in salt too often, but when I do their fries are the way to go! The only thing for improvement this time around is...a place of business is not the place for employees to discuss religious beliefs with strangers. This is a common policy among many businesses & no matter the beliefs of the stockholders there is always an appropriate time for these conversations & at work is not one of them. I went to this Chick-fil-A location after have an unpleasant experience at a competitor. They were both super crowded with customers in stages ranging from indifference to simmering rage. However, unlike their arched competitor, who had crew members looking and acting unorganized, confused and exhausted first thing in the morning, the crew at this Chick-fil-A greeted everyone with a smile, had authentic pleasant demeanor and worked together to get orders out asap. I think I waited 5 mins for my order, that I enjoyed. Whereas, I waited 10 mins for coffee at the other spot and gave it away. I lie this location and it's close to where I have family, so I have a chance to compare it to other Chick-fil-As. For fast food, I think the management tries to create a non fast food experience. While I was there, the florist from the local flower store was replacing the flowers on the table. Also, there was a staff person cleaning, taking people's trays and asking if they wanted refills. I did a mobile order today; waited over 30 minutes in line with no escape & was asked for cash; despite using credit card on mobile app. Showed as payment going through. Cashier asked for cash. I ended up leaving with no lunch. I know credit card worked, because I had received breakfast with same app & card. This location is the worst. Had lunch there today. This is one busy location! The way the line is wrapped around the building during lunch (busy time)you might just get stuck. I found it's quicker to just go inside if you are able to find a parking space. I had the grilled Cobb salad- Grilled chicken Nuggets, served hot on a fresh bed of chopped Romaine lettuce and baby greens, topped with shredded red cabbage and carrots, roasted corn kernels, a blend of shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, crumbled bacon, diced eggs and grape tomatoes w/creamy salsa dressing. Only reason for 2 stars is that the food has always been correct,. However, there is always an unusually long wait time considering the low volume of people inside the store and in the drive thru line. I come to this location on occasion but avoid it when possible. Today, I waited 10 min just for drinks after I received my food, and had to remind the girl that was making them twice. After the second time, she came back and said they were out of sweet tea. She asked if I wanted anything else, and I declined and asked for a refund instead. She left for a second, came back, and said to ask the other guy that had previously been up there when he returned. A minute later a woman came out of the kitchen with an apron and hairnet (my guess is she was leading the kitchen team) and asked what I was waiting for. I told her a refund for my drinks, and she asked what drink. I said sweet tea. She pointed to a guy that was pouring something into a beverage container and just looked at me. I just looked at her and said "that's just what I was told". She asked "who told you that?" So I told her. Then she had me tell the guy pouring the liquid in the container what my two drinks were, and he made them. Glad I got my complete order, but why did the kitchen woman get an attitude with me? How was I supposed to know they had sweet tea if I was told by a CFA employee that they didn't? And even if I had not believed they were out of it, how was I supposed to know that's what was being poured in the beverage container? I live 10min from this CFA and got home an hour after I left. If you had to cook all their food why not pull them up so the line can keep moving? Since they make you pay ahead of time your more inclined to wait it out as not to lose your money.
