Strike 1..2...3, you're OUT chick-fil-A! This is the 3rd and last attempt. I downloaded the app thinking since the order was already placed, it would make it a more simplistic pick up, but that could be my error, I didn't realize you still had to wait in line for over 20 minutes, just to let them know that you had a mobile order at the speaker. I thought I recalled at one point seeing a separate line for mobile orders , but again, that could be my error. So after waiting in line for over 20 minutes, I picked up my order and I pulled over to eat it since I was trying to have something quick on the run, but the order was completely incorrect, even though it showed on my mobile order and on the receipt correctly. I parked and went inside? and they said they will correct it and remake it. At that point I chose to just quickly eat it there since it was just a sandwich and nothing else. Well, they made it incorrectly Again! I clearly stated no jalapeños. This was the pimento cheese chicken sandwich with grilled chicken; I added lettuce and tomato; and requested no jalapeños. I have to tell you, it was completely tasteless, messy/soggy, and not worth it. The other times I have had Chick-fil-A, I had similar feelings that it wasn't as tasty as I thought it would be with all the hype of this place. The only reason why I gave two stars is because in the past my kids seem to like it overall, and their signature sauce is good. Dare I say that, fast food wise, McDonald's crispy deluxe chicken sandwich is better. ‍

wow just wow, I have the best experience ever here because of chic (short for chic fil a) my server brings me the food I order and to my table so I get to have my food. I eat at the table long enough to loiter but the nice man lets me stay and even brings me crayons to draw with on the table. wow just wow, I have the best experience at chic (short for chic fil a) and I get the fhickwn burger with extra bread! very yummy nice job Tyler in the back !

After doing Christmas shopping, I was starving and had to get something to eat, since tonight I have my support group for my little man, we have a candle lighting in honor of our loved ones gone to soon.... So knowing myself, I will be emotional, and saw chick-fil-a and said to myself perfect place to get something to eat prior to going. So I went on my app and found a free cookie offer from the owner for the holidays and I had enough points for a chicken sandwich. Can't go wrong there. I only had to pay for my sweet tea. I was greeted like the girl loved her job, sandwich came out fresh and hot. It was delicious. I wish there were more Chick-fil-a's around.

YUM Okay Chic-fil-a stepping up your game on the Kale crunch salad! I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was. The food was really fresh and the service was 10/10. I got my food in less than 10 minutes of ordering (don't go through the drive thru, you'll be there forever ) Keep up the good work !

AWFUL!! Gawd Awful! Megan tried to make it better but nope. Soooo,I chose this fast food place out of all the others nearby because of the reputation of great customer service and good food. Welp, on this day I got a little customer service and 100% terrible food. Hubby and I pulled up on shopping center's property and the line was the longest ever. At least a 20 minute wait. Since CARRY OUT was offered, I parked across the shopping center lot to avoid getting stuck on parking lot and walked over. As soon a I went to grab the door handle I was met by Megan who stated customers couldn't enter. I mentioned the huge banner hanging opposite establishment advertising "take out" and it wasn't addressed. Megan's eagerness to continue to provide customer service lingered. She asked someone to assist me and allowed me to place my order. I ordered a 4ct kids meal. 15 minutes later... no food. I then requested a refund from Megan stating it had been 15 minutes. She replied "oh I don't think so, I think your order is coming out next". I was unclear on the "oh I don't think so" part but let it slide and didn't question. She proceeded to say I have to wait until all of the cars in drive thru were taken of before I get my order (4 nuggets, kid sized fries & beverage). I explained for the second time that I had no interest waiting another second while surrounded by countless food options. SUDDENLY my food was ready. 1 mile away, bit into my fries and they were cold. Nuggets lukewarm. Slim chance in hell I'd return.

Let me start by saying we are huge Chik-Fil-A fans - just not of our visit to the Easton, PA location. We ate in, clean facility, and nice people taking your order. Challenge is one of our orders for the chicken sandwich we asked for no pickles and it was identified on our receipt. After my husband had eaten about a third of his sandwich he realized there was pickles on his sandwich. We called over one of the staff who was bringing orders to the table and let them know of the error. The staff member instead if apologizing and saying let me get you another sandwich- said to us - we should have checked the sandwich for pickles prior to eating half of it. We said our receipt shows no pickles why should we have to check, she then brought him another sandwich with the worse piece of chicken I've ever seen at a Chik-Fil-A. Dried out and weird grizzle piece. (We live near one on NY and go weekly!). Overall very disappointing in the customer service at this location.

It's unfortunate to see the bad reviews for this Chick-fil-A, but maybe they've improved? I was on my way home and decided to stop by and bring my family some CFA to try. Upon entering there was a long line (of course), but there were 2 employees outside taking orders + the drive-thru. I'm not very familiar with the menu so I asked to see it, the employee taking orders outside handed me a paper menu, and he was very fast and helpful. All right from my car. I got some sandwiches and Mac & cheese, to take on my way, and this time I ordered their seasonal Autumn Spice milkshake. The best milkshake ever. It tasted like cinnamon and had bits of sugar spice cookies. So delicious! My order was 100%, everything was packaged neatly, and the food was fresh and delicious. Thanks CFA!

[711] This is probably the best Chick Fil A location we have visited so far. Plenty of parking. The drive up window has a real person standing outside taking orders. Inside you place your order and have a seat. They bring your food to your table. The food was as expected and very tasty. They had a play area inside. Staff was very friendly If we are in the area we would definitely be back.
