I got the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and the 12-piece chicken nuggets (total came out to about $10). If you've never had the chicken sandwich, it is phenomenal. Just enough spice to get the wheels going but not overpowering by any means, and extraordinarily tender. Very yum. I was hoping that yelp came out with 1/2 stars for reviews. This Chik-fil-a needs to be closed or rehire a brand new crew. From management to cashiers. Upon entering the drive thru I was greeted friendly. By the end of the conversation she acted as if I was bothering her.. go figure ., your at work and you don't want to work . I waited 26 min in line only to get half my order and that was cold. I turned around and went inside. I waited 4min 22sec for the employees to finish having there private conversation in public. Once done they assisted me with my issue. I explained the missing items and the wrong item. The cashier apologized while intermittently playing with other employees. Very disappointed. Not sure whose more at fault the app or the staff? I ordered on the app thinking it would help speed things along. It did not. The app glitched and I needed to call to see if my order even went through. The Shift Leader/Manager, Joe who served my order for lunch today was the "perfect gentleman. " When I thanked him for my completed order, he responded "it was my pleasre." He also answered all of my questions about his "Chick'Fil," menu thoughtfully. Since he is the shift leader, I'm sure, he encourages his employees to offer a lot of politeness too when they help customers of all different walks of life. There are no Chick-Fil-A's near me so when after crabbing by the shore, we went here for grab quick dinner. My bf and myself were starving, so we got 2 sandwiches and a meal. #1 - original Chicken sandwich with 2-3 slices of pickle, #3 Spicy chicken sandwich with 2-3 slices of pickle and grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato. The waffle fries are so good. I don't like ketchup so got Honey Mustard sauce for dipping my fries. This is part of mall food court and not a standalone store, but there was plenty of seating in the food court and it was very clean and brightly lit. This is a great option for a group of friends who want different things as there were many options in the food court. Pricing seems slightly higher than other Chick-Fil-A's I have been to in the south but nothing grossly outrageous. read more

How the heck did they come up with the name Chick-Fil-A ? It doesn't roll off the tongue like other fast food chain restaurants. What if later down in the next century chicken becomes illegal to eat and they have to start selling pork chop sandwiches or beef? Places like Arby's Mcdonalds, or Wendy's have generic names and they can switch their brand up at any time. Places like Burger King, Shake Shack or Chick-fil-a are screwed if Shakes or burgers become the symbol of the new Nazi Reich or aliens were discovered putting mind control serums inside them. I never understood the appeal of Chick-Fil-A. Eating Chick-Fil-A is like eating Domino's Pizza. You only eat it when you need a change from the regular, real, thing. Breaded, fried chicken should be crispy, and not the soggy stuff they sell. I think I like their waffle fries more than their chicken. Not a lot of places sell waffle fries.
