Someone in corporate really needs to step up and get things right at this location. Burgers are just thrown together, fries dry and hard. They rarely get the order right on top of it. This is the 3rd time I have came inside and I have had to go get my food when I order table service. It was not busy there were barely any customers inside the restaurant. Every time that I've visited this location; I've never had an issue (drive-thru or walk-in). My order was always correct and the employees were always helpful. Even when I was starring at the self-ordering machine, an employee always offered to help me or actually input the order themselves. read more

Very unhappy with the service here. We went through the drive-thru and ordered two McFlurrys. We have now been in line for 15 minutes with no movement and there was only one car in front of us. We got the two mcflurrys which were not mixed up at all. I asked if they could use the machine to mix it up and they said it was broken. Also my mcflurry was melted. read more

It's like any other McDonald's that you've been to. Food was good and service was okay

My issue is with the staff. Really nice kids but they must not do a good job training them. Constantly make mistakes. I know its only MD, but when you pull away and things are wrong its disappointing. And it happens more than it should. Last visit they literally messed up 3 of the 4 items. I'm gonna go across the street to other fast food places... or just drive to another MD. I think Mgmt is the issue, as the problems are persisting too long. Or maybee the owner. I was just at McDonalds . After I poured some coke into my cup i drank it and it was a bland taste . i tried the other coke fountain and it was the same result . so i told the manager or supervisor and she just told me to try a different drink because she hasnt went to the back to check the syrup . i tried the sprite and it was the same result . the whole time i was there she never changed the syrups after i told her the problem . how lazy and irresponsible can these employees be ? and the drive thru is a problem too because there were times where i waited for a long time and they never give ketchup unless u ask for it . read more

This McDonalds is the epitome of the fiery pits of hell. They have made me pull up to the "reserved for drive through" spots 3 times to sit and wait while other people get to sink their teeth into mediocre cardboard french fries and stale hamburger buns. I ordered an Egg McMuffin and a Hash brown every time at about 8am, when I EXPECT them to have breakfast foods for my grumbling tummy that aches for a "happy" meal. I wait 15 minutes for my "fast" or actually snail-speed food to be greeted with a no where near fresh egg mcmuffin and a burnt hash brown. One time there was no hash brown at all! I am extremely disappointed and saddened by McDonalds and I am NOT lovin' it. read more

I'm not even a review writer, but wow! That place is worse now then it was before!!! Big deal so you got a make over that doesn't mean anything when the food sucks like this! For some people this is the only food they'll eat all day or all the money they have left til pay day, you could at least take some type of pride in what you're doing and not serve sh*t for food! I just sat there a good 15 mins and thought ok well they must be making everything fresh since I didn't order anything out of the ordinary.....wrong. The ONLY thing hot were my fries everything else was frozen that I had to microwave everything when I drove the .2 miles back! So basically u put all my food in the bag sat it down and waited for fries to be done because my hamburger is drier then dry! You guys need to step it up seriously! A little over a year ago I made this place my morning stop on my way to work. Obviously it is just regular mcdonalds food, but their service is outstanding. I go for dinner sometimes also and i dont think they have ever messed up an order. Karen is the lady in the morning, best ever.
