Food was fine, customer service was terrible. I bought a kids meal and it came with a little game card questionnaire (not quite sure what is was), and on its plastic packaging there was a note that read, "ask about our 3 and under books". So, after we ate, I went and asked for the 3 and under book for my 3 yr old. The young man said yes, give me back the other thing (meaning the little game card question-thingy. I reached in my purse and handed it to him and he said, "oh I can't take that, you opened it. You'll have to pay for the other book if you want it." RIDICULOUS. I'm writing the company right now. I was so excited to order a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun, drove back to work with my order and discovered I had been given a GF bun with crispy chicken (not what I ordered). I drove back to get this corrected and was told I would need to pay the difference is I wanted the grilled chicken. The female manager was rude and replied "You got what you ordered". No apology was offered or accountability taken. I asked for a refund and received that. Returned to work and called the customer care number with my complaint. Each time the petite girl is working the drive-thru window she hands me a drink covered in the drink. Wipe it off! They constantly forget to provide sauces that were asked for, so double check before you drive off. They've given me the wrong salad before too. Ordered a coffee and an iced tea this weekend. Consistently disappointed with the service at The chick fil a at Sloans lake. I keep returning hoping it has improved, but it hasn't. They do have a couple, but only a couple employees that do very well and represent the true spirit of chick fil a. And I wish I could remember their names. But the majority of their employees are just rude. And service is slow. One morning I ordered a breakfast burrito and it took a solid 20 minutes even tho I was the only guest inside. They claimed to be "waiting on eggs". Another morning i ordered a lemonade with my breakfast and they said they don't serve lemonade in the mornings. Every other chick fil a has served me lemonade in the morning, including this one in the past! Countless times my fries have been undercooked. And multiple times my nuggets have been over cooked or cooked in old oil. I have even found pieces of plastic in my salad. When I bring up issues with the operator he only seems to be able to make excuses. Disappointed and will not be returning. read more

I have no complaints about my visit today, the new supervisor is on top of things. But I usually try to avoid this location, there just isn't the usual hospitable service that you get from other locations. I don't know what it is about this location but it just seems as though the managers are tired or something, they just aren't into it anymore. What this chick is missing that the others understand is quality meat and how to cook it right. The service is great that isnt the issue. Im from Atlanta where the chick fil a's there blow this one away. An original chicken sammy there is a hot large overflowing breast bigger than the bun, thick and a dark golden color with tons of crispies all over it which gives it so much flavor. The ones at this location are barely breaded very light and thin and the breast is smaller than the bun! read more
