Easy to get to this location as well as find street parking. Coffee to go as well as flavorful and filling food. Almost everything on the menu is vegan/vegetarian or "regular" so that's a huge plus. Something for everyone! Breakfast is the main event but they do lunch stuff also. I mean seriously DELICIOUS food. I'm a veggie but anyone that has tried whatever I ordered said it competes with the standard meat option if not surpasses it. Respect. Best vibes with the music they play. Staff is friendly and quick to check on you and call your order out. Patio if you'd like to sit outside but it only holds a few groups. Inside is nice and airy with some taller community tables and lower two top or four to six top tables. Line moves quicker for drinks but the food is speedy for sure. Just made with love and attention. I've never had a meal look less than or sloppy. Attention to detail is top notch. Food can be fun and comforting and still kid ass. They also do some boozier options if that's your vibe. They run off Toast for their POS but are also on InKind which is a solid app. You can order on their website or via InKind. If you know, you KNOW. Busier Saturday and Sundays but that is to be expected. Mornings will get busy for nearby people but it's always worth popping in. Thanks for all you do crew! read more

Finally tried Odie Bs. First the parking is mostly street so be ready to find a space. There were a few available shortly around 9:15am Sunday when we arrived and a small line already as they open at 9am. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. One person came to get drink orders to help things move forward. They have a lot of food (vegan menu/option for many items) as well as non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. They had a small case of raccoon bakery pastries as well. The raspberry (fresh not the canned crap) pop tart was a delightful treat to eat while we waited for a take out order. The drip coffee is pour your own with simple syrup, cinnamon, oat milk and regular along with lids and sleeves. Very good I think a medium to dark roast. The pickled things were amazing. They were pickles and in a delicious brine. It is $6 and you get four cut into quarters. The chopped cheese was a great size and the optional sunny side egg made it feel brunch worthy. I'd get this again. There is a vegan option for this as well as most of their other selections. My wife tried the vegan boujee which comes on focaccia with tofu & just egg scramble, a herb vegan cheese spread, greens, muhammara (roasted red pepper and walnut spread) and za'atar. She found it had too many ingredients. While she liked the vegan aspect of it the sandwich was just too busy. My sister in-law chose the special which was fried chicken on a biscuit with egg, Tasso ham and gravy. She said it was good but very heavy without anything to cut through the fat. It is priced similarly to other restaurants which is a bit pricey. It does add up quickly so uncertain if I'll be back to Odie B's anytime soon. read more

Service was nice and quick. You order at the counter, find a seat, and they bring the food out to you which made everything easy. The Basic sandwich was super filling and adding green chile for $1 was worth it. I also got the elote which was a refreshing cold side salad for a hot day. My friend ordered the Fried Chicken Chilaquiles and later noticed parts of the chicken were not fully cooked, but one of the employees was very kind and made it right by giving her free cookies. I recommend checking out Odie B's off the strength of that alone! I did enjoy the food too, the mixed bag of fries is a creative touch, and I had the hustler sandwich, which I enjoyed. Mixed Bag of Fries - I quite liked this concept of different fries. I think the sweet potato waffle fries took up too high a proportion of the fry type, however (maybe 60% density). I like sweet potato fries, but never feel like eating a full serving of them. Chicken Biscuit - I ate mine with a fork and knife, which I think is the right call. The cheddar chive biscuit I loved. Everything else fit the sandwich really well, although it was quite rich and heavy. Would probably pair with a salad or something fresh instead of fries if I were to come here again. read more

I love brunch. Brunch restaurants are often some of the coolest spots around and you can really get just about anything you want when it comes to sweet or savory. Here you find kind of a hole in the wall atmosphere with a menu that is completely duplicated with vegan options. We were actually a little confused at first realizing that there are two separate menus that are basically the exact same thing just one is the vegan version. Anyways, I tried the wutangerade and the chicken Shawarma. Both of which were absolutely amazing. The flavor was great, and the portions were more than generous. I had The Vegan Basic, my son had The Holla Back, and I don't remember what my husband had, but it was not vegan and he remarked that it was very tasty and filling. He actually remarked that Odie's B really hit the spot and it was perfect fuel for the couple of hours of Meow Wolf an hour later. My son had really been hankering for pancakes and waffles, and you know how sometimes kids are very specific with what they want, so I was apprehensive that he wouldn't like The Holla Back - but he eagerly gobbled it up! I had a couple of bites and was surprised how tasty griddled banana bread can be with all the fixings Odie B's puts on it. For food, my friend and I ordered their double-patty burger, and let me tell you this was the best burger I've had in years. It's a smash burger made with high-quality meat, featuring perfectly crisp edges, gooey, melted cheese, grilled onions, and their delicious house sauce. We got the fries which came with two dipping sauces. They were really good. I got a burger. It had two patties and grilled onions. It was pretty good. Everyone seemed to really like their food. You can get alcohol here as well. I liked the music they played here but some of the lyrics were explicit. I wouldn't bring a child here if you don't want them to hear that. Cool place. First time at Odie B's proved to be a success. We ordered take out after a long night and The Basic breakfast sandwich saved my life. The price was steep but reasonable for the quality of the food and service, given the location. I made the mistake of ordering from the wrong location (having been .1 miles from the 40th st location, and ordering from Sunny side instead...) and couldn't get anyone on the phone to switch the order. The drive was worth it, but would have been nice to get that order transferred over if at all possible. I want to come back and eat inside as the vibes were high as soon as I walked in! Obsessed. When I saw Odie B's had chopped cheese AND gluten-free bread on their menu, I knew I had to go. The vibe is really fun, and they're got a great patio for warm weather. Their chopped cheese diverts from the classic style that you might get in a NYC bodega, but wow it delivers. Glad we tried Odie B's Sunnyside one morning for breakfast. We were the only customers and the place was blaring out some really loud music (noise) over the loud speakers. My wife asked if they could turn down the music a little and the response was "NO, We are a rowdy place." Then we saw the house rules posted on the wall -- Don't tell us to turn down the music was near the top of the list after have fun. Mea Culpa -- didn't know. Anyway, after ordering at the counter, we were served a well-made and tasty breakfast sandwich in short order. Came Tuesday around noon, not too busy. Order at counter then pick your seat, there are a few picnic benches and stool seating outside and more seating inside. Street parking, no meter. Staff super friendly and food came out quickly. Ambience is hip CO if that can at all make sense, they play decently loud EDM music and and it's a casual joint. Many folks seemed to be on lunch break but there were a couple ppl with headphones who seemed to be working from a laptop. They deliver to your table and you bus your stuff after. The Basic was very good 5/5, loves the combo of ingredients and the poppy seed Kaiser roll The Boujee was less liked by our group 3/5 the focaccia was good and it has a Mediterranean flavor profile, I think we just liked the Basic much more. We decided to go on a Saturday afternoon, and sure enough, there was a line. Because it is good, right? I can't even tell you if it's the zaatar focaccia or the whipped herby feta that has me drooling as I write this. But seriously, who thought to combine those two things? And for breakfast?! It's been 2 days. I tried the basic sandwich as well. With the basic probably previously frozen hash brown. It was not good. Their salads and drinks looked decent from far. One of those places that quickly became a place we bring out of town guests. We have been fans since opening and have been able to enjoy the uniqueness of their menu and rotating options. Everything is always top tier and interesting. The interior is very 90s/early 2000s focused and the music is equally matched and bumpin'. The fries ABSOLUTELY crush. The Happy Lil Burgie is on of the best in Denver, and award-winning, smothered with caramelized onions and soooo soft. The Holla Back (a fried banana bread with homemade granola) is fab. Their rotating dishes are always super fun and delish. Though I have not had a dish I did not like. If you think you're coming in a diet however, you are mistaken. This is THE place for a brunch-type meal. Ranging from eggs and bacon to burgers and fries, Odie B's offers an expansive menu. They offer fun brunch beverages as well. On this visit, I selected the Green Chile Bloody. I added Lalo for some fun, making this a Bloody Maria. It had just the right amount of spice and was well worth the wait. Odie's is always busy, with lines out the door. They are quick to move people through and are very quick to make and deliver your food to your table. For food, I shared with my friend The Hustler and the Happy Lil' Burgie. The Hustler had great spice with their house made chorizo. The Lil' Burgie was tasty, cooked just right, and was very, very tasty. The best thing I have had here and ensured we ordered again was the Mixed Bag of Fries. You get every kind/type of fry you can image with a delicious fry sauce. If you order anything here, make sure to order this. You will not be disappointed! Odie B's has a fun outlook on life posting their Dos and Don'ts of the place. They are great for groups but also have individual tables for smaller parties. I got the denver hoagie which was so filling and delicious, and the horchata iced which was extra tasty and not too sweet. I went back to Bodega after an okay experience last year and I am so so glad I did. Their double smashed burger was fantastic. The beef was super well seasoned, the sauce was perfection and the grilled onions were a perfect topping. The bun was soft, buttery and the perfect bun for the burger. The fries on the mixed bag of fries were all crispy, salty, and a great variety. Their coffee was also so good! The vibe is casual as you order at their counter and find your seat. We haven't had a single bad meal yet this trip! This morning for brunch we went to Bodega. It was fantastic! We shared the BOUJEE sandwich. It had a scrambled egg, whipped herby feta, house greens, muhammara + za'atar on focaccia with pork belly. It was a BIG sandwich and so decadent. It was slightly space, completely savory and so satisfying. It was enough for the two of us! And ultimately we had to eat it with a fork. We also shared a side of the pasta salad. It had ranch, green chili, giardiniera, pickled fresno, everything seasoning, salt + vinegar chips. It is quite possible the best pasta salad I have ever had out. Definitely recommend this spot too.
