When all else fails, CFA is still a pretty good choice. Last time I ordered the 12 piece Chicken nugget combo and a spicy chicken sandwich. Both items were good. The FF came hot off the grease and were flavorful hot n tasty. Nuggets were served with honey mustard sauce. I also tried their peach milk shake. And that was ok too. I couldn't jive with the hype. So I went to this location and by the customer service provided I lost all the respect I had for this location and probably will never visit this location again. Ordered wrap meal. Asked for side salad of fries. Got charged for an additional side salad. Cashier didn't even apologized. Goes to get manager. Manager charges me an additional amount instead of refunding. Such bad listening skills. Called the store. Asked for store manager. Was told she was busy. Left a callback number. No call back. Called next day. Each person picks up and acts as if they can't hear says hello then hangs up when I can hear them perfectly fine. Absolutely the worst customer service I've seen. Do not go to this location. And also it wasn't even busy and cashier still messed up. Asks me if fries are okay. And yet charges me for additional amount for side salad. So messed up. Service sucks. Still love the service at Chick-fil-A which is the class of the industry but $30 for a pair of chicken sandwiches, twin waffle fries and a couple of drinks makes me wonder who continues to come here with any regularity when the chain is on the tip of the inflation spear and... a sit-down factory like Applebee's is barely $10 more. Everything you would expect from a Chic-fil-A--friendly service, quick output, and high quality chicken. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal and was not at all disappointed. There's plenty of seating in the food court, so you don't have to worry about that. Also, unlike a lot of the stand alone locations, this food court location doesn't get terribly busy (I was there at lunchtime on a Saturday--peak mall traffic!). There was a slight hiccup with the order. They forgot our drinks and the cashier almost threw away my gift card with $23 on it because she thought there was only 23 cents (yikes!). But all crises were averted. read more

First time i ate Chick-fil-A at the mall. We were hungry for a little junk food. Oddly enough prior to walking into the mall we drove by Sonic. We were on a budget and although we wanted snacks, we didn't ser anything that was attractive on the menu. I guess we had a thing for chicken, so we end up here. We order 2 chicken sandwhich with waffle fries and bbq sauce. The sandwhich was delicious and it really hit the spot. Soft buttery bun, tender filet of fried chicken and the waffle fried were hot out of the frier. Staff very attentive at the counter and polite. Will try the rest of the menu next time for sure. 2 sandwich only + 1 large fries and a bottle of water under )$13... now thats a budget i can roll with...lol read more

This location is inside Menlo Park Mall and it gets really busy here on the weekends. Customer Service: The staff seems very friendly and they even have staff now to take the orders with an Ipad I believe. I never really had to wait in line or use the Ipad to order now; especially now that they have a Chick Fil-A app which is fantastic. You can order your food to go on the app and just pick it up instead of waiting in the long lines. Sweet Tea: This is very delicious and I have been drinking this since 2005 from this same restaurant location. Chick Fil-A Deluxe Sandwich: The bread is soft, the chicken was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of taste. The lettuce is OK and the cheese is fantastic. The tomato seems a bit mushy and I can do without since it does not taste good at all. Waffle Fries: The waffles fries here are amazing that sometimes I end up getting two of them since they are just that good. Overall: After speaking with the owner several years ago about their to go order and missing items. This location has changed tremendously and my to go orders have been perfect since then. I would definitely recommend this location over the other two locations. read more

I absolutely LOVE Chick-fil-A. They get an A+ all around from their food to service! The staff is always friendly at any Chick-fil-A that I ever go to. This location is very popular and there is usually always a line but it moves fast! My go to meal at Chick-fil-A is usually always the 8 piece nugget meal (honey mustard or chick-Fil-A sauce pairs well with the nuggets) which comes with delicious waffle fries! Although the nuggets are my favorite they are known for their sandwiches! Chick-fil-A invited the chicken sandwich so I definitely recommend trying one of the two! Their Fresh-squeezed lemonade is to die for! If you drink too fast don't worry, they'll give you a free refill! Chick-fil-A is hands down the best chain "fastfood" restaurant. Going to echo the excellent and unexpected customer service at this location, particularly because it's in the food court of Menlo Park Mall (whose seasonal turnover of store employees make for hit-or-miss customer service ethic). My order was taken and delivered courteously and efficiently. While I was eating my very excellent waffle fries & deluxe chicken sandwich combo before heading to Plays in the Park, I was approached by a Chick-fil-A employee who was walking around the food court offering Chick-fil-A customers extra dipping sauces, straws, and napkins. To calorie counters who don't frequently eat fast food, you'd best suspend your strict dietary regimen to enjoy what this place is best at making: piping hot thick chicken sandwiches, waffle fries with your choice of any of 8 sauces, and sweet tea/milkshakes/freshly squeezed lemonade. The salads, soups, and yogurt/fruit options aren't bad but cost a premium and probably won't fill you up. read more

Fast food that kinda looks healthy? (Well, I hope) Appearance : this is located in the food court of Menlo Park mall. It is one of my fav food court food. Service: I came around 1150 am on Saturday. There was no wait. The staff is friendly. They are pretty quick. Menu: Currently, they have a deal for 30 chicken nuggets for 12.99. They have breakfast food, super food (salad) and burgers/chicken tender. Everything is chicken ! Price: More expensive compared to your typical fast food joint. Do not expect big portion. I had a super food salad for side. It was just like 2 bites. Taste : Delicious !! I love their chicken nugget because its less bready compared to McDonald and Burger King. It just taste so fresh. Their french fries are also amazing. Chik fil A sauce is incredible. I am not sure what that is made of but that is sooooo goood with the nuggets. Was it worth it? I would def come again! Chick-fil-A is already one of my favorite fast food places, but this location is really nice. Normally I'd rate them a 4 only because the inconvenience of no Sunday hours. Really? I'd love to have some Chick-fil-A while I watch football on Sunday, but I digress... The manager here was super nice, she even walked around the food court asking customers if they wanted refills. Even if you don't want another drink, just the consideration is nice. Also, the addition of mobile ordering cuts back on time waiting to get your food. This is one of my main two Chick-fil-A locations! I'm Indian, so I obviously always end up getting the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich and it's heavenly every single time. I wasn't super impressed by the sandwich and I thought it was alright but the service was reallllly good! I love whenever I said thank you they would reply with "my pleasure" it's such a nice company etiquette :) I also love how they went around to check if everyone has enough tissue or sauce I was utterly touched lol. I hear so much about this place, so I was excited to be trying it for the first time. Okay so its a pretty basic menu, chicken sandwiches and salads, nothing spectacular. I think I reined this experience for myself by ordering a salad. I ordered the cobb salad but they didn't have the ingredients to make it, so I got the Market salad which has baby greens, blueberry's, strawberries, walnuts and blue cheese. Okay so this was the day I found out I don't really like fruits in my salad. This salad is not for me, I really tried to like it but I didn't even like the blue cheese, it had a really strong taste. Customer service was great, they take your name and the counter girls were really friendly. They gave me a "free sandwich" card because they didn't have what I ordered. I'm not from this area so I gave it to some teens in the food court. I thought that was real good keeping the customer happy stuff rite there!!! This is the most popular restaurant in the food court of this mall. It offers affordable healthy options such as the grilled chicken sandwich, kids' menu, etc....The chicken has been always extremely tender at all their locations. The root cause is because the chicken is never frozen. Their great-tasting and indulgent waffle fries and fried chicken nuggets have been hard to resist. read more

The chicken nuggets and the chicken sandwich here are by far the best things you can get. The waffle fries are my favorite kind of fries. What really makes these nuggets here is the dipping sauces. The varieties and the taste of each sauces are phenomenal. They Polynesian sauce is my favorite. The cold brew here is also pretty good. Bonus: their cold brew contains more caffeine than the average cold brew or coffee from other fast food joints. Unfortunately they're not open on Sundays which would make Sunday football AWESOME. read more

I just ordered a frosted lemonade a few minutes ago... if had some lemon seeds in it which is normal but as Im spiting out what I thought was another seen it turned out being a fingernail that looks like it was possibly bitten off... This is a mall location, in the food court of Menlo Mall. Chick-fil-A is a higher quality of fast food. Level of customer service is un-matched by any other fast food restaurant that I have ever been to. Its almost like having a waitress, they bring your food to the table and come to the table to ask if you need a refill (its free refills). They have chicken sandwiches and salads. I always go with a chicken sandwich, crispy, juicy, and fresh! Great chicken sandwich! Waffle fries are crispy and fried to perfection. Prices are reasonable. Lemonade is made fresh daily. read more

Chick-Fil-A in general is an amazing place to eat. But yet again - I have ordered from DOOR DASH from this specific one in Menlo Park mall & for the third time in a row - my order has been wrong. The first two times No salad dressing sent with the salads. Now today as I type this I am staring in the bag that was sent and my co workers meal came but not mine. The receipt says the Order was paid for but it's NOT in the bag. Someone reading this will probably be like well if it was messed up the first two times why did you order it again?! Call me crazy but I thought the first two times no salad dressing wasn't that big of a deal but this time ? Yes a big deal. I was not informed that there was an extra $1 charge for the whipped cream in my coffee. I wouldve opted out of the whipped cream. The people were nice all throughout but it was just those two things that can be improved on! BUT the Ube pandesal with cheese was sooooo good and unexpected.
