Ok, we just arrived here in Oklahoma and our first stop was this Chic-fil-a. This location did not disappoint. Since I can only go to Chic-fil-a only when we are on-trips, it has become a special occasion. We are here to see family, but I'm here mostly to go to Chic fil a, just don't tell them. This location did not disappoint. Walking in it is always refreshing to be greeted so well. The people working upfront were so nice and very helpful and the food was amazing. I would have taken pictures, but we ate it too quickly. Thank you for a great experience. We'll be back tomorrow. Only have 5 days here. read more

One of the reasons I come to Chick-fil-a is not only the great food but the outstanding customer service that you almost ALWAYS get. Not so at the Enid location! The young lady taking my order sounded like she didn't want to be there and interrupted me while I was giving her my order several times. The young man at the window was even worse. Handed me my bag of food with one arm out the window not even looking at me and said "here ya go" and shut the window. I'm disgruntled about the drive thru. The people are great, the food is good, but when I wanted to circle the building, I got caught in the drive thru and had to wait 4 cars to get out. Not the restaurant's fault. It's dark outside and I couldn't see. There is a curved drive that goes through some trees. Nice during the day, a dark driving nightmare at night. I'm sure the people we drove past who were legitimately ordering thought we were strange, just driving right on past the ordering area. I was about 10 feet from the street at that point, but big, well-placed boulders prohibited my jumping the curb and escaping. Nah! I have a nice, low-slung car. Not gonna make a juvenile move like that. I waited, waved as I drove by the window and made my exit. I used to eat at Chick Filet at least once a week when they were in the mall. I'm pretty sure their delicious chicken, sides, drinks and service hasn't diminished, as evidenced by the loaded drive thru. Don't take my word for it, go there yourself. read more

Just like every experience with chicken fil A i was treated with multiple my pleasures and magnificent smiles from all the staff! With my chicken mich mamach I Lou Sasshole partook in the Polynesian sauce which the staff provided 14 packs of and it was absolutely delicious! Sadly after dropping a full package on my shirt I discovered 0 napkins in my bag which was devastating to say the least. My shirt survived and my taste buds prevailed Chick-fil-A is an amazing restaurant especially here in Enid. read more

It's chick-fil-a what more do I need to say?? Quick drive thru, friendly people and it's the lords chicken.

For years this is the only place my husband would suggest to eat. Sad I know, bc it's fast food. Lucky for me, it's pretty great fast food!! They have the only chicken nuggets I would intentionally eat. They have a great taste to them, I love the batter and it's all real chicken!! Other yummy choices are the Original Chick-fil-a sandwich, the Chargrilled Club sandwich and the Chicken caesar wrap. They have waffle fries (great w/mayo), soups, salads, cole slaw, fruit, ice cream, brownies, and breakfast choices too! We usually spend $6-7 an adult. Our kids love their nuggets as well! This one is located in the Oakwood "Mall", but I heard that it will soon be building a location across from Wal-Mart and will have a playground!! BTW, their playgrounds are clean and there are no tables to eat in there. BUT they have huge windows so u can see your kids and not hear them :) That in itself is a reason to support this business!! the food here is always good! the younger people who work there are always trying to serve the customers the best way they can. some could speak up but all around they still do a good job. the team leaders are always doing a great job as well. however the supervisors could use a reminder of how to treat their employees and ex-employees. i have seen them holler at there people in front of customers and mistreat ex-employees. ex-employees are longer under your commands! they are now customers and should be treated just as that. no matter the age of these young people, they are working in this life trying to make it too. as the supervisor you should be willing to get past a negative attitude and be positive about EVERYTHING! be positive about the good jobs and the mistakes. these young people are learning and deserve to learn in a POSITIVE environment. dont be the reason young people quit trying their best. read more

This Chick-fil-A is absolutely the best I've ever been to! It is always spotless clean and the workers are so attentive and friendly. Connie, the owner, is almost always present working on the restaurant with her crew. They very rarely send things out made incorrectly, but when they do they always get it taken care of right away. They have a great system for getting the drive thru served quickly and efficiently and now they wear gloves and masks as well. They have a story time once a week which my friends love to take their kiddos to and their play place although closed right now is cleaned thoroughly. Now that they've moved out of the mall this seems to be the place to go in Enid to have lunch and hang out with friends and family.
