I ordered a sandwich and 2 orders of fries because they are so good. Unfortunately, these were the worst fries I've ever had from any chick-fil-a. They were over done and tasted like they had been sitting out and put back on the grease to warm them up. I hope this is a one time issue. I will try again, in hopes of a better experience. read more

This chick-fil-a, like most, is busy 85% of the time. I've discovered the magic of the App though and have been ordering through the app for about a month and it is great, fast and inputs your order with great accuracy. The customer service is top notch as but the food is mediocre compared to other chick fil As--at least the breakfast is. Lunches do seem to be better but the past few breakfast experiences haven't been great. The hash browns were soggy and the nuggets inside the little sandwiches were dry and honestly just gross. I've sampled plenty of other enid fast food establishments and I will continue to dine here but it could be better. read more

Chick Fil-A hands down has the best service of any fast food place around. They take the order correctly, they fulfill the order correctly and they are efficient in making it all happen. Food is always fresh and delicious! read more

Took a group of high school students in around 1100 today and I have to give a shout out to the gentleman at register, Steve or Stephan (he didn't wait on me personally). I observed him be polite, be efficient and provided the BEST customer service I've seen in a LONG time. The other staff did a fine job too. Thanks for also providing great food with a good price. I'm pretty sure this really is as good as it gets as far as Chick Fil A's go. I wish that it wasn't in the mall, but even thats not really a big deal. They always get your food out very quickly, even when they are really busy. They staff are great! They are all so happy and and nice and very willing to serve you. It's great! The owner isn't a high and mighty either! She gets right there in the middle of the employee's and works right there with 'em, shoulder to shoulder! There is no negative to this Chick Fil A at all! read more

Ordered some food from here tonight. Got it to go. Place looks nice since they remodeled. Place was clean and didn't smell of grease. Food was great. Hot and fresh. Our issue is with the staff. Little red head girl running the register was not very friendly and not once said.."thank you" or "have a good night" .... what ever happened to customer service? I think maybe they need an adult working the night shift with all the high school kids to guide them on the correct manner of customer service. read more

CFA is my favorite place to eat out in Enid. Connie and her crew do a great job keeping the place clean and the food excellent. I also love the fact that CFA offers a multi-grain bun option for their sandwiches. It would be nice if more restaurants would follow their lead. Customer service is always excellent. read more

Been there 2 more times since last review. Fries have been better! Even have a dash of salt on them. I continue to be obsessed with the original chic sandwich since I've been 10 yrs old. Fresh flowers on tables are nice touch too. Just leave out the chic sauce so we don't have to beg for and then we would have perfection :-) read more

I absolutely love chick-Fil-A they have the best chicken nuggets hands down the waffle fries are also amazing! the staff is always very nice and fast about getting you your food and up until about a month ago I had nothing bad to say about chick-fil-a but the last couple times I went in there the food quality just hasn't been as good, tasted like my nuggets were either over cooked or had been sitting there awhile. It would also be nice if they had a location outside of the mall. read more

I hate to go against popular opinion, but I do not worship at the altar of Chick-Fil-A like everyone else seems to. I've never been that impressed with their food, have often seen dirty tables and floors and have even seen employees leave the mall restroom without washing their hands. That alone is enough to turn me off from eating there. read more

As far as 'fast food' goes, this place is among the best. Their service is always great, their food is always delicious and the usual line during lunch or dinner hours proves it! If you are going to eat in the mall, this place should be your choice. The choices are interesting down to the side dishes. The chicken is tender and moist and they have my favorite chicken nuggets! The only downfall is that it's in the mall and to get to it you have to fight mall traffic by the Food Court and go in, but other than that, five stars all the way. read more

Last three visits here either no sauce or not enough for nuggets. Asked for it every time and still problems. Not sure if the are trying to stoop to McDonalds low level of service but they are getting closer. Hate to see this, food is awesome. read more

Chic fil a not only asked if I wanted ketchup but asked how many I want. Such an awesome thing to me after so many places in Enid haven't got so cheap they won't give you ketchup in the drive through windows. Keep it up! read more
