Best pizza in Enid. So many creative topping combinations! Family friendly atmosphere great for larger groups gathering for fun. I was a huge fan of the Original Hideaway back during college years at OSU. Hideaway pizza gets the grand prize for ooey gooey pizza. It strings properly when you pick a slice from your pizza. Sizes are small, medium and large. I have not been to this location. I was looking forward to having whole wheat crust like I had in college, but I understand they don't do that anymore. I'm sure the service is good, because I didn't read about any complaints. People tend to whine about everything. Since they built this place from scratch, I would assume it was rastefully done in such a manner that it would be comfortable and inviting to those seeking a good pizza. I will venture in one of these days and write a worthy review. You can't really review the newcplace based on when you went to the Stillwater location 40 years ago. Honestly not a fan. I had heard good things from family members who used to live in OK before coming here. Overall it just tasted like overpriced pizza. Long wait time, nothing special. I could have gone somewhere else and got more for my money that actually tasted like I was eating pizza. I don't regret trying it out to say that I've had it, but if I'm paying $23.99 (without tax) for a Paradise Pie that has Alfredo sauce, mozzarella and provolone cheese, grilled chicken, smoked bacon, fresh mushrooms, fresh spinach and Roma tomatoes, I would hope that at least one bite of the pizza tasted like one of the items used to make it. The service was prompt and courteous. The food was hot, fresh and fast considering how busy they were. Even had the manager stop by to check on us. Overall a great experience. My only complaint was the music...I know everyone does it. But when you are almost yelling to have a conversation with your date it's too loud. And for a small supreme they really loaded it up. Super clean, super friendly and attentive without getting in your way. Nice decor, spacious, comfortable, not too dark and rather private areas on the booths. Now, the food.... Salad was fresh and great taste. Chicken sandwich was as good as it looked. Potatoes were awesome. We had a pepperoni pizza... pizza as it should be: not too acidy yet enough tomato flavor. Manager was extremely kind and made sure everything was ordered to our liking, staff reflected those same qualities as well. I average eating here about each 2 weeks. On 7/12/23, I ordered wings, mushrooms and salad. I started to eat a wing but it was uncooked (red and bloody) on the inside. Therefore, I could not eat the wings. When the server asked if all was good, I showed her the wing. She sent a manager, Chris Henderson to my table. He immediately made excuses, saying the wings come precooked. I said I didn't care about that. They needed to be cooked more on site. He continued to not take any responsibility for the problem and blamed me. I told him to quit arguing. He said I was arguing, could not control him or tell him what to say. I finally told him to shut up and leave my table but he would not. I was thinking of calling the police! He walked off. But then came back. He resumed arguing. I quit talking. He still talked. Finally I asked if there was another manager I could talk with. At that point he walked off again. The female manager came over and I had no issue with her. This was a horrible experience! read more

This is probably the best hideaway I've ever been to so far. The staff are all extremely professional and kind people and the food is top tier. The bar is also very nice and the bartenders are all quite good at what they do. This is the first review I've ever done on Yelp and I'm glad it was for a great restaurant.
