So apparently they're having problems with their system, not a big deal. Technology is imperfect and so are people in this case both were imperfect. It was pretty frustrating to have to stand there for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me not one person came up to me to ask if I needed anything perhaps that had to do with DoorDash and the system either way, we have to wait for 10 minutes until we can be released from the order without hurting our rating unless someone came up to me to tell me the system wasn't working then I could've expedited the cancellation in this case I lost time and money and because of that you guys get one star until you improve. 10 minutes may not seem like a big deal but I bet if one of your employees were standing around for 10 minutes. You will ask why they're just standing there. read more

The past 2 times I have gone to the Estero location have been disappointing. First time I ordered 1 thing-bowl of soup with Sriracha sauce. Got home and it was a cup of soup with Polynesian sauce. I called location and they offered a fix, only if I drove back, no refund. This visit I got the BOWL of soup and the Sriracha sauce, but I really think these chicken nuggets are pretty sad. The South Tamiami location is run by this "director " named Hannah which is a total disgrace to customer service . I ordered chicken nuggets (breaded) for my kids think #5 on the menu and they were all disgustingly greasy so I go back to the counter and ask the cashier to change them for the grill nuggets. (Which were scarce and BURNED.....) This young inefficient and inexperienced "director in training" starts arguing with me that I have ordered that product and that she would not be "giving me free food " which is idiotic since I had just paid for them and had gone to my table!!! Food quality extremely poor and Hannah doesn't have what it takes to be any sort of manager. She ganged up on me with his employees which clearly catered to her not the customers. Not going back for the poor greasy quAlity food and the poor customer service this young woman provides to customers and her employees follow her rude and arrogant example . It's so cute they decorate the place for the holidays. I think if you like Chick-fil-A, this chain is probably just as good as any other. The star rating is because fast food type places just don't do it for me anymore. For fast food it seems pretty healthy. Ordered the original chicken sandwich and sampled the waffle fries (not a huge fan) & spicy chicken sandwich (this had more flavor). Service was friendly. Always great fast food. If they make a mistake, which is rare this location strives to make it right. I have always enjoyed the quality at this location. The customer service is first rate and we all know we will get a solid meal quickly. Especially when you are on the go. Our go to sandwich is the spicy chicken deluxe. Great tender chicken breast, good amount of spicy-ness and we just love, love, love the lemonade. Good tart with sweetness. Not fountain soda lemonade here. They have a diet version, but just give me the regular sugar! The shakes are good. Chocolate for us. We haven't had breakfast sandwiches but I am told they are first rate. Guess We better try them. OK so fingers crossed this is the Chick-fil-A that I just left. I got a vanilla milkshake and a small mac & cheese. I've been having hearing issues lately and the girl at the window just happen to have a deaf sister. She was so kind and she made sure to slow down as well and make sure that she spoke to me when I was looking at her. She made sure that I knew exactly what I had and it was just a nice experience. The Chick - Fil-A in Naples Florida . After running errands on August 12,2021 , the family wanted Chick-Fil-A for dinner. Entering into the parking area I see multiply line of cars in line waiting and picking up food. I decided to go into the restaurant and place my order, to my surprise it was not as crazy inside as out. After I ordered I was told that there was NO Charge! The credit card system had not been working and the manager decided to give everyone their food at No Charge. He was so calm under all the pressure of what was going on. When I complained and wanted to know how they can mess up a single order of one sandwich. They were very nasty and rude to me. They constantly mess up orders. Don't try to eat here on a Sunday because you will cry hungry tears. I had friends that didn't know the whole "Chik-fil-a closes on Sunday's" thing and they were BUMMED. It's always slammed but I've never had bad service. If I find myself here I always get the lemonade...it's the best you'll find that isn't homemade. I hope they NEVER cheap out on the ingredients or quality because it truly is worth sitting in the drive-thru for on a hot day. Chicken sandwiches are simple but perfectly executed every time. Not the fastest of the franchise. Everything is not set up exactly right. The parking and driveway system is not as good as other locations. The accuracy and speed of service is not as good. Overall set up is very poor. Generally something wrong with some part of the order. Last time specifically did not ask for tomatoes and there's tomatoes on there. Staff seems to not be quite as good as some other locations. And you do not see the manager ever outside working with the crew. read more

The worker at the counter saw them and said "it's the honey packets it happens all the time" and acted like we could just brush the ants off and eat the food. Since the drive thru is always crazy busy, I decided to try ordering online and pickup in the store. Parked at the bank, picked up the food, and went home. At home I realized a sandwich was missing. I really think that Chick-fil-A is the best option when it comes to fast food. This location always has service with a smile and no one gives you the impression that they are angry that you are eating there. The food came out fast and the order was correct.
