This location is doing much better when they first re opened! Much more efficient & more kind like you'd expect from Chick-fil-A.

Long wait for my food. This particular Chick-fil-A is always busy. Actually, it is too crowded! Whether you drive thru or dine-in, you will experience a very crowded and noisy atmosphere. I ordered the Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich deluxe. Instead of the classic, iconic sandwich, I got a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon. The condiment table was moved towards a side exit/entrance door. I hate when things get moved. It's a pet-peeve of mine that I should probably get over it. Anyway, the staff is nice and pleasant but this place is a zoo. I will not be coming back anytime soon. I will avoid this location at all costs. I should have read the reviews prior to driving to this location. My fry box was half full and my 12 piece GRILLED chicken nuggets were fried. I guess I should have checked my order before I drive away. This will be my last visit to this location! read more

Typically I don't give 5 stars. Normally Chick fil A has good service/food. One morning that was not the case, but after calling to complain then a few days later showing up on. Saturday, with at least 50 cars in front of me. I thought I'd this worth it. It amazed me how fast the line move and without any issues and loads of apologies they exchanged out my meals. How a restaurant solves an issue holds more value than just the service/food. read more

Ok this is the worst Chick-fil-A that I've ever been to. The server, Ms. Tonya needs to come off of the cash register and do something else that has nothing to do with people. She is rude, short and does not listen. I couldn't even get my order straight because she was snapping at us like we're bothering her by placing a order. With service like this I can see why owners would like to go to fully automated systems and not have to deal with funky attitudes. This is the worst ChickFilA in the history of Chick-fil-A's. The staff wants things moving and could care less about guest experience. They constantly mess up orders. They wouldn't let my 2 year old use the restroom because of their Covid policy. Guests should matter more than a little extra cleaning. read more

On 22 Feb 2019 at 11am at store 01769 my special needs son (21yrs old - has an IQ ranging from 35-60) came in with a group of other special needs students wearing tee shirts from Grovetown High School and he had an out of date free sandwich card. I tried to explain he couldnt read and we didnt know it was expired THREE times before it was finally - and very reluntantly - offered to be honored by that time I was too upset to eat. WORST CFA EVER. my nuggets were barely breaded and cold. My sandwich was wet and soggy. Mac and cheese was cold. Had to drive allllll the way back and the food was terrible again!! Called them and asked for a refund and they said no. I am livid. Overheard one of the employees tell someone the ice cream machine was down. I also went here one time and the girl in the drive thru made a comment about all of the pollen on my car. Rude. I only gave this 2 stars for the name. The last 2 times I came my orders were inaccurate. The food was cold. Today the bathroom had no soap and again the food was cold. As they did pull up a fresh batch they were not friendly and not happy to correct the problem. I was craving some chick-fil-a. I was very busy in the drive thru so I decided to go and that full also. It didn't take long for meet to order. The cashier was very friendly and helpful with me to decide to what to eat. I couldn't pass up the cookie and cream milkshake. It was so good. We love chick fil a. Since we moved to the area a year ago this chick fil a is the most convenient. It's the worst chick fil a I have ever been too! Service is okay, wait time and organization is horrible! They have more business in this location then they can handle! Food is always good if you want to wait 30 minutes. Chick Fil a is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Not only is the food great, but the customer service is way above par compared to other chain restaurants. Madison, who was working the window was extremely rude. From the moment I placed my order, to the huffing of her breath and the rolling of her eyes. I understand that it was Christmas Eve and she was ready to go home, but bottom line... your an employee of a well established company who makes sure that "my pleasure" is something that is more than just a saying. I was highly disappointed with her. Asking for a sauce was followed by the rolling of her eyes. Telling her she forgot my coke, was followed by the slamming of a cup and tossing her hand out the window with out even looking where my hand was. Every order i placed was followed by a "what else." Tasted like it came from heaven I had so much expectations for my food I ordered and it lived up to it. I ordered the Deluxe Chicken Samwhich and just everything about it was perfect. The chicken was nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My mouth was watering. I put some chic-fil-a sauce on it and it made it even better than it was. Lastly the fries. They had just the right amount of salt. Just like the chicken they were nice a crispy on the outside and soft on inside. Just the perfect fry. I based my review off of simply driving by and seeing that in 97 degree weather recently, they had some poor employee in one of those super hot mascot suits outside waving down cars. Always have high expectations for Chick-fil-a. This particular one does not match the usual attentiveness to customer orders usually demonstrated at CFAs. In the 3 or 4 times I have been to this location, servers seem uninterested in customer orders. I wish i could give less than 1 star. This location is absolutely awful. They have never gotten my order correct, they are rude, the staff complains about how they cannot wait to get off work in front of the customers, severely lacking the quality of food and service you can receive at any other chick-fil-a in the are. But even worse was their manager publicly harassing and shaming a mother who was discretely nursing your 7 month old daughter in the back of the restaurant while she ate lunch with her young niece. The manager walked over and attempted to hand her a coat to "cover up" when she was already covered by 2 shirts. The manager drew attention to the situation and embarrassed the young mom not once, but twice, and when other customers stood up for the young mom , the manager came back and told her that she was causing a scene and to "just let it go". The actions of this employee are illegal! Glad to know this is how they treat their customers, a young nursing mother and military wife. They need to retrain their entire rude staff and learn to step up to quality that is expected from their brand. read more

Fantastic experience -- when I can get all my food and order right. Multiple times through the drive thru I've had bad order mistakes. Some I can catch before I leave, some I'm in a hurry and can't catch because there's a line wrapped around the restaurant pushing me out of the way. The only alternative would be to dodge this drive thru traffic and make it into the restaurant on your way to work with little time and wait twice as long than the line wrapped to get your food and dodge them back out and hope someone lets you out of the parking lot. So you pay for a meal you only get half of or not at all is not a good experience. If I can just get all my food that I pay for and the order right every time or at least 99% of the time it would be a fantastic experience! We have been to this Chick-Fil-A location twice now. Both times we did dine in because we came here to let our kids play at the indoor play place. This location is always clean, the service is always friendly, and the food is always fast and delicious both times we have been here just like Chck-fil-A should be. Also, after I sat down, a lovely older man named George came to check on me at least twice. He was wonderful, and we had a great conversation and story-telling session. Service is always quick and the staff is always courteous and polite. Even if their busy, the staff works hard to provide you with the quickest service possible. Its also nice that they will bring your order to you if you're dining in. Play area is great too for the kiddos. My kids love it!! And the icecream they can get for trading in their toy. Our family is a big fan of Chick Fill A. The food is always great. My kids love eating there. But today's dinner around 7:30pm (12/26/2015), the lady who took order of ours had a really bad attitude. She is an African American lady with highlighted hair, didn't get her name. I really hate complaining and I LOVE Chick-fil-A! But I'm really disappointed with the service at Chick-fil-A in Evans. I went there yesterday to get a drink and icecream for my son. Chick-fil-A is always very accommodating to mothers with young children and that's always one of the things I love. The guy that took my order handed me 2 cup of water and an icecream... while I was holding my squirmy 2yr old. He could of offered to carry it for it for me but didn't. So I end up spilling my drink in the middle of the store. I was completely embarrassed. Of all places for this to happen, I'm sad it had to happen at Chick-fil-A. read more

Chick-fil-a is the best food ever! Their fried chicken nuggets are amazing, very crispy, full of flavor, and the perfect size. If you do not like nuggets they have something for everyone, salads, chicken strips, soups, milkshakes (which are amazing, especially the peppermint shake around Christmas),and sandwiches. The waffles fries are some of the best fries I have ever eaten they are truly delicious. The service at Chick-fil-a is always terrific they are nice and seem like they genuinely want to be there helping you. My order has been messed up slightly TWICE over the 10 years we have been eating here. The drive-thru is always fast and they have two ordering windows to speed everything up. All of this is offered to you at a very good price and you can use the Chick-fil-a One app to earn points towards free items. Overall Chick-fil-a is a very good restaurant! read more
