We got the Napkins burger with the brussel sprouts being the star. The brussels come with pineapple thai chili sauce, but we liked the brussels without it and opted to use the delicious sauce as a dip for our french fries. The burger was tasty, but nothing out of this world. It was cooked perfectly and I liked the Napkins famous sauce on it. The only thing was that the burger kept slipping out of the bun and it was very messy to eat as we kept putting the burger back together. The shawarma with chicken thigh was delicious. I would pair this with the brussels next time and you'd have a winning combination. The fries were good too, but the brussels are the winning side choice. Glad we stopped by on our road trip for a satisfying and filling lunch. It's worth the stop and everything tastes fresh and is well worth the price. The brewery is not Napkins, but the staff inside behind the bar was super helpful and more than happy to let my husband try the beers before making his choice. The Jagger sauce was very good, it's like a creamy bbq sauce. For dessert I had the Oreo milk shake. It was very good. It comes with a larger straw so the cookie chunks don't get stuck in the straw as you're drinking.

After finally being able to get up with the general manager Tabitha Robinson after over 2 weeks of returning to the store and calling and calling and leaving voicemails. I came here and spent over $60 feeding my family and the food was totally messed up. I ordered three steakhouse, single burgers one with extra garlic, aïoli, and one with no mushrooms, and also two large onion rings and a steakhouse medium combo regular if my burgers did not have the steakhouse meat there were none with no mushrooms and also the one with extra aïoli did not have extra aïoli. The onion rings were the impact in boxes instead of it's normal packaging, and the onion rings were very undercooked and more like mixed together inside the box with no crispiness as a person who is the owner of multiple businesses inside of the food industry this was very unacceptable not to mention the food with cold. I finally returned to the store and was able to speak with the general manager and the manager of that night who told me that she made my food herself and everything was correct which I know was untrue because I watched her and she stood at the front doing other things. Besides, making my order. It was a young African-American guy who made the food and also informed me that the onion rings were in the boxes. There is no way that the food was made to when I was at the window for less than two minutes. There's no way the food was made in two minutes, which shows that the temperature of the food was incorrect I suggest that for proof cameras, be ran back and studied to fix mistakes! After being spoke with with an attitude and not great customer service at all, the manager being told me she is not refunding me, and the only thing that she could do is remake the burger meal that didn't have the steakhouse meat of all the food that was not of quality and restaurant standards. Now I was wondering, why remake the burger when you insisted that your manager made the order and everything was correct. Which shows that mistakes could have easily been made, which is very contradicting. We are all humans and we all made mistakes, but how you treat a person and how you go about it it can easily be resolved! This location definitely needs to have a revamp of restaurant standards and expectations when it comes to quality of peoples food to ensure the safety of others.

This is a decision by owners to serve less than adequate product for same price or higher than original zaxbys quality. Also everyone that has ordered their traditional Wings have experienced the hard part of wing that is not edible due to product being cooked ahead and under warmer drying out something in their process makes part of the wing hard on parts when there's barely meat on the bone already. I know for a fact anyone that frequents zaxbys have gone through this.
