Only If I could put NO stars. The workers gave out the wrong order to my car and I notified them about the situation. They proceeded to take the food and drinks right back through the window. !!!!!!! One star for cleanliness. Mind you I didn't go to the bathroom. This McDonalds has the new McCafe style seating/ interior design and the self-serve kiosks. Stopped in here on our way to a test. Let me tell you about my experience this morning. We were greeted friendly as we entered the restaurant. We were instructed to try ordering from the self-serve kiosk. So we did. Ordered my breakfast bourrito meal and medium plain ice latte and he orders his pancake breakfast and large drink. Entered the order number and machine wouldn't let us pay with the card so we had take the order nr to the counter. Before getting to the counter, it was announced that they were no more breakfast bourritos. Insert sad face. No big deal, it happens.... It's my favorite breakfast item too and I still get my hashbrown. Finally at counter, we gave our number, but the cashier had to retook our order. I did say breakfast bourritos again, hoping it was just a morning illusion lol, but she informed me, no bourritos. So I asked for the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. She asked if I wanted a meal...i replied yes, bc I will still have my golden brown hash brown to look forward too. I asked for my coffee, he repeated his order and we paid and waited. Food come out quickly, had to wait a bit on my coffee to be served, but I saw it was finished making. It just needed a scoop of ice and a lid.....when the staff was waiting for other orders to complete for hand off, I reminded them I was only waiting for a coffee....one clerk said ok and went on....waiting patiently, no other costumer orders being ready or filled (i know how busy McD breakfast can be, so I just stood patiently on the side....still nothing, I politely remind one of the clerks just standing there, waiting for orders to come in that I am only waiting on the ice coffee (pointing slightly at the coffee machine) that was ready, just waiting on the ice and a lid.... Nothing. I thought maybe it's for drive-thru. Still standing there.....checking on the Mr. Who sat down with our food and is patiently waiting for me to join and eat. I signal him to go ahead as I don't want his pancakes to get cold. Hot cakes for a reason yo! Anyways a few other orders get completed and then. Someone sees the coffee, finishes it and I hear "who has iced coffee?" I raise my hand...meanwhile it's the first clerk I asked about my coffee...maybe +5mins pass. No big deal, I got my coffee, I'm hungry, I just want to eat and go on with my day. I sit down, I notice no hash brown. I asked the Mr if I ordered a meal and he said yes. I look over to the resisters on the menu screen to see if a meal included a hash brown, sure did. I almost finished my medium coffee and said I'll order another coffee and inquire about the hash brown. So i got up, went straight to the register, bc you know machine wouldn't take payments, so i thought i skip the step. No, i was instructed to order on the kiosk. I sigh and order. Machine still won't take payment. So I go to the counter. With only one of two registered manned, it was just my luck that 4 staff members were going on their break and they ordered their food order directly on the open machine..ooof, OK you worked hard and probably just hungry as I was.....i had to wait to provide clerk with the order no. of the machine...my turn..the Clerk asked for my order again.... Before paying I asked if the bacon egg and cheese meal came with a hashbrown because I just ordered it and didn't receive one, the clerk verified it does (same clerk who took our initial order AND handed me my first coffee....crickets, balls of hay passing and violins heard in background, she rang me up for my second medium coffee. Receive no missing hashbrown. Coffee came out quick i noticed the size difference in the cup. Walked over to our table and stood it next to my original cup. Sure enough my second cup was smaller, to be fair, i checked the sticker order label to make sure the clerk entered the Medium I requested and paid for. Verified it was the identical order, another clerk was walking around asking customers if everything was ok with their orders and so on, she stopped by our desk and I just said, these two cups aren't both medium lattes..... She looked at them standing side by side clearly showing M on the order label..... And confirmed, yeah that one is a small....*yaaas! Lightbulbs. Fireworks* But she just continued walking asking other patrons dining in how their orders are......at this point I've had it. I had no burritos which I understood I couldn't have, I had no hashbrown which was consolation that I paid for and never received, and a verified small order of coffee when I paid and the label stated Medium size one. I was done. I told the Mr we need to leave, before I blew a fuse. I get people make mistakes, but none of my issues were addressed and at this point I felt they were fine stealing my money for food I didn't receive, but paid for. We are traveling and stopped by to use the bathroom and saw that they have Apple fritters and blueberry muffins. They don't have that at any of the locations where we are from. But on a serious note, the bathrooms were clean but the kitchen and dinning area was full of flies. I hate to be so serious about McDonald's but I'm still so itchy from all the flies that were on the ceiling in the kitchen area. Looked like big ants running around freaking out. My food was alright even though the bun was hard around the edges. I ordered from the kiosk and took a number as instructed so our food would be brought to the table. They still called me up to the clubber to retrieve my order. Not a huge deal but I followed instructions... Why can't they? ‍ As older couple came in and ordered coffee which they both agreed was old so the lady asked for some new coffee and when she asked to speak to the manager he said, and was heard by others, tell her I'm too busy. I just went through the drive trough and ordered the big breakfast with hot cakes and when I got home I had no plastic fork and knife, no syrup, no butter, no salt and pepper, no napkins, I asked when I ordered to add salt, pepper, strawberry jelly, because if you ask for it the pick up window, they give you a hateful reply "Well you should have ask for it when you ordered your food" what happened to getting these basics when you order your meal? Finally asked a lady bringing food out about my order and was told they were still baking cookies. 3 or 4 more minutes go by, so I went in for a refund and the food was coming out. Have gotten 50% of my orders wrong, but my last visit (about 5 minutes ago) was by far the worst. Keeping in mind that it was a little busy and I have worked in the food industy I try to be patient. They had me pull forward so they could give me my order at the door. Five cars recieved their food before me and when I recieved my food it was the wrong order. I go inside and get the right one fairly quickly, go through the bag to check and make sure just in case. Get home to find out that my McDouble with no onion is two pieces of meat, with cheese between a bun...to say that I am angry is an understatement. Absolute terrible customer service from the MANAGER of this McDonalds. I was going to go grab some lunch for my son and I. I saw that McDonalds now had mobile ordering, so I placed my order and left my house at 12:38pm. I pulled into McDonalds and followed the steps to complete my order so they could start making the order at 12:47pm. At 1:11pm, I still had no food. As I walked into the restaurant another guy hopped out of his car because he also had a mobile order and had been waiting a long time as well. As we were walking in ANOTHER customer was walking out because he went in to get a refund because they had taken a long time with his order as well. I understand places get busy, but this was ridiculous, I watched multiple cars pull in and go through the drive thru in my 24 minute wait. When I got inside I met Xavier (the manager), this guy could care less that people weren't being taken care of. I asked who was doing the outside orders and he said he had my food right here, imagine this the order wasn't right, they somehow forgot the drinks to the combos. I asked him if he was going to give me my money back because it had been almost 30 minutes, he said if he gave me my money back he wouldn't give me the food. This entire time he was very rude and condescending. He couldn't grasp the concept that it wasn't MY fault that it took so long for me to get my food. I asked for the owners name and number, he said that he doesn't have it....... I then asked for his bosses number and he reluctantly gave it too me. When I called the number, it was the wrong number. So I went back to Xavier and he finally gave me the right number. I left a message on the General Managers voicemail. I then went back to Xavier and told him he could keep the food, I just want my moneyback, he then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't give me money back because it was a mobile order (smirking the entire time.) Now I am super frustrated, another customer pulls me to the side and tells me that Xavier had JUST given someone else a refund for food. I then call the general manager again and she answers the phone. I explain to her that Xavier wouldn't give me my money back and I explained the situation, she was very apologetic and said she would call Xavier right away. By this time Xavier now has another customer asking him for the managers number, as he is giving the customer the general managers number she(the GM) calls Xavier and all of a sudden he knows how to do a refund. He then asks for my card and tries to give me a refund of almost $6.00 less then what had been charged to my card. Another associate was trying to explain to him that he wasn't refunding the correct order and he wouldn't listen to her because Xavier had it under control. He didn't, after I told him that wasn't the right amount he said that it was my order total was, it wasn't. He then decided to ask me if the items that order were what he was refunding, they weren't. As the young lady was trying to assist him he became rude with her and dismissed her and told her to go away. He then had to use MY phone to get the correct order. Finally at about 1:30pm I got a refund. My family goes through this drive thru quite often and there are six of us, so you can imagine we spend a lot in this restaurant. We will not return to this location as long as employees like Xavier work there. This young man needs to understand that it is the customers that keep the doors open. I know that I am only one customer and McDonalds is a billion-dollar company, but this location won't be getting any more of my money. I am disgusted. I was trying to order a simple egg white delight McMuffin. As i pulled into the parking lot i was greeted by a pile of vomit. After gagging i went to front door, it was locked. Knowing my only option was to use the 24 HOUR DRIVE THROUGH i got back in the car. I pulled up to the order machine and i was answered with "we only take cash" after contemplating i decided this was fine. As i started my order the lady said we aren't taking orders right now. Tea has spilled out from the tea jug. That's when I notice the sticky label covering the top.NO FREAKING LID ON THE DAMN TEA.JUST A STICKY LABEL. OH HELL TO THE NAH.... Slow service, and when it's fast, your order is wrong. Your order is also wrong when it's slow, but slightly less frequently. Don't ask for hot fries because they don't care and you will get the coldest ones they have. I wouldn't have gone but it was late and I had just gotten off work. I was hungry and it was the only thing open nearby. There was NO line and NO one else there, so how she STILL messed up my order when she had plenty of time to get it right is beyond me. I simply asked for a mcdouble with NO pickles or onions, a small fry, and a medium sweet tea (I dislike onions and am ALLERGIC to pickles). Got home, saw onions on the outside of my burger wrapper before I could even open it and I'm not sure why I was shocked to see the pickles there too. Y'all think someone asking for something removed is being difficult when they could have allergies, but again, they don't care so what's the point?
