This location seriously needs to get its drive-thru situation under control. It's been a full year since my last review, and unbelievably, it has only gotten worse. I ordered ahead as usual, but I've now been sitting in line for over 20 minutes, and it's clear no one is even paying attention to the orders. The line is backed up so far, it feels like the staff can't even keep up with the cars, let alone the orders. Every time we come here, the drive-thru line is a mess. The last time, they even gave our food to the car behind us by mistake. I had to point it out, and the employee literally took the food from the car behind us and handed it to us--except it was clearly opened. I mentioned it to him, and he gave me the most bewildered look, like I was crazy for saying anything. Now, I'm sure nothing happened to the food, but that's not the point. This isn't a charity, and I'm paying for a service that should at least be reasonable. I shouldn't have to worry about whether my food was tampered with. This location really needs to take a hard look at how other nearby branches are managing their drive-thru. There's no reason the service here should be this slow, disorganized, and careless. It's been like this for too long. Maybe it's time for management to observe how other locations are running efficiently and figure out how to bring that same level of service here. Susanne was the cashier who took my order and prepared my coffee. It was hot and strong, a wonderful pick me up first thing in the morning. The kid was young ... Dylan and I'm sure this is a stressful job but to look like you are miserable behind the counter and when you're calling out the orders, nobody could hear what you're saying AT ALL my order was given to the wrong customer . In a fast place environment definitely needs to have more efficient vocal workers. Caroline, who was also behind the counter when I asked for sauce, gave me one packet of ketchup and one packet of Polynesian When I have three meals. I also made sure when I was ordering to ask for extra sauce as this Chick-fil-A always leaves out the sauce.thanks for rolling your eyes at me girl... I missed the drive thru the first time, drove around the Verizon, got in the order line and the manager got out and asked the car in front of me to pull to the side, then proceeded to my truck and asked ME to pull to the side because I "CUT" in the line? I of course don't eat meat so I ordered fries my boyfriend however ordered two chicken sandwiches one with cheese and the other without. Went in here this week for dinner. The staff wasn't as friendly as I'm used to seeing in other locations. The girl that served us was patient but not overly friendly. Even the gentleman dropping off our meals want. Oh well. As usual I had a chicken sandwich and it tasted pretty good but the waffle fries were terrible and really dry. I told them, the female server didn't apologize, and made me a new order. The replacement ones also tasted dry. I picked up four 2017 Cow Calendars that went on sale around Nov 8th, $7 each. I love Chick-fil-A but I must say this location is usually a hit or miss. I drive about 17 minutes to come here and many times will order a well done large fry to make sure they're still hot when getting home. Often I'll find the fries were just dumped in without shaking it, so when I check them at home all fries will fall down and result in an actual medium instead of a large. Eating in I have never had a problem. Drive-thru just seems to really be iffy. read more

For a side--I ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup---I got chicken tortilla soup--but with no tortilla strips to top the soup--and so spicy I couldn't eat it. The fries I got were cold and limp.
