I arrived at this location of Chick-fil-A just as the lunchtime rush began on a rainy Tuesday. The drive thru line extended out of the parking lot while the parking lot was packed completely full. I could see a line of people entering the front doors and decided as I circled the parking lot to look further up the road for a place to eat. I observed a car backing out of a parking space and decided the wait would not be any better at any other restaurant with the time so pulled and parked. I was really amazed at the speed in which the line moved, The front counter was filled with people waiting on drink orders, but I was motioned to a ordering point moving through the exit line to get around the large group. My order was taken and by the time I swiped my card my drink was handed to me and at the same time my name was called as my meal was handed to me. I literally was not in line for three minutes. My order was delivered hot and to my specifications. Despite the crowd the dining area was clean and my drink was refilled as I finished eating and brought to me. And I can swear that maybe only about 3-4 times in the 5+ years has my order ever been incorrect and they're so quick on fixing it! I just love the Chick-fil-A Cobb salad and this store gets it right. The staff here is friendly and attentive (as are most). I probably eat here at least once and sometimes twice a week. The only down side of this location is common to many Chick-fil-A's, parking is at a premium and if you park on the outside row you can frequently get blocked in by the drive through line. It's a minor irritation, and people are usually nice and let you out in a few minutes - but it's something to beware of. By the way - if you are a Chick-fil-A regular you need to get their app. It saves "favorite" orders and you can place and pay for a regular order with just a few clicks. Do that a few blocks from the store and your order is ready on the counter when you enter. read more

My first time here, and i was quite impressed with it. the drive through line was really long, so we decided to walk in for the food. the line inside was not as long. the service was quick and efficient, and the server was nice as was the manager. I had a coupon for a free meal, and they were able to accommodate my request (didn't want the fried chicken, and wanted the baked). they took the coupon, deducted the amount of the first meal and i just paid the difference. for a #7 (grilled chicken and bacon). the accommodated me with no cheese and no butter on bun. was a really moist piece of chicken. also ordered the lemonade. this was really good - made from real lemons (as i got some pits and had some pulp as well) really glad i was able to go there for my first time. would go back read more

My granddaughter and I are regulars here. I'm talking twice a week every week regulars. Some of the crew members have come to know us! Mackenzie LOVES the nuggets and ice cream. Today, she decided to trade her prize for the ice cream. We went up to the counter and she sweetly explained what she wanted to do. The young girl at the counter was smiling,(she has a beautiful smile), and said of course. I explained that Mackenzie likes it in a cup with a cone on the side. She likes to scoop it herself. The girl flashed her brilliant smile and said "of course!" Another young lady who I see often, (red hair, beautiful smile) asked Mackenzie is she would like to help make it. That was all she had to say! They showed her how to get the ice cream out of the machine, and helped her put chocolate sauce on it. She was SO excited! I have never had a bad experience at ANY Chic-Fil-A! The staff that are hired really seem to love their jobs! Even the elders that work at Chic-Fil-A. I adore them and have so much respect for them. They do not allow their age to define their capability. My 17 months old always make a huge mess under her seat and I try to clean it up because I feel so bad for the mess. One elderly man walked up to me and said "let me clean this, it's job security, lol." I was like "Wow, this dude "gets it." Love his service and the other cleaning people, all are wonderful. They hired an elderly lady to walk around the restaurant and ask if you need anything. I feel like I was at my grandma's house. It was truly a very delightful experience today. If you ask for extra pickles you will get either 2 pickle slices or none at all at this Chick-fil-A. At other Chick-fil-A's you'll actually get lots of extra pickles. Service here is always 5 stars even though they are busy all the time they still get you out pretty fast.. the exception being RUSH hours. The staff and managers are at the top of their game and very few restaurants get this 5 star rating from me. I waited 18 minutes for a chicken biscuit and a breakfast burrito. I arrived at 6:45am. There was maybe 7 cars in front of me, which is usually nothing at any other Chick-fil-A. I would have never pulled in here if I knew they were going to make me late for work. Looking at previous reviews it seems like this has been an ongoing problem for years. Drive-Thru is always dreadfully slow. Food is always great but people go to the drive-thru for quick service.

This morning my wife was waiting in line before 1030 to order breakfast and because of their slow service was denied breakfast when she got to the window. Unlike other Chick-fil-A locations they do not have people outside helping get orders to ensure customers are able to order what they want instead of being denied breakfast at 1031. Especially when everyone knows they have extra biscuits and didn't run out. Luckily McDonald's serves breakfast ALL DAY LONG and we were able to go there after having to wait in line because this location has no way out of their drive thru. I've always appreciated Chik-fil-A and their customer service, but this morning it was absolutely pitiful. They showed no consideration for their slow service and ensuring guests who were patient in line were served accordingly. MAYBE you should look at serving breakfast for a longer period of time or be considerate of customers who are patient for your product. read more

While seating next to the window, waiting for our food, my friend thought it was too bright and wanted me to lower the window shade. As I begin pulling the blinds down, an employee starts yelling from across the restaurant. At first I didn't know she was yelling at me and I continued to lower the blinds to where I felt was comfortable, then the employee approaches my friend and I and. She begins to lecture me aggressively on why I shouldn't have done that because the blind was broken and had previously fallen on her while moving it, which seemed like a lie considering there was no sign no notice on not touching the window blinds. The entire restaurant was silent and watching her yell at me and my friend and then when she was finally done said, "How embarrassing", as if I should've know better.
