Fries were the delicious thin kind but could have been more crispy. It is the serene your own beverage station with diet Dr Pepper so that's great! I was picking up dinner for my dad, who is bedbound and relies on me for care. He's always loved this location, especially for the milkshakes and his favorite corned beef Reuben sandwich, so even though it's a 25-minute drive from my house, I wanted to bring him something special. From the start, things just felt off? The person taking orders at the drive-thru sounded like she did *not* want to be there. She quickly rushed me through my order, and barely let me finish before cutting me off! When I finally got the food, it was cold and they forgot both a cookie and some chicken tenders. I know mistakes happen, so I called the restaurant to let them know what happened and hopefully get it sorted out. The manager's response honestly shocked me. Instead of trying to help, he asked me if there was "actually something he could help me with," after I explained the situation! Unreal.. It felt like he just wanted me off the phone. When I asked if I could be reimbursed for the missing items and cold food, he didn't offer any solution other than "so is there actually something I can help you with"!! I couldn't believe my ears. Then, when I asked for his name, he hung up on me. When I tried calling back, he refused to take my call. I even tried calling the customer service line, hoping they would rectify the situation ... Unfortunately, I wasn't reimbursed for anything. They said they'd send me a free sandwich card, which apparently takes 4 to 8 weeks to arrive.
