Horrible chick fil a. Not once have they ever gotten my order right and you will definitely need to set aside an extra 30 minutes to plan for their slowness. I am not one to trash talk restaurants because there are always bad days but at this chick fil a, it's always a bad day. Every time I go I leave disappointed in a place where I normally leave happier than before I came. I will drive out of my way to get chick fil a elsewhere and you should to unless you want your order to be wrong after waiting much longer than you should only to drive up to the window and see all the employees standing there talking to each other about things that don't concern work. What a shame. I wish that I could give negative stars because this location sets an extremely bad example. read more

Best Chick Fil A ever!!! People are always smiling and happy wouldn't wanna go eat anywhere else. Even though there was a long line, there were people standing outside and took your order payment and handed you your food within 5 mins! Will never go to another Chick Fil A again!!! read more

My husband and I just went in for lunch, and both of our sandwiches were cold and missing pickles. We told one of the cashiers (who was very nice) and she asked the person in the back to remake them. We heard some annoyance from whoever was back there and the cashier responded "no, their sandwiches were cold so you need to remake them." We got the replacement sandwiches and they were sloppily thrown together. The cheese and tomato were sticking OUT of the box and it was still missing the pickle. The staff was nice, but the one making the food - the only one that matters in my opinion - clearly didn't care. read more

I love Chick-fil-a, and this location has an excellent atmosphere. However, it seems to have poor management.

Went to Chick-fil-A to dine in on Wednesday before going to a movie. One of the lit signs in the store promoted Chicken Tortilla Soup in lieu of one of the regular sides for an upcharge of $1.04. I ordered a 12 nugget meal with the Chicken Tortilla Soup, and got Chicken Noodle Soup instead. Took it back to the counter, and was told that the Chicken Tortilla Soup is more expensive and would have to pay more. I pointed to the sign, and was told that it was a misprint. I asked to speak with a manager, and he was the manager. Informed the manager that it's illegal to advertise a product and not honor the price. He stated that it was company policy and would not honor the promotion displayed in their store. I took a picture of the sign, and as he was returning to the counter I took a picture of him. The manager asked if I took his picture, and I confirmed that I did. He said that I didn't have his permission to take his picture. I let him know that I didn't ask. He said he was going to call the police. WHAT?!?! This is Chick-fil-A, home of great food and exceptional service. What's happening here? What's wrong with this picture. E-mailed the owner/franchisee, and got the response below: My name is Bobby Shoemaker and I am the owner of the Chick-fil-A restaurants here in Gainesville. First of all I would like to thank you for being a guest of Chick-fil-A. I understand there was an error on our menu board when you visited the restaurant. I love Chick-fil-a but twice within two weeks the service has been very poor. I don't know if the staff or the management need more customer service training- but that was my last time going to this location. They totally do not represent you the Chick-fil-a culture. How can I express my sincere gratitude to these people? My vehicle shut off in the drive-thru on a busy morning (mortifying) and these outstanding folks went WAAAAYYYY beyond the call of duty and pushed my car through the drive-thru!!!! I pushed my embarrassment to the side and have told everyone I know how unbelievably generous the young men were to me! Definitely a true act of kindness to say the least. read more
