Amazing spot! I went there on Fri. 3/28, but since I was visiting from out of town, writing a review slipped my mind until now lol. This was my first time ever at a Chicken Salad Chick PLUS I'm only just now getting into chicken salads because I've always been picky about the texture. Anyway, the gentleman who helped me was very kind and patient, even walking me through all their options, providing recommendations and even samples. I wish I remembered his name! I dined in and I don't even think my sandwich and soup took a full minute to be ready. The jalapeño holly was PHENOMENAL and has only a minimal amount of mayo, which is exactly what I was looking for in a chicken salad! We love the food at chicken salad chick. However, they don't follow their published hours. They often close early to the published time. This has been a repeated experience. They need to update their time to a closing of 7 o'clock instead of constantly putting a sign on the door that we are closing early just to clean the restaurant, if you're going to close early, then update your time and close. The staff is very rude. They will note that the drive-through is open but when you go through the drive-through, they tell you that there's no food available but one or two items. It's such a shame because it's a great restaurant that their service is definitely changed related to how they handle their evenings. read more

Went to CSC for my favorite lunch. Apparently they don't close at 3 they close whenever they feel like. I pulled into the drive they at 2:50 after waiting 5 minutes in THEIR LINE!! when I got to the order screen I was told that the system was already turned off and they couldn't help me!! I enjoy this brand and have always gotten the chicken salad on previous visits. Today, I stopped in to grab lunch for my sister and I. My sister is a healthcare worker. I wanted to surprise her with lunch and to make her smile as these have been some trying times. I wanted to try something different today so I ordered the Turkey Club sandwich on a croissant. The sandwich was" just ok". The turkey lacked flavor, the bacon was cold, and the honey mustard sauce was bland. This review isn't really about the food, but the service. The food is quite good, but the service is not. We came for lunch today with our 4 year old daughter who is both picky and does not eat much. Her options here are either PB&J (Uncrustable) or macaroni & cheese. When I went to order lunch, she just wanted PB&J and that's what I tried to order for her. Turns out, you cannot order just a PB&J and you are forced to order the entire meal. $6 for an Uncrustable is crazy. I tried to explain that I did not want the side or drink, and they insisted that there was no way to do that. I asked if they can ring up a side separately, and I was told they could, but the PB&J is not a side. I asked if they could charge me for a side of macaroni & cheese and just hand me an Uncrustable instead, and I was told they could not. Literally the only way to get an Uncrustable is to purchase the entire kids meal. I ended up purchasing just a side of macaroni and cheese and tried to tell my daughter that they were out. One of the managers I spoke to at the register came around and asked if everything was okay, and I mentioned aside from the fact that my daughter didn't get what she wanted. This started up the entire debate again. She asked if we wanted to speak to the general manager. A girl named Amy came out and told us that the other girl did the right thing by not accommodating my request. Their POS system does not allow them to ring up a child sandwich only, and making an exception for me could lead to future exceptions which would throw their inventory off. I said it's silly that their POS system dictates what they can do for customer service. It wasn't until I said that I would be leaving negative reviews on Yelp, Trip Advisor, and Facebook that she suddenly changed her tune. She admitted that it was a common request and she would let their tech/IT department know that they needed a new option on their register and she would bring my daughter an Uncrustable. Needless to say, since it takes 3 supervisors and a threat of negative reviews to purchase only an Uncrustable for a child, we will save ourselves the headache and not return. read more

It is very good and there are lots of variations of chicken salad. You can get a scoop of chicken salad and they will give you some crackers for it. You can get chicken salad sammich on white, wheat or croissant. You also get a side which could be soup, another scoop of chicken salad, some pimento cheese and some other options. Best thing you get an iced sugar cookie with your selection. It is a nice way to end the meal and just the right couple of bites ending. Now they have everything from plan chicken salad to spice chicken salad. I detest pickles but for some reason I love Olivia's old south chicken salad which has pickle relish in it. Just tried this spot with bae. Plenty of options to choose from. I ordered "Olivia's Old South" which is southern traditional chicken salad with sweet pickles & eggs. I had this on a croissant. It was pretty good. It was a suggestion from the cashier so I went with it. Bae had a pimento & cheese blt. He ate 1 half and ate the bacon off the second half. He stated the cheese was too thick. I tasted it. The pimento cheese had great flavor, but I agreed, it was so thick you couldn't enjoy it. Maybe if they coupled it with chicken salad, it would cut it. Overall, we had a great experience. Oh, I had potato soup with mine-blah. Wouldn't order it again. Husband had grape salad as a side:red & white seedless grapes covered in a sweet cream cheese mixture topped with brown sugar and crushed pecans. It was SOOOO GOOD.
