I go to this chipotle very very often and when i went today the customer service was absolutely abhorrent. as we walked in, they were relatively busy so i am sure my made my burrito tiny by accident. i thought it was a little weird so i compared it to my friends burrito and it was genuinely like half the size of hers. i could tell they were busy, so i waited till the line died down and asked them why my burrito was significantly smaller than a normal chipotle burrito. although i was nothing but polite, the manager dismissed the fact that my burrito was extremely small and claimed that they gave me the correct portion size. it wasn't even the manager that made my burrito, it was another girl and i saw her give me the SMALLEST portions of rice, chicken, beans, etc. like buddy, ya im the one in the wrong here . instead of accepting the fact that they made a mistake, they were lowkey just gaslighting me into thinking their tiny ass burrito is normal. also the manager was mean asf. the one guy at the register was nice but that manager a bih ngl. when i tell you, i am at this chipotle at least once a week, and i have NEVER had an experience this bad before. i get burritos and bowls from chipotle literally every other day so believe me, i know ball. ts in not normal and i have never had a burrito this small before. cordially, I would like to request half of my burrito refunded in response to the half of a burrito that was given to me. read more

I ordered a bowl today online and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I've had great experiences in the past, however this bowl barely fills the bottom of the container, and is missing guacamole (which I ordered, and was charged for). I have a hard time justifying paying $14 for this bowl that is not only lacking substance, but also an additional ingredient that I was charged extra for. I understand that there may be rules and guidelines for employees when making bowls and burritos, however it's not realistic to give paying customers this amount of food for the price it's being sold for. All things aside, I've had pretty good experiences with this store and would recommend it as long as you're able to order in-store, not online. read more

I go to chipotle 2-3x per week. I hate coming here, but still do because I am addicted to chipotle. Every chipotle is like a 5 star experience for me except this one location is a one star for me. No matter the day of the week or time of the day, the workers are rude and have a negative attitude. I try extra hard to be nice to the workers and engage them and ask them how their day is going. They always remain upset, and act rudely. They act like the food costs come directly from their wage, rationing the food and refusing to give more if you ask for more of something. I love chipotle, but this one location, I understand why it has negative reviews. Additionally, they mischarge me every other time I come. They'll charge me extra protein, or vinaigrette or something else that I did not even order. First off, I'm a big chipotle junkie. Like can eat it 5days a week. Ate at this location 5 times this week...expecting a different result. I kept of giving this place the benefit of the doubt because of my chipotle obsession and location...but now will drive to Delaware to get chipotle. First off...every day this week they were "out of fajitas" I tried dining at 5pm...6pm..noon...always out of fajitas!! They simply are too lazy to make it and no one from corporate can enforce it. The chicken is burnt...like inedible. The cooks are highschool kids that leave on the grill too long and will still serve it to you. Third, the service is extremely rude. So bad! Teenagers that can barely mumble a hello, act like you're putting them out for doing their job. I waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the prep station. The big heavy overweight guy came over to wash his hands, then pulled his underwear from his butt up then served the food. I'm sorry...what?!?! Fourth, the people at the cash register made us weight an additional 5 minutes because someone didn't sign out of the register and they had to find some key card to sign the register out before being able to ring us up. It is so disappointing to share my experience at this location. I ordered $400+ catering for my husband's 40th birthday and when I went to pick it up, the store was closed. This is the worst chipotle I've been to. If you're paying upwards of $10 for a bowl, it should be filled. Every other chipotle I've been to the bowl is usually overflowing. The lady making my bowl seemed to be in a rush even with only one person behind me. I have continuously gone to this location where I have been met by disrespect, attitude, and a lack of empathy. I have extreme food allergies that bring life threatening risk into every meal I eat. I go to chipotle all the time. I get plain white rice, as I am allergic to cilantro, chicken, and lettuce. Nearly every time I walk in and ask for a glove change I am given stares and rude glances, and when I ask for rice, sometimes it's a nice response, but the last time I went in, the man said no without even checking. When I proceeded to say okay, that's fine I'm going to go somewhere else, there was no expression of apologies or accommodation. I think there are serious health code violations at this location. first of all, service was terrible. no one likes to smile or say hi. the place was DIRTY. markers next to food. the counter was loaded with food debris. the tables in the restaurant hadn't been cleaned and were covered with food scraps and so was the floor. There wasn't anywhere to sit that was cleaned. also, a huge drink spill was on the floor and wasn't cleaned up. I saw three employees but only one was working the line and also ringing up customers. So she was handling food and money and not washing hands at all. The food containers were running low and no one was addressing it. I was told they didn't have steak at the moment so pick something else. The line of customers waiting to be acknowledged was all the way to the door and no one seemed to care. This was a terrible experience and I'm so grossed out by the filth. They should be inspected. read more
