So good! I built a custom bowl. I used brown rice & romaine lettuce, harissa & regular humus, and grilled chicken topped with cucumbers and tomatoes, pickles, feta cheese, corn, and broccoli. Absolutely delicious! The people working there were very helpful for me. It was my second time at a cava, but it's been years since my last visit to one. My bowl was very good. Highly recommend checking them out!

I can't rate this place enough - the food tastes sooooo fresh and yum!!!!! I'm not a salad person.. but I placed an order for half lamb meatballs and half chicken over arugula (by mistake.. I intended to order it over rice!) with some hummus, feta amongst other things.. and omg it was sooooo delicious, I was left licking the bowl!!!!!' Love love love cava!!!!

My boyfriend and I visited Cava last Tuesday, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! When we arrived, the manager, Deresa, and her colleague Noemi, greeted us very warmly and walked us through the concept and the menu. We each ordered our own custom bowls, and everything was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were so fresh and everything was beautifully prepared. The seating area was clean. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much. Muchas gracias y hasta pronto amigas!

DONT ORDER DELIVERY! This location will give you a half filled bowl, with the wrong ingredients.

The Harissa Avocado Bowl. SOOOO good!!!

Great food, great service. Very fresh. Very cold inside though. I will come again, just need to lay off the air a tad.

The food came out a little slow though but worth it. Starters: Brussel Sprouts: 5/5 delicious and made well. The skin lightly fried but not charred. Rib rolls: 4/5 The shredded short ribs could be a bit more moist and flavorful but pairs very well the horseradish aioli. Chicken Alfredo: 5/5 likely on the of the best Alfredo I have had. Grilled chicken was perfect not too dry and flavorful and the noodles cooked to perfection. The sauce was flavorful but not too heavy with cream like most places. Meat Lover Pizza: 4/5 Solid pizza! Well balanced and not overly salty. French Onion Patty Melt: 5/5 Perfect medium cook and delicious. Not too salty. Onions savory and sweet. Perfect crunch of the bread. Chicken Caprese: 4/5 It was good. Pesto brought a nice brightness to balance the heaviness of the fried chicken. Overall: 5/5 a great place that delivers well on their food. I love when this happens…read more With no agenda, we ended up in West Chester PA (vs Westchester NY.) A cute town with an inordinate number of restaurants, we peered into windows and read menus. "The Mediterranean Restaurant" sparked interest. Infusing Lebanese and Italian cuisines, they garnered great reviews. Also BYOB. After running to Carlinos for a bottle of red, we took our chances at Mediterranean without a reservation. (Do indeed make one if you come for dinner.) I chatted with the couple across from us. "This is the best restaurant in West Chester," the fellow said. They live here and have been to them all. We started with what's called a Maza Platter: customer's choice of four appetizers. I selected feta & olives, tabouli, hummus and baba ghanoush. Delish!! (Unlike my husband, I wasn't a fan of feta, but this feta was infinitely better than anything I've had before.) The spreads are made inhouse. The cheese isn't. T raved about the lamb kabob, which was likely grilled. I in turn recommend their falafel encrusted chicken. Chef isn't afraid to spice things up and everything was noticeably fresh. Even the sides were stand-out. The aforementioned couple recommended Mediteranean's apple pie for dessert, a seemingly odd choice. They said it's baked in the restaurant's adjoining bakery. Since they ran out of ice cream -- what's pie if it's not a la mode?! -- T and I shared baklava. Two thumbs up. Homemade, not saturated in syrup. I'd like to give a shoutout to Jason, our delightful and efficient server. He does the restaurant proud. Note that Mediterranean has been in West Chester for 29 years. (That's a virtual lifetime in the restaurant world!) Prices we thought reasonable, and portions generous.

The massive dessert case greeted me, brimming with colorful delicious-looking pastries, cakes, and pies. I was seated promptly and handed menus which included their specials of the day; everything from lasagna to moussaka to stuffed peppers to barbecue ribs. My waitress, Dee, came over to ask for my drink and went away with my order. She appeared again quickly with my coffee, which was hot, and honestly - better than the standard cup of coffee in most places. Mmmm As I waited for my order I couldn't help but notice how happy their patrons are. It's 1:30pm on a weekday so I see a lot of people who look like retirees, along with a smattering younger diners and some folks in work uniforms. A couple was leaving and stopped to have a friendly conversation with one of the people who worked there. It's obvious they've known each other for a while, regulars. A table over starting singing "Happy Birthday" to their friend. The 70's and 80's songs were enjoyable without curbing conversation. My food came out faster than expected and was piping hot. Toast options are white, wheat, or rye. I requested it dry as I don't want it slathered with margarine or something unidentifiable. It came dry but they included two mini containers of real butter with it. Heaven! Dee came over and checked on me in a bit, offered me more coffee. More yum. Mmmm. Total cost for a Florentine omelette (spinach and feta cheese), a whole lot of home fried potatoes, two slices of toasted bread with real butter and jelly, coffee, and a comfortable friendly atmosphere: $14.45. I couldn't finish it and took about 1/3 of the plate home for later. I have no idea why they're not between 4-5 stars for a diner. Food is solid, coffee is fresh and hot, service is quick and friendly. I think they're worth every penny.

So when our server came to our table she noticed it, stretched over us and grabbed it, grumbling to herself. I guess she was annoyed that it was still there but the least she could've done is say excuse me, or pardon me. It was awkward and kind of rude. Strike 2: What was I thinking, daring to ask the server a question about something on the menu. Her attitude and answer made it clear that she couldn't be bothered to answer. Redeeming quality 1: The food was pretty good. I had a buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato fries and a side of blue cheese dip which was decent. The fries seemed hand-cut which is a plus. My son had a cheesesteak sandwich he enjoyed and my husband had a California burger (I think) that he really liked. Quality 2: The cake and dessert selection goes pretty deep! Thinking of returning one day just for dessert. I would say it is worth the visit after all.
