So good! I built a custom bowl. I used brown rice & romaine lettuce, harissa & regular humus, and grilled chicken topped with cucumbers and tomatoes, pickles, feta cheese, corn, and broccoli. Absolutely delicious! The people working there were very helpful for me. It was my second time at a cava, but it's been years since my last visit to one. My bowl was very good. Highly recommend checking them out!

I can't rate this place enough - the food tastes sooooo fresh and yum!!!!! I'm not a salad person.. but I placed an order for half lamb meatballs and half chicken over arugula (by mistake.. I intended to order it over rice!) with some hummus, feta amongst other things.. and omg it was sooooo delicious, I was left licking the bowl!!!!!' Love love love cava!!!!

My boyfriend and I visited Cava last Tuesday, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! When we arrived, the manager, Deresa, and her colleague Noemi, greeted us very warmly and walked us through the concept and the menu. We each ordered our own custom bowls, and everything was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were so fresh and everything was beautifully prepared. The seating area was clean. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much. Muchas gracias y hasta pronto amigas!

DONT ORDER DELIVERY! This location will give you a half filled bowl, with the wrong ingredients.

The Harissa Avocado Bowl. SOOOO good!!!

The food came out a little slow though but worth it. Starters: Brussel Sprouts: 5/5 delicious and made well. The skin lightly fried but not charred. Rib rolls: 4/5 The shredded short ribs could be a bit more moist and flavorful but pairs very well the horseradish aioli. Chicken Alfredo: 5/5 likely on the of the best Alfredo I have had. Grilled chicken was perfect not too dry and flavorful and the noodles cooked to perfection. The sauce was flavorful but not too heavy with cream like most places. Meat Lover Pizza: 4/5 Solid pizza! Well balanced and not overly salty. French Onion Patty Melt: 5/5 Perfect medium cook and delicious. Not too salty. Onions savory and sweet. Perfect crunch of the bread. We didn't have reservations but were still able to sit outside on their enclosed patio with a tinkling fountain. We were delighted to find on a Wednesday that they were still having happy hour specials all day and even had a 3-course price fixed. My daughter and I loved the Gondola Ride with citrus vodka and limoncello. It was a refreshing, summertime drink. For the 3-course price fixed, we tried the lasagna noodle soup which was unique and delicious. My corn cappellacci (not on the price-fixed menu) was a new entree. The pasta was light and airy, and the corn and shrimp made it a tasty dish perfect for a summer night. For dessert, the gelato twist with banana was heavenly. Our lovely server even made sure to put a birthday candle in our daughter's dessert as it was her birthday. We'll be back!

What truly stands out is the level of creativity and execution coming out of the kitchen under Chef Brandon Beringer. This is a fully plant-based tasting menu, but it never once feels like a compromise. Each course is intentional, beautifully presented, and layered with flavors and textures that rival any traditional fine dining experience. The progression of the meal is especially impressive -- dishes build on one another in a way that feels curated and purposeful, not just a sequence of plates. It's clear that a great deal of thought goes into both the composition of each dish and the overall arc of the evening. What makes this even more notable is that Ground Provisions has earned recognition as a James Beard Award semifinalist, a well-deserved acknowledgment of the quality and originality of what's being created here. For anyone who appreciates thoughtful, chef-driven dining -- whether you're plant-based or not -- this is a must-visit. It's not just a meal, it's an experience.

"The Mediterranean Restaurant" sparked interest. Infusing Lebanese and Italian cuisines, they garnered great reviews. Also BYOB. After running to Carlinos for a bottle of red, we took our chances at Mediterranean without a reservation. (Do indeed make one if you come for dinner.) I chatted with the couple across from us. "This is the best restaurant in West Chester," the fellow said. They live here and have been to them all. We started with what's called a Maza Platter: customer's choice of four appetizers. I selected feta & olives, tabouli, hummus and baba ghanoush. Delish!! (Unlike my husband, I wasn't a fan of feta, but this feta was infinitely better than anything I've had before.) The spreads are made inhouse. The cheese isn't. T raved about the lamb kabob, which was likely grilled. I in turn recommend their falafel encrusted chicken. Chef isn't afraid to spice things up and everything was noticeably fresh. Even the sides were stand-out. The aforementioned couple recommended Mediteranean's apple pie for dessert, a seemingly odd choice. They said it's baked in the restaurant's adjoining bakery. Since they ran out of ice cream -- what's pie if it's not a la mode?! -- T and I shared baklava. Two thumbs up. Homemade, not saturated in syrup. I'd like to give a shoutout to Jason, our delightful and efficient server. He does the restaurant proud. Note that Mediterranean has been in West Chester for 29 years. (That's a virtual lifetime in the restaurant world!) Prices we thought reasonable, and portions generous.
