Pretzel Cheddar Club Sandwich w/ Chick-fil-A Filet

I ate half my sandwich and was enjoying it u til I saw the state of the lettuce they gave me. For the price you pay for the sandwich that should include some non crusty lettuce.

I just got a late dinner from this location and was greeted outside by a young guy named Andrew. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I was asking detailed questions about the best bang for max protein. Andrew didn't have all the answers off the top of his head, but he pulled up his tablet and the nutrition facts and went through multiple meals Marcos. I have been to Chick-fil-A's all over the country and have never been informed of the 30 piece. This guy was pleasant, helpful, and resourceful just the type of team member I would want working at my business so much so that I re-downloaded this app just to leave this. Keep up the great work, Andrew!

Well, I finally dined in at Chick-fil-A. And yes, it is as busy inside as outside. I have to say, I don't really get it. To me, the chicken sandwich is good, but cars around the block amazes me. Also, I like the waffle fries better than most, but it's just a chicken sandwich. and again, I just don't get it... That said, the rest of my family loves Chick-fil-A. This location is always very busy, but I must say they really get people through very fast. They are probably the fastest anywhere when it comes to processing orders. While they do have many sauce choices, I never felt any did the sandwich justice. I can't put my finger on it, but I wasn't crazy about any of the choices. This time, while in the restaurant, I noticed plain old Mayonnaise in the condiment bin. So, I gave it a try on my chicken sandwich. Yes, that is much better. Or try Mayonnaise and Ranch. Yep, it's pretty good. I've finally found my go-to. Okay, I get it now, just a little...

First of all what is the point of doing a mobile order drive thru if I have to park and wait after doing the long line already? Second of all, 2 sauces for 4 meals is crazy. Please do better.

Get the spicy chicken, tender fillets. They are tender, and they are spicy, they're delicious. The only reason I'm giving a four-star instead of a five star is because the waffle fries were soggy. I want crispy waffle fries! :)

Ever since they changed the mobile order drive thru line, people go into it not having mobile ordered. So they either sit at the scan code sign and hold everyone up while yhey order, or the employee will come over and take thier order anyways. I used to be able to get lunch pretty quick but now it takes twice as long. read more

I feel bad leaving such a low review because I know this location is extremely busy but every single time I get home there is always something wrong with my order. Even after verifying with the cashier that my order was written down correctly they still manage to forget an item or give me a different item. read more

Unfortunately the poorest example of Chick-Fil-A I have been to in 28 years. The overall appearance of the restaurant was dirty, fries on the floor, several tables left un cleaned for 20 minutes, the restroom was dirty, and the food service was slow and got my family's order wrong. Now all that being said, once my order was correct the food was consistent. I understand they were busy, but this place should be prepared for that. read more

Eat More Chicken Chick-fil-A is always very clean, surprisingly calm, fast food restaurant with friendly, efficient staff. The menu at Chick-fil-A has a wide variety of choices including healthy ones. In addition, to the great selections from the menu you just can not beat the service. The employees at Chick-fil-A are nicest folks around. Attentive to your every whim, and eager to please. If you decide not to dine in the drive thru provides quick and efficient service on the run and if you decide to dine in - the kids have a place to play while you can sit an relax. Went thru drive thru around 3 pm 4/19/16 Got 2 medium fries, 12 nuggets and a Cfa sandwich extra pickles. Well I got home and the fries were half full and I got ONE extra pickle. Come on guys I feel ripped off! Picture to come read more

Put a breakfast catering order in that was ready at 9:45, i didn't show up until 10:45 due to unforeseen circumstances. They disposed of the order because it was too long past the freshness. Not only did they agree to make it over again (breakfast is over by this time), but they couldn't have been nicer. Shout out to the staff and management, solid move on their part. read more

Alrighty to start this off I love Chick-fil-A. I love me some good nuggs and I am always down for the waffle fries. But today I was not happy with my experience. Chick-fil-A took away all the sauce on the big counters by where you order and all you can get now without asking is ketchup. Talk about a Chick-Fail-A. If I want me some sauce, I shouldn't have to ask for it, I should be able to grab as a please. I am not happy with Chick-fil-A's decision and I hope that they put out there sauces again. This used to be a family favorite - even after they raised the prices. However, for the past several months our orders are wrong, and still not corrected after returning item to the counter. The final straw for me was the waffle fries - when they're good, they're really good. We had asked for our fries to be "well done". When they were not, we were given another order of fries. This time not only were the fries not "well done", there were raw potatoes in the container. There always seems to be enough staff, and everyone is very friendly, but I can get bad food almost anywhere, for a lot less money. read more

One of the best fastfood options around This Chick-fil-A has friendly staff and are quick with their service. Food is good and sit better than the other fastfood places around. I really like their chicken soup when I'm battling a cold-- the warmth, perfect mix of noodle and chicken, and saltiness hit the spot. read more

We come here all the time and always have a good experience. Tonight was something different. We ordered our usual and drove home only to bite into a chewy and not fully cooked sandwiches. I called right away to see if I could drive back and get replacement meals. The manager said he could not do that and couldn't refund my money (which I didn't want, I just wanted cooked sandwiches and some hot French fries as we don't live close by). Instead he offered a sandwich voucher to be mailed. So my family had french fries and drinks for dinner. Just expected more from you. read more

I don't know how but I received a spicy chicken sandwich with a long fucking hair in it. It definitely wasn't mine because it was literally under the bread and I noticed only halfway as I was eating it. I don't know what the hell theyre doing back in the kitchen but this really ruins the chick fil a quality for me. Just for this location anyway. Went back and told them and got a new one. Did not take a picture because I love the franchise too much to do them like that. read more

What's the point of having a mobile express lane if you're going to merge the lanes with the regular drive through line? To make it worse the scan code is too far up which gives no promptness for your order to be ready when you're in line. This was ridiculous and sub par for chic filet. Waited over 35 min for an express app order. Never again.when we got to the front the order wasn't even made. Three people stood there while ONE gathered the order in the bag read more

Loved chick til A they have once a month activities for kids, loved to bring my 14 months son to be part of their activities while watching other kids and interacting with them and staff. This location has to have the absolutely worst service of any Chick Fil A's. I ordered online and went to the drive thru as instructed. Waited another 20 minutes in line to only get to the window and be told to pull around and wait some more. I sent a complaint to Chick-Fil-A and eventually heard back from the Avondale location. It has now been over 3 months and, in spite of several complaints, I have not heard a word from this store. Mind you I only ordered nuggets and fries. Why I was made to wait over 40 minutes is beyond me. But they should have an explanation. Apparently Chick-Fil-A does NOT care! read more

First off , NO. I went through the line got my food and they forgot part of my order. They immediately fixed this but when I got 1 item back (Large Fries) the container was not full at all, like honest to God. I work at the Covid test facility right up the street and we've been outside in the rain all day w/ hail so I all I wanted was my hot food which was NOT HOT and for it to be correct. I decided to order on mobile , drove and got in the express line. Waited patiently even though it was a long wait. Drove up to the drove thru. This girl asked what name was under the order they went to go look and needed to confirm the receipt,I was still patient. They ended up telling me to pull forward and wait in the front of the drive thru. A manager ended coming up saying I needed to move since there had been a accident and I needed to wait in the front, right then and there someone would walk up and drop my food an I said "okay okay I'm gonna be patient and respectful" so I did. Waiting in the front of chick fil a parking lot and NO ONE EVER CAME! Waited 10-15 mins. I just went inside told the cashier what had happened and she just turned around an got my order. Like I get it your busy ,but COMMUNICATE WHEN SOMEONE DOESNT HAVE THERE ORDER YET. RIDICULOUS!!! They didn't even offer me coupons. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION SMH! read more

Went around 1130 and ordered grilled nuggets, while I was eating them I got a chewy piece and come to find out it was raw inside still I called and they told me to come back and get my nuggets replaced but I didn't want grilled nuggets again just because I got really disgusted. I asked for just regular nuggets and guess what? I got another raw nugget. I get that it's super busy but cmon. Your suppose to be the best Chick-fil-A! This location really disappointed me. I use to work for Chick-fil-A so I know that they are for sure pulling there chicken up earlier just to get the lines moving. read more

The staff is always super friendly and quick. This place is always jampacked though because it's very busy. How can you talk crazy about it, it's Chick-fil-A, totally amazing little chicken bites with the best little barbecue sauce packets that ever existed LOL. Sometimes the line starts out on the actual street, right after getting off the 10. You're literally blocking traffic just trying to get into the parking lot. It feels like drive-thru roulette, and most times you lose. Food & Service Inside? Same reliable In-N-Out experience--friendly staff, clean interior, fast turnaround. It's almost always faster to walk in and order than sit in the drive-thru forever. The food is usually done right, and I've only had two order mistakes--but one of those happened after I had already waited forever and driven 25 minutes home, only to realize it was wrong. Now I check the bag every single time before pulling away. Parking & Traffic When it's busy, just trying to get into the parking lot feels like a death wish. Last night my Type 1 Diabetic daughter had a seizure and collapsed in our kitchen. It has been an awful day navigating through the emotions from this experience. Today I took my two youngest kids to this location to get out of the house and grab some lunch. Kelly, whose a manager at this location, took my order. Aside from her already great customer service-- she came back to the car to let me know she would be taking care of our meal today. I asked how come and insisted she didn't need to do that... she said 'you look like a busy mom, it's a random act of kindness.'
