I love me some Chick-fil-A. This was the first drive-thru one I saw outside of the South. Imagine my poultry-driven joy! I only ate here once, but it was tasty. Always is. These stores rock when it comes to consistency. My mom loves the fact that this store serves diet caffeine-free Coke, which barely anyone else keeps on fountain. I recently went to get breakfast at this location. One of the lines were closed, and when they opened them, the person behind me was called up. 3 cars were able to get their order before me and they arrived after I did. As I finally made it up to the window, they told me to drive up to the stop sign and wait. There, 2 more cars behind me got their orders before me. Food was good, service was great, play area disgusting!!!!!! We know kids will come out and need a wipe down and wash their hands, but my kids socks were so disgusting I had to throw them away. I wish I would of taken a pic first. I just could not put the socks back on or in my bag to wash later. They looked like he was walking down the street in asphalt. The problem here is that it's always super busy. Looooong lines. Otherwise 5 stars for sure! They're not letting customers eat in yet so online orders and the drive through are insane. But to their credit they're always friendly and do their best. Last time I used DoorDash and avoided the hassle. The food is ALWAYS fresh and tasty. I've had a few bad experiences at this location but it's been awhile. I Made a mobile order but still waited 30 minutes for our food, people in the regular drive-thru ordered and received food before me. When my food did come out the server who also happened to be a manager went to the passenger side of the window versus the driver side of the window and handed the food to my daughter. The server had a mild attitude and was impatient while we were trying to figure out if the order was right before driving off. Also there was no apology for the wait and when my daughter said thank you, no "my pleasure" was given, the sever just walked away. It's the customer service for me.....won't be back read more

I always use the mobile app when placing my order. However, there is no benefit to placing the order in advance. The directions tell you to go through the drive thru. During the lunch hour it once took 45 minutes to get food with the preorder. During the breakfast hour it takes about 20 minutes. I know this franchise is known for being efficient. However, the large crowd and the lack of separation from online orders to in drive thru orders has made this location a terrible place to visit. If it wasn't for my son, I would never wait again for this "fast" food. read more

We just had a catered lunch from here for over 200 people. They set up, they served, they cleaned up. Nothing to do for us by watch our associates chow down. Each person received a chicken sandwich, bag of chips, cookie, and...a card for a free breakfast sandwich! Is that cool or what! The group had all positive comments about the catered lunch.
