After this she went to the back and called her PM(?) and said that her supervisor told her to ask me to leave. As I just order my food, but didn't pay. She then stated that I was harassing her employee, when I never said another thing to Nick, and was kind to the other employees. I stated I will gladly leave after receiving my food, and she said no and that she was calling the police. I never raised my voice, called anyone out their name, or cursed! What is interesting, last week I came to curbside and my order did not come out until 10 minutes after the estimated time. And whoever made my burger literally threw it in the wrapper. Interesting enough, I took an immediate photo while sitting in the parking lot, and kindly flagged down the young man that brought the food out and he was in disbelief I didn't report it or call. Last night my Type 1 Diabetic daughter had a seizure and collapsed in our kitchen. It has been an awful day navigating through the emotions from this experience. Today I took my two youngest kids to this location to get out of the house and grab some lunch. Kelly, whose a manager at this location, took my order. Aside from her already great customer service-- she came back to the car to let me know she would be taking care of our meal today. I asked how come and insisted she didn't need to do that... she said 'you look like a busy mom, it's a random act of kindness.'
