Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers in Goodyear located in a shopping center so parking is easy. Customer service was good and establishment was clean. We stopped for a quick bite and got the 3 piece meal that came with fries and a slice of grilled butter bread with an extra order of bread and Cane's sauce. Chicken is lighted breaded with a slight crunch and moist inside. Unfortunately the chicken has no flavor unless you dip the chicken fingers in their signature Cane's sauce. "Really disappointing". My wife's exact reaction when she saw the food. Slowly but surely the fast food joints in town are getting crossed off the list. There was a time Raising Cane's was the bomb when it came to chicken tenders... No more. Two dollars apiece for dry, overcooked chicken nuggets is unacceptable. I get that everybody is jumping on the shrinkflation bandwagon, but this is just plain insulting. I don't mind paying a fair price, but when you cut the portion size in half but still cook it to death, there's nowhere for the consumer to go but straight to the door. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this place to a doggy daycare. It'd be insulting to the dogs to feed them this crap. One more off the list. Not sure on all the low reviews came here with my son for lunch's portions seemed fine we got the box box and the 3 finger. I enjoy their special sauce my son even liked it and he can be picky. There was a long line drive thru and inside but my son wanted to go inside not a bad wait and found seats. Did not take long to get our food and the employees were nice but you can tell they were busy. I have been to this location a good amount of times and after about the 6th you would think that they would do a better job. Every single time I order through drive through, something is always missing. Tonight, I noticed discoloration in my food and it looked slightly gray, smelled and TASTED like a cigarette was dropped into the fryers. Worst service out of all the canes in Arizona. read more

I usually don't post bad reviews or go out of my way to comment at all, but my experience at this Cane's ruined my already bad day. I received some bad family news this morning, and to lift my spirits, I wanted to go to Raising Cane's. When I ordered, the lady taking my order was very snippy and didn't respond until two minutes after I was calling for her. I have a slight hearing impairment, and I asked her a couple times to repeat what she was saying, and was met with silence. Turns out, my order was wrong :) I ordered a box combo with extra fries instead of toast and slaw. I received slaw and toast, and three chicken tenders instead of four. In the future, I hope they improve, but I don't think I'll be back. :/ read more

It's absolutely ridiculous to wait 20 minutes in a drive-thru, place my order and still have to wait pay. I requested & paid for an upsize on my drink, only to get to the window and be handed a warm drink with, "We ran out of ice," like that's acceptable. No heads-up, no apology, just shoved out the window like I should be fine with it. That's lazy, careless service and poor planning. If I'd known there was no ice, I wouldn't have ordered anything. My family and I went in yesterday around 8pm. We were not greeted at the counter. There was no one in line and when we walked up to the counter we were awkwardly stared at and I just started giving our order. The cashier did not say a word until the order was complete and just asked if it was for dine or to-go. Very awkward since I had to essentially greet myself. The food was fine, though it was packaged as a to-go order despite me stating it was for dine-in. But my biggest complaint is that the restaurant was filthy. Trash was everywhere, every single garbage bin was overflowing and full, the beverage area was wet, sticky, and ice all over the ground, and the employees stood at the counter gossiping. So much so that when I disposed of our trash, they saw me pull the bin out from under the counter to push the trash down to make room for mine, while they continued to gossip. It was quite ridiculous. While eating my daughter spilled some sauce on the ground and I got on my hands and knees and wiped everything up. Not sure why I did so because you can tell the floor had not been cleaned in quite some time. Just overall filthy and does not bode well in reputation of the kitchen. On Saturday night around 11:30 pm we tried to go through the canes drive through on dysart right by our house....We waited in line for over 40 minutes and were still waiting.... We tried calling inside to see if everything was ok and to see how long the wait would be ... no answer..... sooooo while Still in line on dysart I called the canes on 99th and McDowell ..,,they picked up right away... I asked how long the wait was in the drive through... he said 3 minutes.... I said ok cause I've been waiting for 40 minutes over here on dysart... I'm gonna come over there... so I drive the 4.5 miles to go to the 99th location and there's one car ahead of us...we ordered and were up to the window in minutes.... I told the window person Marco what happened, he must have told his supervisor and manager .... They all come back to the window said they were sorry and that they are refunding me money for my meals because they want my experience with canes to be a positive one ...I was like wow thanks guys! ... I had ordered extra crispy chicken so they asked me to pull up front and they will walk my food out right away... the assistant manger and restaurant manager both came out to walk my food out to my car.... They gave us a canes hat merch and some box meal gift cards also!! All I wanted was food for the kids , but this location went over and above after hearing about our crappy experience at dysart and they far exceeded our expectations and went the extra mile to try to make our visit a positive one..., well done guys. From now on I will drive out of my way to support this location! Over an hour and a half later we were home and had 3 fed kids and a happy mom thanks to Marco, Daniel and Jake..? On April 5, 2024, I visited the Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers restaurant located on Dysart Road in Goodyear, AZ. I arrived at approximately 7:18 pm and ordered a 3-finger Combo meal with a medium lemonade for which I paid $11.26. When I got home and started eating, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken strips were very small and did not even cover half of the bread that came with the meal. Moreover, the lemonade was warm with very little ice in it, and the fries were slightly hard. I felt like I had been ripped off because I couldn't eat what I had paid for. I tried calling the restaurant back to find out if they had a complaint line, but the person who answered the phone said that they didn't have one. I have eaten at other Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers locations throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan area, and their food was always good. However, my experience at this location was terrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Stay away unless you want to be disappointed! read more

After shopping nearby we noticed that this New location was open and decided to check it out. We opted for the drive thru because we had to get back for sports practices. The location is easily accessible and sits right off Dysart and the I10 between the credit union and a hotel. The drive thru offers two lanes that eventually merge. The line was quite long, but there were two girls working outside with their iPads so I figured it would be quick. Nope. I was a bit unsure what the point of them being out there was because they literally didn't move from near the menu screens on either lane until you could drive your car up to them. It would be so much faster if you took orders as the cars pulled up; especially if you're taking names for the orders and having us pay with you. The entire process took atleast 10 minutes. I will say once we were helped service was great and we had our food. Everything tasted great and I had some happy kids. read more

I've been to 3 Raising Canes and this one has the best location but the worst customer service and food quality. I kindly informed an older lady working behind the counter in a black polo shirt. That there was strawberry milk spilled in the front by the entrance. Her response was a rude "Where, where is it, I cant see out of my left eye!" I pointed to the front entrance again and her response was "well how am I suppose to know that?!". Even the gentleman next to me told her that I was just letting her know. She waived her hand and brushed me off. I thought she would be the manager since everyone else wore tshirts. It eventually got cleaned up but many patrons were stepping all over it. I found out that she is the manager. Her name is Gigi. The chicken is too small for the price at this location as well, I guess its a franchise thing! The dining area is a dump and the bathrooms are just as dirty and no paper towels in 2 of the 3 i went in too! read more

I'm sitting in drive thru for now 30 minutes+ still haven't paid and the line wasn't even long when I arrived. 30 minutes to cook literally chicken tenders and fries is actually insanity and management needs to learn how to run a food place. I have never had a worse drive thru experience than at this canes. Constantly gets orders incorrect. Most recently I waited in one of their lanes at the screen for 10 min as cars in the other lane were getting served. To avoid the line of cars behind me getting angry I pulled forward to the window and explained to the staff that they weren't taking orders on the rightmost lane and there were a bunch of cars behind me unable to also take their orders. It seems the employee working the system didn't know how as she was straight up shouting and speaking so rudely to costumers trying to place their orders. When I pulled up to the window the girl working was extremely rude and tried to argue with me staying that their system was automatic, even when I explained to her that cars behind me were getting their orders placed before mine. Extremely frustrating. We ended up placing our orders at the window, (which originally seemed like she wasn't going to let us do) and when she came back with our orders did not say a single word to us. I get this is canes and I'm not expect five star treatment... but the staff here is just plain RUDE. AVOID if you're looking for a fast option. read more
