Best service ever great environment waitress gave me a drink for free 10 out of 10 will come back

Who says you can't eat healthy at a fast food restaurant! I just had the most delicious salad here at our Greensburg Chick-Fil-A! The Market Salad is made of grilled chicken, mixed greens, two types of apples and two types of berries along with some savory blue cheese, roasted almonds and granola. I had it with the apple cider vinaigrette dressing. Tons of healthy fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants and filling protein. The service was of course, fast for me to place my order at the counter. I left my name and it was brought out to me in less than 5 minutes. Everyone working there seemed happy. This restaurant has recently been renovated so it is quite nice to sit inside and eat. The quality of the food, especially the chicken, is definitely going downhill at Chick-fil-A across the country.

Orders are always correct. They're fast and everything is hot, even if you decide to pick it up and take it to go.

Everyone ordering food from this Chick-fil-A location should be aware that absolutely none of the cooks making your food are wearing masks. I walked in last evening to order dinner and use the bathroom and was disgusted to see that half of the staff who were facing the interior of the restaurant weren't wearing masks either around their chin or under their nose. Then I looked back into the kitchen and could see that not a single person that was handling food back there was masked up. At this point I mentioned it to a server who said she would go back and tell them. I watched as each cook grabbed a mask and tied it around their chin. I get it, no one LIKES to wear a mask, but we do it because we care about the health of those around us. It's clear to see that Chick-fil-A and the manager at this location couldn't care less about their customers. read more

I'm not quite sure what it is about a Chick-Fil-A but it makes me uncomfortable in here. It's almost like walking into a parallel universe. Everyone is so polite including the customers that are dining within. It kind of reminds you of Stepford Wives. Service was fast and prompt. I had ordered and by the time I had my drink filled the young man with perfect hair that had taken my order was standing right behind me with my tray of food prepared. I took this from him and went to my seat. By the time I got setup they arrived with my sister's tray. I had asked for some barbecue sauce at that point and got it immediately. What freaked me out the most about dining in here was that in the middle of our conversation the employee that was cleaning the tables chimed in as if she was in the conversation from the start. Who does that, I mean who butts into a conversations and acts as if they know exactly what is going on? Anyway, the food, I applaud you for trying, I enjoyed the waffle fries. As for the chicken stripes, for some odd reason when dipped with your BBQ sauce they tasted like chicken rice soup. Yes, you read that correctly. If you can't tell by what I just typed, these aren't my favorite fast food places, and I rather not stop again by choice. read more

Chick-fil-A every where you go has the same great food and high standards in their staff and their service. The best Chicken Sandwich without any doubt in my opinion. I like others but this place is the best. Number one in the business. Service is at the highest level in the industry. The lines can be long, but the service is so efficient it moves much faster than you could imaging. If anyone leaves because they see a line, be advised if they would have stayed, they would be eating before they could have traveled to their next choice restaurant. Restrooms are always very clean. Tables are always hand wiped with disinfecting cleansing wipes by hand after every customer. No spray bottles and slap dash wipe. The accessories and condiment stations are always clean and stocked. Plus something I have never seen anywhere else, they stock Purell wipes packets; great for before you eat and after. Last night my wife used the mobile app and accidentally ordered from the mall store instead of this location. When she stopped here and realized she made a mistake, Noah, team leader, jumped into action and put her order right together. He went above and beyond to not only make the order, but to make her feel better about making the mistake. AWESOME customer service. I had to come through the area today so I stopped and thanked Noah as he waited on me. I only wish I could give them more than five stars!!!! read more

Awesome service and clean store. They offer specials on the app that a lot of other locations, even in the area, don't offer. Service is friendly and speedy. The store is kept clean and regularly patrolled by employees to check for garbage and the such. Do yourself a favor and visit this location. read more

The entire experience was very pleasant. Every team member seemed to really enjoy their job. The food was hot and ready quickly. The women checking on the dining room were very attentive and sweet. I was there for 15 minutes and they checked on me 3 times to make sure I had everything and to refill my drink. They also kept it very clean, making sure to wipe down tables immediately after people left. 10/10 read more

Can't go wrong with this restaurant chain. I stopped in the Eastgate location in Greensburg with my wife for a quick bite. As usual, the place is always busy and though it is fast food, I always feel like I'm dining at a regular restaurant. Nice clean tables with floral centerpieces, waitresses and waiters asking if you need anything, all the niceties of more traditional restaurants. The food has the same good quality regardless of which location you're dining. If you download their app you can get quite a few freebies to help you dine more economically. This chain is a regular stop for our family. I give it 5 stars because I have never had a bad experience in the many times that I've eaten there. The worse part about this location is trying to get a parking spot. Always packed!! read more

Received a pull ahead coupon when they wanted me to move my car so they could wait in the next person while I waited yet again. What they don't tell you is that it is a marketing ploy on their part to see if you will return to that restaurant within the established date ( expiration) NOW IF THEY ARE DOING THIS AS A COURTESY FOR HAVING YOU STEP OUT OF LINE WHILE THEY CATCH UP,THERE SHOULD BE NO EXPIRATION DATES! When I went to redeem one of my MANY PULL AHEAD COUPONS THEY would not accept it because it expired. Nice courtesy!! No thank you! I will sit my keister right at the window next time and they can keep their phony coupons. I simply said to the guy, " we'll just exchange it for a valid coupon and everyone is happy, you keep a repeat customer " he said no. I asked to speak to a manager and was refused. They gave me a lead instead and she said the same spiel. I feel bad for the kids, they have to enforce dopey rules instead of keeping the customer. This place is amazing! Always good quality food for a good price. For a fast food place they have people walking around getting you more drinks or whatever you need! Most places where you tip sometimes don't have this kind of courteous and friendly service! I also love the fact that they are closed on Sundays and give there employees the day off. All time favorite fast food restaurant. The staff is so polite, generous and thoughtful. I always get a chic fila sandwich and it never lets me down. Super juicy flavorful taste with a warm buttery bun! Fries are crispy and hot. Never have a complaint when I visit here. I have a Chic Fil A addiction. The only reason it's not five stars is because they always pack ice into your large drink that you ask for lite ice in. Three sips later and it's empty, literally. I had a can of Pepsi in the car and it barely took half of it after I sucked air. It was like a bad movie. They also don't know how to count to twelve. The last 3 times I was there they shorted me on my nuggets by at least one. But I love their food, I just usually try to go to Greengate whenever possible over this one. read more
