This is just like any other location! They have a full menu with the average prices. Every time I go the employees are super friendly, bathrooms are clean, and the food is always what I expect. There are plenty of tables to sit at if you are dining in. Overall, never a bad experience.

They have two lanes, but when I was there only one was open (so there was a slight wait). You could actually clearly hear and understand the person through the speaker which doesn't always happen. The menu is fairly limited (you can basically only get chicken tenders or a chicken sandwich) so the only choice is how many fingers and if you want a combo or things individually. I chose a three piece box which comes with a piece of bread, the tenders, crinkle fries and a sauce. While I really enjoy their fries and think their chicken strips are great, it is a bit pricey for fast food. Generally, though, the process was easy, my order was right and the place looked clean.

We decided to go inside because this location had the worst parking lot and drive through I've ever experienced. There isn't a lot of room to ride around and get the proper format of getting through. It's designed kind of off. So you have to be careful of you end up back on the road and having to drive further away to come back on the right side. It's easier to park and walk inside. Anyway ... the ambiance was nice. Everyone was friendly and efficient. We selected the box meal which consisted of 4 fingers and fries along with a drink. I'm not the biggest chicken finger fan. These were good but nothing exceptional. The sauce makes the meal. The sauce is really the star of the show. It's a chipotle, old bay type flavor that has an awesome taste. We were headed back on the road, so it served as a great meal to be on the go. The restaurant was very clean and all the items you needed were on the counter and fully stocked.

I pulled into the drive through on Sunday afternoon, February 25th. There were no customer cars in…read morethe lot and no one in the drive through line. Ordered a Reuben and large crinkle fries. It came to over 11 dollars. (!) The employee at the window was all giggly and happy, which I thought was nice. Oh, look, the employees are having a fun time while the store is slow. The idea that I ordered crinkle fries seemed confusing to her, as she came back to the window to verify that is what I wanted. I shrugged it off as maybe she was new, and these days the fast food industry has no choice but to hire whatever warm body is willing to show up. In the time I had to wait, I assumed they were dropping a fresh order of fries and preparing a fresh sandwich. Silly me. What I got were old fries that probably weren't even near the heat lamp, and a sandwich with cold, leathery bread, and all of the fillings slapped on one side. I hadn't had issues with them before, so I didn't check the order until I got home 5 minutes later. Yes, I called and spoke to the manager, who wanted to "make it right" by giving me free food. I passed and let her know that I just wanted her word that she would speak to the employees and make sure this would never happen to another customer. Unfortunately after checking a couple other recent reviews for this store, it's not a new thing, so I decided to provide my own review. Get your act together, people. If you can't provide a decent meal during a slow period of the day, you shouldn't be working in the service industry.

Arby's is definitely underrated…read more I used to think of roast beef whenever I thought of Arby's, but it's the last thing I think of when I go now. The roast beef sandwiches are still a hit, but there are way better options now. You can get a buffalo chicken sandwich that wouldn't look out of place at a pub. There even have a good reuben for $5. They have really decent gyros too (2/$6). I got a cheesesteak this time around and it is probably the best cheesesteak you can get for $5, especially from a chain. Their milkshakes? Amazing. Their turnovers? Awesome, wayy better than deserts at other fast-food joints. The customer service is top notch too. I have absolutely no idea how they get the food out so fast, they must have a crystal ball. If you see something other than roast beef that sounds good on their menu, get it. They aren't lying, they have the meats and their sandwiches are great.
