I ordered Daves #2 - 2 sliders with fries, plus mac & cheese ana a sweet tea. The was an ample portion for a meal. Fries was crinlke style and lightly seasoned. Mac & Cheese had a mild cheese sauce. I ordered the sliders with medium heat, which was just the amount of heat I like. I liked that the slicers included pickles and slaw along with their signature sauce. Crushed ice was available for the soft drinks. My main concern at this place was the price! Daves #2 with mac & cheese, a beverage, and a tip was $25. There are several acceptable lunch options on Greenville Blvd. that are available for lower price points.

The bacon was awesome, chewy and cooked perfectly. The sausage patties were burnt, our kids had a few bites as they love sausage patties, but they wouldn't finish them as 1/3 of it was burnt. The Mac n cheese had great flavor, but they cooked it and then put it in a container with a paper liner... so it ended up sticking to the liner paper and had to be scraped off. The fries were a soggy mess, that was disappointing as so many places over here have had such great fries. I don't know if we'll try it again. I'm not sure what was in the waffles that wasn't a hit for us, they seemed to be cooked well and everything was packaged fine, but it just missed the mark.

There's a dining room in case you want to sit and enjoy your food fresh. Dine-in service can be a longer wait so I always do drive thru for my visits.
