The sauces, CfA sauce and bbq mix well together if you dip in CFA first. I hit a cold brew vanilla - very good. The service was beyond typical, and typical for CFA is excellent. I dropped my mac & cheese halfway through the meal and went to the desk to ask them to help me with the cleanup because it was a big mess. It's Chick-fil-a and you know what to expect. Except Covid really pivoted the dining experience here, and at all CFA by emphasizing the drive through, which CFA embraced, efficiently, and then fell in love with drive through to the extent of setting new records of efficiency that have become legendary. Which encouraged dedicating more space to drive through and also Door Dash and others, including their own delivery service. Great for CFA and for their next level drive through and etc service! But now the inside dining is crowded, cramped and my favorite area is like an alley to the restroom facilities. Gotta meet code though! Gotta have the facilities. As usual, always clean, always "my pleasure" and the food never misses. Flavor wise, the food never misses. Great food as usual. But the infrastructure is poorly planned, and although the waterfall is lovely, the layout is dangerous. Most of the parking is behind the restaurant and three different groups crossed through the drive thru line to the entrance. People were walking uphill to get to the place. And there were 5 CFA catering cars in spots on the front and sides. I would think they should give priority parking to walk-in patrons. Please give it some thought so no one gets hurt. read more

My husband and I were so excited to try the new honey, pimento and pickled jalapeño sandwich. I was so sad when I opened the container to find the sandwich and was even more sad when I lifted the bun and saw the amount of unevenly distributed cheese on it! My sadness worsened when I saw the measly amount of pickled jalapeños under the chicken. The second sandwich we added pickles which makes the the bottom bun look less bare. We were also missing 4 sauces and both our large fries looked half empty. I am hoping that management will make this right with us so we can continue to frequent this restaurant! This is hands down the WORST chickfila I've ever been to. So bad that the owner, Cheri actually called me on my cell phone on a saturday after I complained. I placed a mobile catered order to be picked up on saturday morning at 830 am. It was for 50 chicken nuggets chilled. My husband went up there at 845 am inside and there was hardly any customers in there. The drive thru was busy as always. He told them the name and the order and the cashier asked the back the status of it. Someone in the back said they were still "working on it". He's texting me and telling me it's still not ready while waiting inside and still being one of the few customers inside. By the time it was 917am I finally called the store to see what was going on. It's been over 30 minutes! I asked to speak to the manager and a girl named Ellie so claims she was the manager got on the phone. I explain to her what is going on. She puts me on hold and gets back on the phone with me and said that they just now gave it to my husband and he just now left. I asked her why did it take so long since it was supposed to be ready at 830. He hangs up on me. Dead air, nothing. I kept calling back and the line was busy. I finally get in touch again and she answers and I asked her why did she hang up on me or put me on hold without letting me know. She told me that I was the one that hung up on her. She said she spoke to her "staff" and they said that my husband told them the order, went to the bathroom, and waited outside for 20-30 minutes and never went back in. My husband came home by this time and I put her on speaker and told him what he said. He said that was a lie and that he never went to the bathroom and never once went outside. What reason would he have to go outside and wait on his own? I told her that was false and I did not appreciate her or her staff lying to me. She told me that the food was ready since 830 pm last night and has been in the fridge. I told her that my husband said that someone in the back said they were working on it so it really wasn't ready yet. She didn't say a word. I called the chickfila customer care team and told them what happened. Within an hour I get a phone call and it was Cheri, the owner of the store. The first thing she does is apologizes and then goes on to say that she did speak to Ellie and that Ellie said she never hung up on me. She said that she also spoke to her staff about the "miscommunication" and how they needed to see how it looked from a customers point of view. I told her I didn't feel like it was a miscommunication and that if someone would of just truthfully explain to me or apologize or tell me whatever is going on we would of honestly been fine with it. But to blame my husband and straight up LIE to try to cover themselves is just wrong. Cheri once again said it was all a misunderstanding and that the food was ready since 630am that morning. I told her that Ellie said it was ready at 830pm the night before so which is it? Either way, why did he have to wait 30 mins for nothing if it was ready? Cheri also goes on to say they are short staffed like everyone else due to Corona virus and the whole pandemic, while I do agree with her, I think lying has nothing to do with the virus or pandemic. Even though she did apologize and called me, it was very insincere. This location is always slow with the drive thru. The staff is never friendly. They have messed up on my order several times. I love Chick-fil-a (I'm a Red tier member), so this review is a reflection on this location, not Chick-fil-a in general. We moved under a mile away from this location 6 months ago and due to its proximity have been there a number of times. At least 4 times they have forgotten to give us something or messed up the order - as many times as we've had problems with all other Chick-fil-a restaurants combined in the past 5 years. Twice in the past month they failed to provide the salsa for the chicken burrito, and the second time I even specifically requested it despite the fact the salsa is supposed to come automatically with the burrito. They still forgot it. A second complaint is they got rid of their play area. Maybe they don't have the demand because this location is in a business area? They have provided me with an incorrect order to many times to count. This Chick-fil-A is literally less than a 5 minute drive from my house but it's to the point where I would rather drive to the one 10 minutes away just so I can actually get what I'm paying for. This place ALWAYS short changes on food. Just why? I'm literally out here ordering large meals and paying full price just for it to look like it's been eaten into already because they ALWAYS fill the fries halfway and give you the tiniest most pathetic nuggets. It's ridiculous and it screams stingy. Has to be an owner issue because I've never had a problem with any other Chick-fil-A. Well, I decided to drive 15 mins back to restaurant to get them to correct it and reimburse me. They only replaced it and didn't offer to reimburse for the trouble of me having to drive back here and waste time and gas. I asked her if she would reimburse me and she acted confused Like she didn't know what I was talking about. Then she said can see if there's any coupons but none for salad. I said well can you please reimburse me? So she refunded me cash. She was shaking her head as she was refunding me. I said to her I apologize for being a nuisance but it's only fair I get reimbursed for the time taken to come back and get my order corrected. She did apologize but actions speak louder than words. I know her job probably isn't the easiest but why did she do that knowing I'm standing at opposite end of counter? It made me feel like a bother. It definitely wasn't her pleasure to help me today. My son was starving after his soccer game today (9/7/19) so we ordered and sat down. My mom's order came out quick. She ordered grilled chicken nuggets and got fried. She isn't allowed to have fried because of the breading. People taking orders no matter where you are need to pay attention to what the customer says. People don't add certain things for many reasons. They may not like it or they can be allergic. Pay attention. The tables and floors around us were nasty. All of the tables on one whole side (booths) were filthy with stuff on them, so had to sit on other side. Floors had crap all over them like straw wrappers, French fries, etc. The main entrance is where I first noticed someone had been slacking on their cleaning. There were black spots all over from the side door all the way to back end of ropes where people line up. It was very noticeable, and looked like an old sticky trail of drink or ice cream that was never cleaned. It has so much black on it, like many had walked over it or it was just setting a while. All of this made me question why I was eating there. Why should I pay all that money to sit and look at filth? Second question is why no other customers ever speak up. Do they want to sit and look at this? Want to keep the peace? To me that's a health hazard. Nasty. Also, noticed a can light on ceiling in back corner was about to come out of the ceiling... why nobody ever noticed this is beyond me as it is highly noticeable. I asked a lady if there was a manager on staff and she said she was one. I told her about dirty areas and she said she just came on shift but would get on it right away and soon there were staff members cleaning tables and floors, but not quick enough and I saw 3 people in the earlier mentioned booth sections asking staff for wipes to wipe their own tables. The manager never even came to assess what needed to be done/my complaint. I ordered a salad, superfood side and grilled nuggets to go for my husband and I just opened the bag and it he salad is TINY!!! and all of the toppings are all mixed in not like a Cobb. It looks like they are missing some toppings. I only see chicken, corn and cheese on top of the lettuce. I am not happy. I spent $20 on his meal alone not to mention my family's and this salad is so small it wouldn't satisfy the appetite of a flea. I am not doing anymore business at this Chick fil A. I am old enough to remember when Chick-fil-A was the most pleasant fast food restaurant around. I remember it because it was before they decided to go all drive-through. This location does not have a sign to look at so you can decide what you're getting before you get it nor are you aware of any of the prices unless you order ahead on the app. I got a bowl of soup and a sandwich and it was $14 I thought that was high, but didn't know until I went around the corner where there is a sign with prices. Apparently a bowl of soup is just under six dollars and a sandwich is just under five. When I got to the window I asked if my order was correct and she printed out a receipt that showed that soup was eight dollars and the sandwich five. I said the sign says super six dollars and she could only say well I'm sorry. No offer to fix it. No offer to refund my money. No offer to make it right. Not the Chick-fil-A I remember. read more

Frosted key lime, wow this drink is fabulous! Its like the frosted lemonade but better. And you can order it "diet" so they use a sugar free syrup with the soft-serve, so its not fully guilt free. They're so nice at this location, very helpful in the drive-thru with workers ready to take your order ahead of time so it moves fast. Still, I avoid the drive-thru or walk-in and just order for curbside pick-up on the app. Such a wonderful feature! I am a huge Chick-Fil-A fan! I eat at various location more than twice a week. This location has stood out to me above all of the other Chick-Fil-A locations. I came in today and David, the red headed cashier, was extremely friendly and courteous and sparked up a conversation with me. This stood out to me as many other Chick-Fil-A locations don't take the care and compassion like this one does. I ate right before the dinner rush hit and it impressed me how no one is ever just sitting behind the counter not doing something. If it is a slow moment one of the cashiers will either go wipe tables, refill condiments, or take care of the customer's trays. The food was wonderful and delicious and they were finally able to get my order right, as other locations usually struggle with getting my sandwich just the way I like it. read more
