So we're here in Greenville for a few days, and there are some obviously cool places, of course, the usual spots like Chipotle, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A. McDonald's The first place we passed coming in to where we're staying was Whataburger. I first noticed the building and thought, "Oh, that's kind of an interesting looking building." Then we drove past it again, and I was like, "Oh, that's Whataburger." I thought I'm going to have to try this place, and absolutely, we did. A guilty pleasure fulfilled. I had the original Whataburger combo with fries!Mmm, mmm good! Fyi the chocolate and Vanilla are tasty good! All the other places are really cool, but I really enjoyed Whataburger. For me, it was the most logical place to pick because I've already done Chipotle and McDonald's. I do Chick-fil-A, but Whataburger, we don't have one where we're at. And I'll tell you what, I enjoyed it. It was really good. The burger was bang-up, the fries were boss, especially the onion rings. This is my second time experiencing Whataburger but in a different location. I was able to try their Jalapeño Burger and fries and it did NOT disappoint. The burger had that perfect balance of heat and flavor. The jalapeños gave it a nice kick without being overpowering, and the melted cheese tied everything together so smoothly. The patty was juicy, seasoned just right, and stacked thick enough to feel like you're really getting your money's worth. Now let's talk about those fries; Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and fresh out the fryer. You already know I had to dip them in that fancy ketchup! Overall, it was flavorful, filling, and definitely hit the spot. If you like a little spice but still want that classic burger feel, the Jalapeño Burger is a solid pick. MEHHHH. Came here with my family. Ordered through the app and told them at the front. They told us to sit down and we will get our food soon. Ummm we had to ask where half of our food was. My husband ordered a double burger and he got a single burger. We didn't get our kids meals. And they put SO MUCH mustard on all of the burger. I love mustard but not that much. Very poor. Onions and pickles were bitter leaving an aftertaste and the fries were bitter from the oil they were cooked in. Very disappointing food but the greeting and the face to face with the staff was outstanding! Fix the food and you have a winner. read more

We came on opening day and had a great experience. I looked it up before coming and Whataburger is known for customization of their orders and they encourage you to do so. Because they customize everything, longer wait times are expected AND NOMRAL here. It's part of the experience. They were slammed on opening day and we placed a customized order AND they still got it out in a reasonable time! We came back the following morning to try their breakfast too and it was great. We have come back a third time too for breakfast. I highly recommend the breakfast burger. You MUST take advantage of the customization if you want a great experience. It's my favorite breakfast place now because of their breakfast burger which comes with an egg and hashbrowns. Their honey chicken biscuit for breakfast is good too, (I added an egg and dumped their green salsa and pico salsa on it and it was chefs kiss). Their taquito for breakfast is good too ( I added avocado and jalapeño - YOU MUST CUSTOMIZE). It only comes with one but it is large. I like the orange ambiance and felt that it was clean inside. first time to try this fastfood ever! were in a drive-thru for a quick meal and mentioned that what would they recommend since its our first time! she said patty melt and we also got combo meal burger with fries, i know i wont be able to finish the fries so i ordered the small burger without the fries and drink, staff still gave me fries for free and gave us cups to take home and coupons! happy to see that theres a lot of staff working and they seem happy on what they do. Fyi, free iced coffee for those who served too. i got a taste of it and she even made sure that its good before we leave. What a burger!!! Well, not here... it's like any other fast food burger. Not worth the time. Burger was dry, cold and fries were soggy and cold as well. Ambience: brand newish so it was just kind of nice with the orange uniforms and decor. Service: fine but it's a fast food joint so no big expectations there. But polite service with a smile. Bathrooms were down right dirty already and needed a periodic cleaning, which as not done. Food: as stated above was NOT an In and Out or Five Guys burger experience. This place is a ripoff of the Big M, Little Wendy and BKing. Not worth the time or calories. If you want a great burger go to Bohemian Bull (BB) around the corner on Pelham. And if you want a GREAT deal, wait for BB's Wednesday half off burger night starting at 4pm. Awesome hot juicy burgers cooked right and fries always hot and crispy.
