The staff was very kind and friendly. I was able to sample a little of the salad I was interested in before making my decision. I already had my options in mind before arriving. I ended up getting one scoop of Kickin' Kay Lynne, and one scoop of Sassy Scotty. After tasting both, next time I will opt for two of the Kickin' Kay Lynne. It was delicious, tasty, and fresh. Placed order over the phone and was able to pick it up about 15 or 20 minutes at the drive thru. We got 3 different chicken salad sandwiches on croissants with lettuce and tomatoes. Everything was delicious. The lettuce and tomatoes were really nice too! And they all came with a wonderful little cookie and a slice of crunchy dill pickle. My husband tried the chicken soup with poblano peppers. He raved about it! And we also got a salad with strawberries and I think poppy seed dressing. We're having that tonight. The chicken salad is a with a scoop of some cutesy themed named chicken mayo mix with different flavorings and things mixed with it. Totally not what I pictured a salad to be of a leaf of lettuce with crackers to eat. I got the fancy Nancy there's grapes, apples, and pecans. Pretty delicious and I got a side of fruit. The one thing that grossed me out is that there were some hard chunks of something in my chicken salad. It looks like pineapple but it's so tough you can't chew it. Suggested by a friend, this was my first visit to CSC. I was not a fan of chicken salad, but today changed that! I had the Sassy Scotty which is chicken bacon ranch, on a croissant, a scoop of buffalo and side of pasta salad. I met my women's Bible study group on our last meeting day at Chicken Salad Chick. It is conveniently located near my residence and I was there and parked in a jiffy. Once nearly everyone had arrived we started to wait in line to place our order. I do not think I've ever seen as many chicken salad choices as I have here, which is a good thing. I was not too adventurous with my choice though and went for the Cranberry Kelli, which comes with (obviously) dried cranberries and slivered almonds. We chose a large table further to the right and back and settled in to wait for our food and to start going over our last chapter in the book we've been studying. The music was on a bit too loud and one lady in our group kindly asked for it to be turned down and the staff kindly complied. We had a sweet time enjoying our tasty meals (everyone seemed to like what they had ordered) and saying goodbyes. Although the chicken salad is good, do not expect humongous portions.
