This Chick-fil-A use to be a great experience each time I visited, the staff was always friendly and the food was always fresh and delicious! However, for the past three months and counting each time I have visited this "restaurant" the experience has been horrific! The staff is always rude and never get the orders correct. The food is never freshly cooked, it is always like warm and tastes like it's been sitting on their heater for hours. It is not hard to cook a fresh sandwich for each and every customer. Living in NYC I'm always having a craving for Chick-Fil-A. Every time I go home I make sure to make a stop here to have a quick lunch and a12 pack of chicken nuggets for the road. The chicken breading is like no other, prefect spices and the breading doesn't feel heavy at all. The waffle fries are perfection in every way, always hot and crispy. And the SWEET TEA! You make my heart sing! The prefect balance of sugar without feeling like you're gonna get diabetes. This is why this would be my last meal! I'm always in my happy place when I come here, I do a little dance walking up to the building or in my car when in the drive-thru. As far as the establishment itself, it's clean. The workers are happy, maybe because they get Sundays off. I would consider this franchise as classy fast food. I decided to swing by this chick fil a for dinner one night. I usually go to one closer by my house, but it is shut down at the moment. The food tasted pretty darn good and the service was fantastic (as with most chick fil a's) I ordered a 12 count nugget meal with a medium fry and drink. My food came out in less than 5 minutes and everything was cooked to perfection. I was asked several times throughout the meal if I needed a refill or if staff could get me anything. This is the number one reason chick fil a is my go to fast food restaurant. The customer service at each location is top notch. They consistently put their customers first, which is a big deal to me. This location is always crowded during lunch/dinner hours. The line goes out of their parking lot and blocks off the road. But they handle it amazingly!! Always a short wait. Very expedient. Very friendly. They have workers outside so that they can take multiple orders on tablets at the same time. Let's start with don't order online! Upon arrival, I waited about 15 or 20 minutes at the pick up window before any staff attempted to ask what I was waiting for. She then told me my order wasn't showing up and preceded to go back to whatever else she was doing. Someone else then looked, said it wasn't there, and then the manager was going to "help me out in a minute." Obviously, he never came back. At about the thirty minute mark, the second individual came back, asked my name, and then grabbed my food which had been sitting behind her the entire time I was waiting. When asked about why she couldn't find it before, it was because she heard me say a different name, despite telling her my name multiple times prior to this. I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, however, after a very long hard day of work I decided to treat my daughter to dinner from Chick-fil-A because I was too tired to cook. She ordered a deluxe Chick-fil-A sandwich, fries and a Sprite. After leaving their location we got home and she only had chicken nuggets and fries in her bag. I drove several miles back to the store so that they could correct her order. The gentleman who addressed our issue offered to refund our money and remake the order. After remaking the order, and bringing it to us, he apologized that he couldn't refund the purchase. I find that to be very lackluster customer service. There was nothing compensatory offered. Not a dessert, not a credit for next visit. Nothing. Just remade the order. It's customer service like. that that turns a customer off and drives them away. read more

I don't think it's humanly possible to have a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A and this place is no exception. Every time I go in the place is clean, the staff is nice, and the food is good. I usually avoid the drive through as they are always wrapped around the building but I think their's moves at a pretty good pace. I ordered from here a couple of times and they are always polite and professional when speaking. I like that they give you extra sauce without questioning or charging you. It doesn't take long to get your order no matter how busy the place is. If I have for a large group they automatically make sure the cart out process is easy and put things in bags and cup holders. Loved chick-fil-a, until this morning. Made an order through the app for breakfast. The associate (possibly manager) with tattoos on their forearms didn't give me a friendly greeting at all. I had to reassure her that I had already paid (which is weird because usually CFA is on top of it). Then as my receipt is printing out, she stops looks at it, and says "ha wow", and hands me the receipt. Was is because I requested grape jelly, salt, and pepper? Was that too much to ask? I looked at my friend and laughed because I literally could not believe the treatment. I was just telling my friend how great Chick-fil-a was (the only fast food I would even consider) and then I get service like this. Management does a great job of keeping customers in the restaurant happy and moving. Always love some Chick-Fil-A, just not a great day on this visit Saturday July 13. First off understand that this location on Saturday is a ridiculous mob scene with drive thru line around the building, I kid you not. But after a swim meet that my son had in Newport News he was starved. We were able to find parking, not easy and unable to just enter the building, not easy either. Staff was immediately at the door directing traffic to cashiers. I noticed while in line a lot of flies were buzzing around me which was annoying. My order got taken in 5 min, or so and I did not consider this bad with the mob scene. The young man taking the order was nice, no issues and happy with front counter service. My son found a table and waited on me and soon came over and said flies were all over the table. Our shake came out first and delivered to the table, great. Soon food came out and name was called, again great. The order was all correct and satisfied with the temperature and it was good. As soon as food was out flies were all over our food, table, body and it was just gross. I quickly told a staff person and they apologized and said they were trying to control. The meal was ruined by annoying nasty flies every where. I told one additional staff person that again apologized, but by this time my son just wanted to leave. We tried to quickly get our food down to get the hell out of this god forsaken nasty place. The same staff person came over and check on refills and if we needed anything, this was really great I thought, but what would have been awesome if management would have come to the table, it never happen after two staff people were notified they had very unhappy customers. We soon left and I contacted corporate who gave us two coupons to return for sandwiches. I also contacted the local owner/operator of the store a day later, but guess what he never called me back which speaks volumes to this locations commitment to customer service. My favorite fast food is Chick-Fil-A, they do amazing things with customer service and the food is delicious. Really solid customer service was displayed at this location with a bad experience. So this review and 2 stars is based on management response both at the restaurant and through email. It was owner/operator James Perry that has no excuses for not following through and I will not return. I will go to my favorite location around the corner from my home in Haygood, VB which is always spot on. read more

I love coming here because it's always quick and the staff is very friendly. Tonight I had a mobile order that included a sweet tea with lite ice and received a drink with no ice so my tea was warm.
