First thing first. They served me stale burnt fries and nuggets. I complained to the manager Zachery who stated that he would put rewards on my account but never did. Secondly, a young girl darted in front of my friend's vehicle without looked then rolled her eyes repeatedly at her. When asked if there was a problem, she became unprofessional with her. I order from this location on a regular basis, several times per week. I'll start the same way I do with other chains. There are a few differences between different locations. That means that a minor difference can have a large impact on the overall rating. To me, every Chick-Fil-A starts out at the 4-star level based on food, prices, and service. So, a 4-star rating means you can expect the typical Chick-Fil-A experience. A 5-star rating puts one branch above the rest, and anything lower means the branch fails to reach average Chick-Fil-A standards. This branch was worthy of 5-stars at one point and certainly shows potential to be there again. They used to have different sauces available for customers to grab at their convenience. However, now the sauces are kept behind the counter and must be requested. Except for the ketchup; that is still available at the customer's convenience. Also, this location greatly underestimates my HATRED for pickles. If I order a sandwich with no pickles, and you accidentally make one with pickles, please start over. I can taste the pickle juice that soaked into the bun the moment they touched. Pickles are like the gangrene of vegetables; the entire limb must be amputated. Finally, the positive part of this location is their ability to handle a constant flow of orders. The myriad of options when ordering through the mobile app greatly helps this. From their phone, customers can order ahead of time for the drive-thru, carryout, or dine-in. I've even ordered curbside delivery so a representative brings the food to my car without even getting in the drive-thru line. Most Chick-Fil-A locations I've been to only offer a few of these options. read more

This was my second or third time eating at a Chick-fil-A. I came in, hours off the road almost at closing, to a warm, friendly environment. First of all, they have cow stuff EVERYWHERE, and I adore cows, so I was already happy. They really go out of there way to make the decor kinda cutesy country, I dig it. And it's cow stuff because cows want you to eat more chicken, for those who don't get the joke. I ordered too much food, took one of every sauce, and I'll never remember how it happened but got to talking with the owner, Rebecca. We stood there for 30 minutes chatting each others ears off, making jokes about all kinds of things. We're two very different people who had a serious moment, and she sent me on my way with well wishes and a little present. This review is for her and her fantastic Chick-fil-A location. I don't usually write reviews for chain places, but this particular restaurant was wonderful. It is VERY busy but we stopped on a road trip. We walked in and they had Santa themed cows walking around which was fantastic and a nice touch. You won't see that at McDonalds ya know. Chic-fil-a is always clean and the employees always polite and on the spot. A manager came by and saw our girls a little scared of the cows and gave them cookies, she didn't have to do that but what an amazing thing to do. Was absolutely starving after a four hour flight with no breakfast. On the way to my son's house I asked, "Do you guys have a Chick-fil-A?" I'm pleased to announce that they did and it was right by them. I ordered the Chicken sandwich with waffle fries and sweet tea. My son ordered a Cobb Salad, Chicken Tenders, and Kid's Meal. The only complaint I have is in California I have my bun extra toasted. This restaurant said it could not honor my request. Apparently they use a type of heating oven in which the buns roll through. Tender chicken, waffle cut fries, and sweet, tart lemonade. Chicken noodle soup is thick like a stew and slightly peppered. A decent sized menu but not overwhelming like places that rhyme with McSonald and Lendys. This place does a huge amount of business during lunch. The drive thru line regularly wraps around the building twice and the line inside usually extends to the door. That being said, we've never waited more than 10 minutes to place an order, and the food always come hot. Tables are cleaned quickly and employees offer to top off your drink when they can. The flowers are real (and fresh) and the bathrooms are clean. The manager during lunch, Austin, is great towards customers and staff (which are friendly and helpful). read more

This Chick-fil-a is a standalone located outside of Arundell Mills and Live! Hotel and Casino. It has a drive thru as well as a nice seating area. I ordered online with the app and my food was ready as soon as I came to pick it up. The only disappointment was that they didn't include all the sauces I had ordered. The sauces are the best part and I didn't realize that until I got back to my hotel! Huge bummer. The food was good though and they were quick. read more

If they ever forget a part of your order, I just let them know, show the receipt and they correct it immediately. Very busy location because of the Casino and Outlets mall. It's busy but the line goes fast and service is always excellent. Chick Fil A food is always fresh and tasty. Any kind of chicken, waffle fries and a light lemonade, it's a favorite any time of the day. Breakfast is good, but I don't like their coffee. Playground for the kids. Bathrooms are clean. Food and customer service was excellent! What was not excellent was the terribly rude manager who treated her employees unprofessionally and humiliated them in front of 20 or so customers! After we had a pleasant experience ordering and receiving our food, the manager (who was not behind the counter but was talking with friends at another table) came up to the side of the counter and threatened her employees by yelling, "If you don't smile... I'm not putting you on the front line!" The gentleman that took my order was very kind. Perhaps there may have been someone else who needed a nicer version of this reminder (to smile) but the way in which the manager did it was completely uncalled for. I was driving back from the gym this morning and saw the cow mascot on the sidewalk advertising "Free Breakfast". This got me all excited but I resisted until lunch when sadly it was not free. One of the reasons I love Chick-Fil-A is because they seem to love to give out free breakfast. Whether they dropped off 20 chicken biscuits to my office or were handing them out as I exited the gate at my apartment, it always felt like they were saying "We love you... come eat our food." This location is as crowded as any other I have ever been too but the food is just as good. A pretty normal CFA restaurant. The parking lot is a bit overwhelming, especially in my work van, but service was good and the food is the quality you'd expect. The place is a bit hard to get to - it's inside the mall circle, and then it's a left (or right) into where it is, but then you have to quickly veer left or you'll end up at Wendy's. Once you're in the CFA parking lot, if you think you're going around the store, past the drive-thru, there's one little part of the parking lot that allows this... If you miss it, it has an arrow and you have to go to Wendy's. I managed to do it all correctly, but it was a bit harrowing and annoying. read more

It's more tender and juicier than any other fast food restaurant out there. Waffle fries were good, as was my chocolate shake. The shake is thick and creamy! This is like many Chick-Fil-A restaurants near a main road, in front of a shopping center and very popular. Parking was challenging when we got there. We were planning to go through the drive through but the line was too long so we went inside. I am glad we did. Even with the high volume of traffic outside and inside, the restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. On top of that they had a table set aside for POW/MIA with an explanation of why it was there. I very much appreciate the restaurant for doing that and remembering these brave men and women. Cleanest and best maintained bathroom anywhere in or near the mall and casino. The condiments counter is tidy and fully stocked. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick. The menu and food are exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-a. The parking lot had a few open spaces and the drive through line stretched around the corner testifying to their popularity but still the wait at the counter was brief. Worst location ever!! We ordered a 12 count grilled nuggets and two iced tea. Nothing crazy. Just a small and simple order. Tell me why they pull us up past the window for our two drinks and hand us a bag for the nuggets. A girl walks up and says "what are you waiting for?" Uhhh our drinks and we show her our receipt. We then tell her that the 12 count we ordered only has 10 pieces in it. She takes the cup then walks back to say we owe $2 and some change. W e say we paid for 12. Cannot go in the restaurant because of covid so I talk to a guy named Devon. This review is based solely on when I use a delivery app. On 3 and more occasions this location has failed to take full responsibility for not packing all of the order for the driver. I'm always missing something without failure. Whether it be the condiments, actual food item or drinks. And when speaking to management they would rather blame the driver than their own employees for not packing the order as directed. I pay for the convenience and expect to get the same service as if I come to the restaurant in person. What is so hard about packing whats on the order slip and making sure the driver gets it. The driver can not opened sealed bags and should not to make sure my items are there. And based on management it's the drivers job to make sure I have everything. Make it make sense, when the bags are sealed for safety reasons to begin with. Management should be reevaluated for how they choose to continue to handle their customers when using delivery apps. read more

I really like this Chick Fil-A. I stopped by on a Saturday back in January and the restaurant was quite busy. Lots of tables seated with parents and children. The indoor play area may explain why. My nephew and boyfriend loved the indoor playground. I'm glad that my 190lbs bf did not break the equipment even though the signs stated that the play area was for young children. It was nice that the play area was also sound resistant. I could barely hear my bf and nephew screaming at the top of their lungs when they were testing the sound. Oh, and I could only hear them when I was sitting right next to the glass. The service was nice. The bathrooms were clean. The man who took my order...I think he was a manager, but I enjoyed talking with him. It was nice having someone who didn't mind chit chat and who took the time to actually answer my questions about the menu and selection. By the time I finished talking with him I had ordered a Chick Fil-A Chargrilled and Fruit Salad and a spicy Chicken Sandwich with lettuce and tomato with a side of fries. All the food was delicious. I told my bf that if you ever wanted to save a little but take me out I'd be happy with Chick Fil-A. The fruit in the salad was all fresh, sweet, and ripe. The chicken was flavorful and tender. I also loved the assortment of condiments and free items. There were individually wrapped dinner mints, wet-wipes, antibacterial wipes, lite mayonnaise, different hot sauces, and a bunch of sauces. Some other nice things about this Chick Fil-A was that they had vases with fresh flowers at each table. I also ran into a co-worker on my visit. It's a great place to eat when you don't want food court food and conveniently located by Arundel Mills Mall. They are also closed on Sundays so workers can observe the Sabbath. read more

At nowhere else are you always given the "please" and "thank you", "my pleasure", and "have a good day". And they do it with a smile on their faces. Really disappointed in this location. I ordered a large order from here and when I got home realized that two of the items one of my family members ordered was not out in the bag. Upon calling to receive a refund, I was told that I could not be refunded over the phone and I would need to return all the way back to the restaurant to receive a refund or get the items for "free". This is the second time I had an issue with this location, the first was when a long piece of hair was in my fries. And the manager that day was able to refund me via phone.
