They have recently reopened with a redesigned traffic flow that is an absolute DISASTER. They installed a setup designed for a lot at least 10 feet wider than the lot they are sitting on. Don't even pull in or you'll be stuck behind people waiting to enter the drive thru with no way to get around them. You'll nearly get hit trying to move into the line and then you'll sit in line forever waiting to be served. Heaven help you if you choose the wrong line like I did, because they make NO effort to ensure both lines are moving. Absolutely despicable behavior and extremely poor customer service. I recently tried the mac and cheese for the first time, so every now and then, I have a taste for it. Today's visit was for this very reason. Upon arrival, the line was already long and disorganized, but to add to the lack of efficiency, a female staff member who was taking payments decided that she would exhibit the lowest level of customer service today. I am not sure where she thinks she works, but she does not have the right to disrespect customers. Not only did she initiate the disrespect, but also perpetuated it by going on and on about it. This female employee actually had the audacity to engage in a back and forth disagreement about the contactless payment process, while smirking the entire time. Instead of taking the payment, ensuring that it went through and staying quiet, she decided that she felt superior about how contactless payments work. The manner in which she handled the situation, proceeded to discuss it with the customer behind me and then call her general manager Noemie on the walkie talkie was all out of order. Instead of the manager coming to me to determine what happened and doing nothing, she should have spoken to the employee about the unprofessionalism of initiating and arguing with customers. Like all Chick-fil-a restaurants, they are always so packed, service is the gold standard, but the friendzied chaos is also unavoidable. Getting through the drive through is the only downside. You have to loop around the restaurant three times to get through. It's absolutely nuts and the only reason I wouldn't recommend this store. read more

The parking lot for this location has been a mess for a while now because of how small it is, even without the craziness of your usual Chick-fil-A at lunch hour. I just love Chick Fil A and this location is super convenient right next to Arundel Mills mall. They're practicing social distancing all employees wearing masks. Getting into the Drive through is tricky. I had to do a loop-D-loop twice around the building before finding myself in the drive thru line. Awesome and fast service. FAST AS HELL service! There's no walk-in service. It would've been nice if there were instructions...I don't order from Chick-fil-A because I don't have one where I'm from. So you have 2 choices, park in their numbered spots and order through mobile app or go through their drive-thru. I decided to do it through the app, because we were already parked so I could use their bathroom. The app asks you the model and color of your car and towards the end has you enter the lot number. The drive thru is a mess, because of the traffic but like other locations they move extremely quickly getting your order. There are easily 20 cars in this drive thru and nearby competitors have 2-3. Note: There are closer Walmarts and Chick-fil-A to Inner Harbor but when you have limited transportation while on a business trip, you'll take whatever opportunity you can get to drive and just get away for awhile (regardless if it's to a fast food restaurant and Walmart!). Anyhow, we already schemed after our lunch hour to make a getaway to Chick-fil-A after class to plan an upcoming trip to DC. Then, it dawned on me to make a supply stop as well at Walmart (makeup wipes and skin care were running low). Of course, I had to take a pic to post. Then, I had to take a pic of the inside because it was so clean with flowered vases on the table! Before we reached the counter, there were cashiers at every...register...with a SMILE and a "Hi! What can we get for you tonight?" After I gave my order, they asked if there was anything else and was ever so friendly. Now, let me just share why I'm so impressed with this... These days, you rarely...RARELY...find this kind of customer service at any other fast food chain. That's right, I'm going to throw Mickey D's (McDonald's), Wendy's (especially the one in Royal Kunia, Oahu), Jack in the Box, and Burger King) all under the bus for lukewarm customer service because the counter people have either one or all of the following: -Attitude of Entitlement "You owe ME a smile and thank you, customer!" -ESL (English as Second Language) and annoyed that your order deviates alittle from the standard menu -Boredom and refuses to apply customer service training to on the job performance So, yes-this is why I am so impressed with the customer service.
