I came and got a salad, the salad was not supposed to have bacon. There was bacon on the salad, Sydney (blue shirt and a boot on her foot) was very pleasant and made sure that I got another salad made, and also made sure that there was not any bacon on the salad ! As always chic fil-a never minds giving extra dry peppers as well as dressing if it's needed ! The restaurant was clean, as always and everything in the lobby was stocked... perusual ! I get home to eat this salad and divide half on a plate to eat now and half for later and there's HAIR ON THE SALAD!!!!!!!!!! Idk if they don't wear hair nets when they are prepping the food, or making it . I have blonde curly braids in, this hair is short and black ! Very disappointed! When I called (2:51PM) Karen (blue shirt) answered the phone and said the person who can help with that SYDNEY was not there but she'll call me back ! Service is just OK. Ambiance, Table was dirty and needed to be wiped off which I wiped it off !! Chair seat was greasy, I wiped it clean !! What can I say? It's Chick-fil-a! Like most, if not all, Chick-fil-a locations the service is amazing. No matter how long the line, my wait is never over 5-10 minutes. I've literally counted 20 cars and still received my food in 5 minutes. (Take notes Popeyes) Out of hundreds of visits, I've probably ever only had 1 or 2 mistakes/issues. (extremely minor, just mentioned to highlight their excellence) Another favorite feat is that their ice cream machine is always operational. My favorite menu item are their chicken tenders. I almost always order the 4 count meal with a frosted lemonade. I randomly try other menu items and they're all just as fresh. I also recommend downloading their app and signing up for their rewards program. You get points for each purchase and also randomly receive free items. You have the ability to order drive thru, before you arrive and also order curbside. They have over 4 rows of parking. The red light directly at the entrance/exit makes maneuvering very simple read more

It is always a good idea to check your order before you leave the restaurant because this location and the one on Lapalco always forgets an item. Employees are great about fixing issues. One employee, Isaiah, went above and beyond to help me with my missing items when I dined in. He even checked on me while I was eating. Cobb salad is amazing; I paired it with a Sunjoy beverage. Update: 4/29/22. Sorry, not sorry but my long standing relationship with CFA has come to an abrupt end. I'm exhausted with all of the simple mistakes being made by folks whose only job is to make CHICKEN for God's sake. This isn't rocket science or brain surgery, it's chicken. So, I've decided to just use the 12,600 points I have to buy my food until those points are gone and remove the app. It's not just this location but Marrero and Veterans. I ordered a sandwich with cheese and pickles, either the cheese is missing, the lettuce and tomato or pickles missing. I mean, they will correct it but I'm tired of having to constantly go back for corrections. It's truly disappointing when a company with a once stellar reputation has, IMO become like the services of KFC. Baby, I'll make my own chicken sandwich at home. Put those puppies in some buttermilk overnight with season, lightly coat them and fry them in peanut oil. I won't spend another dime at CFA. Oh and another thing, it's really bad when their HR director doesn't know a gift card from their own CFA One app payment. Usually I have a great experience at this Chick fil A. I've placed catering orders for morning breakfasts for my coworkers and have had no real issues other than the order being ready just after the time I wanted it. Today though, I sed the app and ordered an 8 count grilled nugget combo I excitedly hopped out the car and inside just in time for the employee to call my name and place my bag and drink on the table they have for mobile orders. I am one of those "check in the bag people" and did, bit forgot that grilled nuggets usually come in a plastic container, bottle paper box. Seeing the box should've tipped me off. I left and later realized that I received fried nuggets NOT grilled ones (booooooo!!!) I was already hangry and didn't want to go back so I ate the fried nuggets...and felt gassy the next few hours, as usual (sigh). Everything else was correct, my sauces, drink, but this visit reminded me of the importance of checking the bag on every trip. read more

I didn't think that it got any worse than the Oakwood Chic-Fil-A delivery. I ordered food today and my large was literally LESS than half filled. The medium fries that I ordered were half filled and cold and tasted old. My grilled chicken sandwich was nasty. I was also missing a 12 piece nugget. I normally pick up my food but couldn't get out today. Thank God I called to have it replaced. I'll pass on delivery because the quality is definitely a miss when doing that. This Chick-fil-A doesn't meet the usual standard set by other Chick-fil-A's its kind of disappointing that the food doesn't taste that great the customer service is better at McDonald's. Every time I go my order somehow takes the longest to get made and I have to watch the food runner person running different orders down the drive thru which is insulting in my opinion and similar to watching the person after you get they food first. Which we all have unfortunately experienced. I will admit I went back a few times hoping the service would be better but It didn't improve. The service was quick but scrappy. The food is good but could use a little extra salt. My sprite was COMPLETELY flat. My main complaint is I get my drinks from the drive through and none of the lids are on my drink all the way. Unfortunately for me it spills all in my lap. When I'm in the drive through I'm not looking to secure the lids of the drinks. This is by far the best experience I've had at any chick-fil-a I've been to. The workers were incredibly friendly and upbeat- a manager even walked around refilling drinks for customers sitting and eating. I got a side salad which had more salad in the container than I expected, and the avocado lime ranch which was delicious. The nuggets were hot, fresh and crispy. I always stop at this chick-fil-a in the morning for breakfast. If the line gets long they have people that come to your car to take the order to keep everything moving. I usually get the chicken biscuit and it's always super fresh and hot. You can order from the app to speed up the process as well so that's super convenient and easy. They are super polite and always address you by name and move quickly. I'm usually in and out the drive thru in under 10 minutes read more

First they don't do anything "special" like well done hash browns (because everyone loves hash browns that feel like mush in your mouth) or on a recent visit fries without salt (guess health concerns be darned). I'm also personally disappointed they don't sell spicy chicken biscuits in the morning (this is the greater NOLA area so I'm sure I'm not the only person who likes a little spice in the morning). I don't typically review a fast food restaurant, but chick fil a deserves its own type of recognition! I NEVER have a problem with my order here except for maybe 1 or 2 mix ups. They once forgot my granola for my yogurt and once they didn't give me one of the two sauces I asked for. Whatever though, the food is BOMB so I ain't mad. I always get good, fast service here. They are always packed, therefore the drive thru is always nuts. That doesn't steer me away though because they always have workers outside taking orders on iPads and with the two lines AND someone taking payments at an outside register my wait still wouldn't be as long with 20 cars at chick fil a VS. two at McDonald's. You just pull up to window where your order is ready and pull off. I'm so confident they never got my order wrong I don't even have to check. The employees are incredibly helpful and nice. Want extra sauce? Employee hands you three extra, no hesitation and no extra cost. Need a refill? Bring your cup to the register or a worker walking around the dining area may even get it for you! My fave meal is the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with fries and a Coke Zero. Get ranch for the fries. Idk what's in that garden herb ranch but DANG ITS GOOD. Chick Fil A is fast food chicken... nothing really special, but fast and convenient. I love, love, love that they offer grilled chicken nuggets for the kids. Get this with the fruit cup as a side, and you have a relatively healthy kids meal (at least, in comparison to every other fast food chain). That's really where my Chick Fil A love stops, though. I visited this location this past weekend, because they sent coupons in the mail for free food, as part of the grand opening celebration. I got my free sandwich and kids meal, and I probably won't return for a while. Much like when the Metairie location opened a couple of years ago, it's ridiculously busy, even with their dual drive-thru lanes. The service is excellent and so is the food. I always use the drive thru, due to my hr lunch. The lines move quick so the workers must be working at a fast pace. The grounds and the interior is very clean for the amount of foot traffic and vehicle traffic.I mainly want to review today's ordering process. The reason for my mid level rating is due to the fact that the employees (not sure how or who came up with this method) work the drive-thru outside. The order speakers works by the menu, but on some days there are workers taking the orders and they take your card payments so when you get to the window they just give you your order and you can leave. I don't care for this. It's not needed, especially on these hot days here. I'm not sure if it's just this location, or all of them though. I just pray no one accidentally run any employees over while they stand OUTSIDE the window to give you your order or at the drive up menu. The drive-thru should be for vehicles ONLY! read more

Really? What is going on? I ordered 3 TWELVE COUNT NUGGETS. 12 x 3= 36 nuggets. Why did the shift leader give me three sauce cups? Ma'am! I asked for more and she gave me two more. This is so ridiculous, the food here is too good to have shift leaders handing out two sauces for 36 nuggets. They barely fill a fries box a quarter of the way and they constantly miss an item, to where I have to go back into the store for them to correct or I make the mistake of not checking and get home and see an item missing. My daughter and I drove to the Manhattan location after a long shift at work for some ice cream and shakes. After waiting a bit in their long drive thru line, the order taker standing outside stated the machine was shut down to clean. At this point, I'm upset, but I can just go to the Marrero location before they close. Since the line was long and there is no where to go once you're in line, we were stuck. I contacted the store to let a manager know what had happened. The manager then states they were out of ice cream--ENTIRELY!!! How do you run out of ice cream in the summer....ever? I pull up of course I wait in the drive-through for about 30 minutes just to get to the person taking orders and be told they are out of ice cream!!! Well it would have been nice to know before waiting that entire time in the drive-through line and then being stuck in it again trying to drive out waiting for other people to get their orders.
