Customer service has gone down hill in the past few years. Why are y'all so CHEAP with the sauce. I bought 4 meals and only got 4 honey roasted bbq sauces. This is my home Chick fil A. Obviously, we all know Chick fil A is always delicious no matter where you go and this location is no exception. I used mobile ordering and picked it up through the drive through. The nuggets were fresh, the fries salty, and the lemonade the perfect balance between sweet and tart. Delicious per usual . The service here is gradually going downhill, the line gets longer and longer every time I come here . CF tries to make things efficient and quick by sending out order takers to help the line flow better which helps a bit. It does not help if you are stuck in line and they don't have what you want. Whyyy CF are you always running out of things at this location? Management, are you not aware of how to place an order that will suffice this store? I love chick Fil A. Only fast food I go to. But very dissatisfied with the customer service tonight . They forgot things I paid for. I specifically asked if they had it in there because they weee rushing me move forward and didn't give me time to look. then when I call say have I to drive the 20 minutes back to get it. Well no.... by then my food will be cold and I have a kid to pick up in time from school. Ask them for the four sauce that come with each meal.... they give me three total. This Chick-Fil-A is the only freestanding CFA on the Wank, and one of only 2 on the south shore. Why is this important, you ask? Well, only freestanding CFA's do breakfast, which is really the best time to go to CFA, period. The biscuit makes ALL the difference. Like every CFA, the staff is super friendly and the lemonade is delicious. One good thing about this CFA is their HUGE parking lot-the one on Veterans is a nightmare. I'll be honest' y'all: I schedule early morning appointments with my doctor at West Jeff just so I can get breakfast here. It's just that good. read more

It seems like everywhere we visit a Chik Fil A, their service is consistently outstanding. This particular location is the best out of them all. Service is far beyond what I would ever expect from a fast food chain and is better than a lot of the sit down restaurants we've been to, which is quite sad because they ask for a tip for their sub par service. This location offered free meals to veterans and their immediate family members on Veterans Day, from 5pm-8pm. I searched many other Chik Fil A's in this area and none of them offered this incredible deal, so this owner gets an A+ from this military family! read more

This used to be my favorite Chick-fil-a. But after a fatal visit about three weeks ago, I have decided to ignore this location for the rest of my life. I ordered my favorite meal, which was a Spicy Chicken deluxe sandwich, and later that day i received terrible pains in my stomach, joints/knees, back, and a horrible headache. I threw up twice that night with the second having blood in it. With an endless night of diarrhea. I couldnt sleep that night because of the non-stop pain. The drive thru was full at manhattan location. After ordering, it took exactly 4 minutes for them to get my card, fill the order, and ask if I needed any sauce. I kinda felt brain-dead because I couldn't think of anything to respond with immediate as they were asking it. CHICK FIL A! My favorite fast foodie restaurant of ALL TIME! I'm always stopping by here every other week or so and they always take care! Whether it's drive through or dining in, they always make sure to take care of you and check up to see how you're doing. The staff is courteous as well! They greet you and such when you walk in . I feel like this place is always doing great and I have a family vibe when I'm here. I love how they give free breakfast every now and then as well! They do take care of their community and always throw little events for children. read more

Would love to stay and let the kids play in the playroom but there are always teenagers playing in there. They go up in the tubes which are not sturdy enough to hold some of them. Needs to be policed by the staff better. read more

I feel so guilty about visiting this place but I love the chicken sandwich and lemonade. It's clean, delicious and quick. Unlike other fast food chains, I can always rationalize eating here. Very annoyed that every time I come through now it's a big deal to get extra chicken ON my cob salad. At first it was no problem I didn't even have to explain how to ADD CHICKEN TO A SALAD, then it turned into ME explaining to the order taker how to put my order in their system. Then it turns into "oh let me go ask a manager" all I want is chicken ON my salad, it's really that hard? Then my most recent visit yesterday apparently the manager said that I must be coming during night shift and the night shift managers do things differently. I DIDNT KNOW THATS HOW CHICK FIL A RAN THINGS. I pay to come to chick fil a for the SERVICE, for the chicken ON my salad. So please get your managers together and come up with a solution for this chicken on salad bs because it's not good for your business to have managers just doing whatever they want. read more

We got Chick-fil-A the second day it opened. I wasn't really impressed with the chicken - it was a little dry. I will review again when they aren't super swamped, but for now my review will remain unimpressed. I'm posting this because I felt bad for the employees and the people who had to witness these two women that were upset that they couldn't get their breakfast because they were a couple minutes late and made a huge scene there. I first walked in and held a door for one of them and they just stormed through so I was like alright then but then her friend and herself walked back in and were just being so disrespectful to the employees and demanded to see the manager. My favorite Chick-fil-a spot around the New Orleans Area. The staff is friendly and always have a smile on their face. Doesn't hesitate when asking for extra condiments or napkins. Yesterday when ordering from the drive thru there was an employee that was sitting outside handing out extra condiments if needed, so that when you get to the window all you have to pay and pick up. I felt like that help with the speed of process. There is definitely plenty of parking compare to the chick-fil-a off of veterans in metairie. read more

Service is excellent here. Food is very good, but just a tad pricey. The chicken tortilla soup is awesome! Employees are trained to say " my pleasure" after you thank them. Strange, but interesting. There are Coke products sold here, which is a plus. Also frozen lemonades and sheets are available. read more

Definitely our go to when we crave fast food! Chicken tenders always taste fresh and juicy. Chick-fil-a sauce is my favorite! I could probably slurp it up if I didn't have to worry about calories. Chick-fil-a is also probably the only fast food chains with decent salads. It's always fresh and I love the nuts and berries that go into it. It's quite delicious! Servers are always polite and courteous. Once when I was at the drive thru on a rainy day, they actually walked up to my car to take the orders. Only downside is they're closed on Sundays. Then the icing on the cake, today I tried to order a salad with no corn, because I can't eat it, and I don't want to sit here and dissect my food before I eat, and I was told flat out no, we can't do anything to the base salad. Sat in long and slow moving line only to be told at 10:27 that they weren't serving breakfast anymore. I asked when they stopped and they said 10:30...My watch, my car, and my phone all showed 10:27. I was picking up food for a customer. When I waited in the drive through law for 13 minutes, they tell me they can't do it through drive through only in the store.
