Mediterranean, veggie sandwich and Greek salad no cheese
    Chrisie B.

I get the mediterranean veggie sandwich with no cheese and add avocado with the Greek salad, no cheese and it's always so fresh and good. The staff is always nice and welcoming and the restaurant is super clean and uniform.

Drive thru was slow but food ordered online was ready very quickly! so my food was ready but i sat in the drive thru for almost 10 min waiting to get it... still came fresh and hot! The steak sandwich is soooo yummy but be sure to add the 5 free toppings like arugula and greens and mayo and anything else! It makes a huge difference. The original mac is better than the broccoli mac in my opinion, the cheese is sharper is the original which i prefer. The portions are small for the price paid, but I'll still always love me some panera! In my salad I got a stray piece of lettuce that is obviously not good, but that was the worst of my experience!

Now I remember why I so rarely come here. I paid $18 for a 4 inch dry sandwich, warm bowl of mac n cheese, a cold 2 inch piece of banquet (which makes no sense since my order is a sandwich!) & a $3 12oz drink! Was supposed to be some kind of "pick 2" deal but I don't see how for almost $20! I went into the lobby to see the menu better & to check out the "deals". The drink station was filthy, had no straws, no napkins & I could go on & on. And if course a tip screen pops up as u finalize your order before even setting eyes or taste on your food. Why do we continue to patronize these expensive substandard establishments? I don't know but I'll scratch this one off my list for the next time I'm looking for something besides a burger.

Definitely one of my favorite fast food spots. Their salads are bomb. Even the flatbread pizzas are delicious, and let's not get started on their mac & cheese. I'm sure it's going to kill me one day but boy I cannot stop getting it!

Green goddess Cobb salad with chicken. I swapped their dressing for my own vinaigrette to cut fat and calories. =)

Talk about a much overdue re-review! I love Panera. I eat here fairly frequently and I have sampled a bit of everything from the pastries to the soups and salad. My usual "go to" order is the chicken Caesar salad. The salad is HUGE and it comes with the dressing on the side which is perfect because I never really need a lot of dressing anyway. I'm also a really huge fan of their bagels and they have a pretty nice selection: chocolate chip, blueberry, everything, plain, asiago cheese, cherry and a few more. They also have a really good selection of pastries that are made fresh every day. It doesn't seem like a big deal that they have fresh croissants, but there are only so many places on the Westbank where you can get them. If you sign up for their rewards program, you get all kinds of free treats like bagels and cookies.

How do you manage to not only get an order wrong... but consistently give me completely random sandwiches every time i go in. To start, this location has to be the easiest fast food/ cafe possible to work in yet still the staff manages to pretend they don't even know where they are. I purposely try to spark conversations to get any kind of acknowledgment just to even see if some of these workers are physically capable of saying anything other than "will that be all", and i got a head nod for a response. Please tell me what a head nod means after being asked how your day is. I get not liking your job but why does the vibe of just not being an enjoyable person to talk to sound appealing to you? This is mostly target to be fair so thanks to the lady working the window that's too cool to check if my vegetarian order (that i specified was vegetarian) actually is the CORRECT SANDWHICH before letting me spend $40 on something i can't even eat. rot.

I think I like the idea of Panera Bread more than the actual service and culture they try to portray. I always get suckered into purchasing the new item. This time it was the Tuna sandwich. I think it's pretty decent for Tuna. Nice flavor and not too much of an over dressing. I really want to give this location two stars because their customer service is extremely lacking. I always get dooped everytime I return to this location by a smile and friendly voice. A sandwich made with delicacy and respect. This is always met with a crash and burn on my return visit from some inconsiderate, untrained, and possibly burnt out person. You really have to learn to leave your feelings and emotions at the door when punching the clock as an employee. I will add that you have to do the same as the customer. So with my new found respect for people and what they may be experiencing personally. I shall leave a review with open eyes. This is not the best location, however, you can get a nice, and clean sandwich on the go. Now if that includes a person interested in treating you like they want to be treated is depending on the shift. It becomes more evident to me everytime I return to Panera, that I'm probably more interested in the idea and culture of the business than the business itself.

Panera Bread originated in St Louis and has some of the best sourdough Bagels around. They have a plentiful selection of salads soups and sandwiches that will fulfill your appetite. Most of the offerings are fairly healthy. They also have a nice selection of coffees, teas, and soft drinks. Now that St Louis Bread has transformed to Panera Bread and then expand it across the United States, I still remember the first few stores in St Louis County on Clayton Road and Jungermann in St-charles County. Yes, Panera is a chain restaurant today, but its roots are and simple bread, coffee, and bagel shops

I struggled with putting a 5-star review on a pretty basic menu (no offense), but dang it,…read moreeverything we've eaten in our last 3 visits (in 2 months) has been 5-star fresh, tasty and plentiful. Give credit where credit is due. And the servers have really stepped it up. Very nice! Have not had to deal with huge crowds on any of our three visits, just a steady stream of in and out guests and to go orders. Drinks are always brought promptly, and only once has one gone dry. (They are $3.79 ea, so drink up!) One visit involved Pesto Bites and a Savory Cannoli w/a pasta salad side. The Pesto Bites were to die for, and don't believe the picture on the website - the cannoli was huge and looked more like a very big calzone, but it was packed with ingredients and flavor. The pasta salad was seasoned with just the right amount of Italian dressing. Another visit involved Mozzarella Sticks, Pesto Bites, wings and a Combo pizza. It also involved a large to go box. :) The wings were very good - not bready or slimy, which I often encounter when wings aren't the sole business of the establishment. Loved the crust on the pizza. The 3rd visit involved 3 people and Pizza Bites, Seafood Bites, Savory Cannoli w/pasta salad, Spaghetti & Meatballs w/2 extra meatballs and a 14" Hawaiian Pizza. There were some to go boxes and to go drinks with this meal too. I was pleasantly surprised with the Hawaiian pizza, not something I would ordinarily try, the Pizza Bites were amazing, and I don't eat shrimp but am told the Seafood Bites were very good. I wish I had taken pictures, but each time we were sitting down starving; that's never good for the photo business. :) Try it, you'll like it.

The side salad was a meal in itself and very tasty. The personal pizza had quality, fresh ingredients and the crust was very good. Comfortable but classy atmosphere, with football on the TV in the dining room. (Welcome to Louisiana!) Owner took our drink and food orders (we were ready! - we had already previewed the menu on Yelp) and everything was delivered quickly. Husband had the Smokey Mountain Burger ($16), medium, with fries. The fries were crispy and the burger was so good! I'm not a big burger fan, but it was cooked just right and had plenty of flavor. I opted for the Thai riblets app ($14) which was served with a small side of their slaw and the "fried" Brussel sprouts app ($10). O...M...G! The sprouts came with a side dressing of mayo/lemon/garlic (?), of which I was not a fan; eat them plain - you'll be glad you did. Slaw was great - not too much mayonnaise - but I scraped off the seasoning topping because it was too salty for me. Thai riblets were fall-off-the-bone good without being over seasoned/sauced. We finished my husband's burger then took my leftovers home. They reheated very well. It's not the cheapest place, but we felt like we got our money's worth from our meal and would totally return. There's some other things on that menu calling our names. :)

Let's just say that we ordered enough food that day, that we didn't even need to buy dinner. This location is about 15 minutes away from the touristy areas. It's surrounded by a ginormous beauty shop, a mochi donut shop (surprised to see it in Louisiana) and another Asian restaurant. When we first walked inside, I noticed that there was no host at the counter. So we waited and waited until someone acknowledged us. Let's just say that there was a lot of waiting during our visit. The prices were about the same as other seafood boil places in California. I ordered the combo 1 lb of shrimp head-on and 3lbs of crawfish, which automatically came with corn, sausage, and potatoes. I also ordered a half dozen of charbroiled oysters. As far as the charbroiled oysters go, it was ok. The night before we ate at Acme and the charbroiled oysters at Fiery Crab were nothing compared to Acme. My boyfriend ordered a chicken tender basket and calamari rings. One thing that I do want to mention is the sauce that came with the calamari and chicken tenders wasn't like any other sauce I've tasted. I don't know what they put in it, but it was good. I'm guessing it was ketchup and tartar sauce with a kick to it. I couldn't figure it out. My only complaints: Is the long waits and our server was nowhere to be found. Aside from that, our server was very friendly and provided us with what we needed when he did come around.
