Other than that, the service was averages, usual, my chicken was not extra crispy. I returned to the store and walked in the location. I explained to them that my chicken was not extra crispy. They asked me how long ago did I order the food I was dumbfounded. I just came through the drive-through drove down the street saw the chicken was not extra crispy and I came back. This location has Chick-Fil-A level service, in my opinion. The food is always fresh and the wait is never too long. I've only visited the drive-thru of this location. The customers I can see, from the drive-thru, always have smiles and seem to enjoy the ambiance. The drive-thru line is always moving and rarely has a pause. The times I've had longer waits, someone in front of me had a large order. Even with a wait, they're still faster than a lot of fast good places. The window staff are always friendly. They're also very responsive. I tend to say "please" & "thank you", and they always acknowledge it. They even respond when I say "have a great day". Those manners are not common in fast food experiences, with nearby establishments. I hope this place keeps up this quality of service. The small town of Lafitte came through with Canes for us. There is a lot of food to offer food wise in this town. But options were limited when we spent all our time at the casino and came out at 11:00pm. Nobody was open but Canes. Even IHOP said they didn't have enough workers and we couldn't dine in. Then we saw canes and it was open and ready for us to eat. They had plenty of workers. So we didn't disappoint. We ordered the 50 pc tenders a tray of fries and 2 breads per person. We went to town and still had half the food. We had took it home and ate it the next day and it was just as good. This place treated us great and made sure we were satisfied. My go to location! I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here and I've probably ordered from this location no less than 50 - 60 times over the years (don't judge me lol). The service is always stellar and the inside dining area very clean. The only issue I've EVER had was wanting more salt on the fries but that usually only happens when they're very busy. Staff is always friendly and curteous, food is always good (chicken strips, fries, and bread. .. how can you mess that up? Oh, McDonald's). I love that if they're not busy my food is brought to me, with a smile. The staff also passes through the restaurant to ask if you're enjoying the meal. I've never really seen this place dirty, and an employee was wiping off tables while I waited. Fast food is never the greatest, is usually overpriced, and you leave feeling like you just experimented with oil pulling using vegetable oil. BLEGH! It's an LSU themed restaurant serving nothing but bland chicken strips, watery coleslaw, delicious texas toast and un-memorable french fries. The strips are only edible when drenched in Cane's sauce, which is pretty good, admittedly. My suggestion would be to stick to popeyes for the strips, but buy a bottle of the sauce. read more

This Raising Canes is the best in the area. It's always clean (big deal to me), and we have never been disappointed in the food. The employees are super nice as well. I'll add that I appreciate the chicken and fries not being so salty that I have to down a gallon of water to equalize the salt to water ratio in my body! Strange name, but no matter! The chicken fingers are well worth trying! I think their dipping sauce is laced with narcotics; it's certainly very addicting! French fries appear to be standard, frozen crinkle cut fries. The slaw and toast are okay as well (i.e., not exceptional). But did I mention the sauce for the chicken fingers is good? Post-Katrina, when this place was the only game in town, I ate here once out of necessity and was sorely disappointed. I found it to be way overpriced for a few measly, dry chicken tenders, flavorless coleslaw, boring fries, unimaginative "Cane's Sauce" (mayo, ketchup and pepper) and high fructose corn syrup lemonade. I went back today for the first time in seven years, and nothing has changed. Very high prices for what you get. Chick Fil A has much better lemonade (even their diet lemonade tastes better than Cane's), more flavorful coleslaw, jucier chicken, and a lower price point. Pass. read more

I have order the Box Combo and twice the order only was shorted chicken fingers. Raising Cane's Manhattan store is a hit or miss!

This place isn't too bad. Their chicken is alright and there open late (until like 1am). They are clean inside and have tons of space, so if your kids run around like mine (or just make lots of noise) you can always sit in the corner away from public view. Oh and the staff is cool.
