This location has gotten a few more updates than the CFA closest to me. They adjusted their lot and drive thru to help the flow. I eat CFA fairly regularly, but tonight I tried the limited offer Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Grilled Sandwich. Hey, it's grilled, so I can get it with the bacon, right? The line was a little long when we got there, but we'd put in our order using the app, so at least our order entry was easy. Not everyone uses it, so the line was moving kind of slowly. It didn't necessarily speed up between the order and the pick-up window, or is it a pick-up door now? The Smokhouse BBQ Bacon Grilled sandwich was okay; it probably could have used a little more sauce. (Not that I like tons of sauce; it just didn't have much.) Paired it with the standby of waffle fries and a coke. I will say that this location does seem to offer a lot of independent offers. (My closest one doesn't.) I think Chick-fil-A, which was already on of the most efficient restauranteurs before the pandemic, adapted quickly and remarkably became even better. While we all still miss being able to dine in, CFA's drive-thrus are second to none. Even as quick as they are, I still find it speeds up a long line if customers have used their app to place an order. Pull up, give your name, and you're moving forward quickly. The line can be slowed if someone doesn't know what he or she wants, or if there are multiple orders to be personalized, however, CFA always seems to make up for it in the delivery. Those personalized orders are again where the app is awesome. You can add, remove, change, etc. and even put in requests such as no straws, or extra napkins. And of course, this location is no exception. Team Members have always been polite, courteous, and eager to get your order perfect for you. read more

It's 2 days before Christmas, at 12:30 lunch, we had 2 full meals and a specialty drink - I think we made it around the drive through and out in under 5 minutes. Food was fresh and hot. This Chik Fil A is pretty much just like the rest of them. Fast, efficient, and puts out good hot food on a regular basis. I've been here a good number of times and they are pretty consistent and I don't think I've ever had an issue with my order. Thr drive thru here is a bit simpler than some of the other locations, and there is plenty of parking if you want to grab your food and eat in the car. Overall you can expect a hot meal and a decent price, quickly and without any issues. Not much else to say really. They're doing a great job. read more

I was on my lunch break at work and decided to get takeout from one of my favorite fast food places which is Chick-fil-A and is about 5 minutes away from my job . I only had a 30 minute break so I needed to pick my food up and eat it quick .I got there at around 3:35pm and the line was super long surprisingly I was able to get my food by 3:41pm and be back at my job by 3:46pm. I Ordered a Number 1 which includes a Chick-fil-A sandwhich , fries and a drink , everything was correct when I checked my bag. It cost me $9.08 which is not bad in my opinion .The Chick-fil-A staff was also very nice and asked me if I needed any extra sauce ! And to top it all off my food was still warm when I sat down and got ready to eat it , There was no Covid-19 precautions in place but they do offer wet wipes upon request . I was gone to the restroom to wash my hands and my daughter 17 stood there to get the order. She is a vegetarian so the so called difficult order was her's. The reason I don't mind the long line? Its simple. The long line reassures me that my food is going to be fresh/hot & that the workers are on the toes! I will always be a lifelong fan/supporter and will continue to eat at any of their locations; however, sadly my most recent experience here is making me update my review in hopes to bring an issue to attention. A few days ago, I purchased one of the normal items I usually get: the grilled chicken cool wrap. Everything tasted normal and the service was great as usual with the "my pleasure" greeting after thanking them. However, after my food started digesting, my stomach didn't feel right and continued to get worse. Three hours later I threw up twice, so obviously there was some food poisoning there. I don't know if it was the chicken or one of the vegetables like lettuce, but I was really shocked because the food has always been fresh. I hope this has not been a recurring issue at this location, but feel the need to mention it. Love this Chick-fil-A!! Me and my co workers come here a lot for lunch because it's right down the street and never disappointed! I always get the basic chicken sandwich with fries but there Polynesian sauce is what truly ties it all together! They have tons of other sauce options if you ever want to switch it up as well. The chicken is always cooked to perfection and the waffle fries are amazing. Almost every time I order at the counter, by the time I am paying, my meal is ready for me on a tray.
