LITERALLY THE WORST CHICK FIL A IVE EVER VISITED OR INTERACTED WITH. WE WENT AROUND 4PM and ordered the usual. Our order was asked to be to dine in and they put it Togo. They didn't give us the order and we waited for 30 minutes until WE HAD TO GO AND ASK FOR IT. We ordered an 8pc nugget meal with a diet lemonade and a Spicy Delux, that doesn't take 30 minutes to make. The tomatoes on the sandwich were definitely too old. They basically tasted rotten. The diet lemonade had ZERO flavor at all. When I went to ask for the lemonades to be refilled I asked for a manager and some guy named Jose said he was the manager and simply switched out my drink. He gave me the same thing. No flavor. He didn't even bother give me the drink from a fresh batch. When I saw that I asked if I could have the Manager's name and email. He gave me the general email address. Some Gmail account and then wrote his name as the manager. When I researched the location it happened to be that the manager is someone by the name of Austin Rice. I have no clue how this CFA is being trained or managed but it is definitely not the same experience we have had at other locations. THIS WAS THE WORST CFA EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD EVER. HORRIBLE. I want to say thank you to Karla who went above and beyond to make sure my iced coffee was made correctly and tasted delicious! The first one I received was the wrong flavor and the second was WAY too sweet. It was not enjoyable and she made me a third. I love this place, the food is awesome and there is GREAT service! My kids love the indoor playground, and the chick-fil-a cow. My favorite thing to get here is Fruit Cup it is so fresh! Another thing I recommend is Grilled Chicken Sandwich or the Chicken Tortilla Soup! There are lots more that I could recommend but I am not going to name them all! I've been to this location twice already and since they're new I expected so much more from them!! The first time my order didn't have any of the condiments that I specifically asked for and then this morning they got the condiments wrong and my coffee had a ton of coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup! Which is a huge pet peeve for me! I understand they have some kinks to work out but they've got to step it up ASAP! If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. My husband and our family have tried to give this place a chance multiple times. Every time we do, it gets worse. Their staff is not friendly whatsoever and they constantly get the orders wrong. Their management seems to not care about the place even when you call upset because they ruined your meal yet again. Never once have we seen the operator there and we go to Chick Fil A at LEAST three times a week. We were super excited to have a Chick Fil A so close to us finally and now we still drive to the one on 290 and Hollister. That Chick Fil A will have your food ready and hot in no time. Their operator Francisco is wonderful and always makes sure to be out there with his team. Maybe this place needs a revamp, but the way it's looking... it won't be there long. Most people who are friends and family agree when we speak about it. One of the worst Chick Fil A's in Houston. That's sad. They need a better training team and much higher standards. They expect you to either wait in line thru drive thru to get to the other side of building just to park or you have to basically you go over the curb to turn right to park in curbside. Once your in curbside they have you wait more than 15 min after you already selected your number and received the confirmation your food on its way out. They have all these extra cones that block getting in or out. So it's always congested with cars. read more

This location is truly one of my favorites in Houston! They're really close to my work and the service is always super fast and friendly. They have some of the freshest waffles fries in town! I was even more impressed by them when I called needing a donation for volunteers at the nonprofit I work with. Crystal was an incredible, gracious help and ensured we had everything that we needed to feed our volunteers. What was essentially a large catering order was created quickly and accurately. Amazing service in the morning despite the line being wrapped around the building! They were out of hash browns, but comp'd the difference for a fruit cup or any other side. The man (didn't get his name, but think perhaps he had a name tag that said Alan with blonde hair) outside this morning was so incredibly friendly, as was the gentleman providing the receipt, and the woman handing out the food. Very impressed! Chick Fil A should handle all crowds, and in this location's case hold customer service training classes for the rest of the world! Awesome! read more

Does anyone else feel like this particular location is super sheisty with their salads? They are never completely filled! Don't even get me started on kale salad! There is such thing as awful Chick Fil A's, this location is proof. I'd say 75% of the time my order is wrong - something is missing or the lemonade tastes like lemon rind water. They're always polite, but that only does so much when I'm not getting what I paid for. I definitely recommend avoiding this location if possible. read more

So I ordered thru the mobile app 30 minutes in advance on my way to work and when I get there they tell me it's going to be 5-7 minutes to get the order out so I got upset at that because I had everything timed to be on time to work so I said okay and waited 5 minutes and still nothing so I asked to cancel my order and now at my job hungry without breakfast or lunch . They had so many staff members there and not enough customers I don't get why they were taking so long especially when the order was placed 30 minutes in advance, what's the purpose of ordering via mobile if you still have to wait for your food to get prepped when you get there? read more

Went through the drive through about 10 min ago to get a milkshake and some food. We ordered at the guy with the iPad. By the time we made it through the line to the window, they handed us a shake that I (and with my partner's second opinion) immediately recognized as melted. The cherry had sunk to the bottom and the whipped cream was completely flat. Clearly they had made the shake immediately when we ordered instead of waiting until we were at the window for the freshest shake. So we went through the line again letting them know the problem. We arrived at the window after telling the iPad guy, the receipt people, and told the window guy, who asked to see the shake. He showed it to his coworker who gave us a fresh, unmelted shake. Would have been resolved had we not left our windows down as we pulled off... where we HEARD THE WINDOW GUY SAY THAT WE "WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT A PERFECTLY GOOD MILKSHAKE!" Dear Chick-fil-a I know you don't like me holding up your line to make sure all my stuff is in there but man something is always missing. Wether it's a sauce, the extra pickles I never get and am happy to pay extra for, or just a fork to eat with my Mac n cheese, it's always something. Last time I went I ordered a half unsweetened tea half regular lemonade and got the opposite which tasted so bad, on that same order I asked for cheese on my sandwich which they of course didn't do.
