My son and I stopped in here today for a bite. I've seen it before, but just not the right time of day. He ordered chicken tender sliders he said were off the menu and I got the single Chubby combo. Came with canned soft drink and fries. The place is small, 4-5 table, and menu pretty strait forward, but don't let that fool ya. Food came out pretty fast. First the fries were perfect - crispy perfect. Dipped into their Chubby sauce, they were great. As for the slider, patty was perfect, grilled onions, cheddar cheese melted - just the right size for someone who usually splits a burger with the wife or has left-overs. My son had tender sliders with some sauce on them. Looked good and he scarfed them down. He also had a banana milkshake - something I wouldn't order but the flavor was certainly there. I picked up lunch from this place during the workday after finding it on the map. Interesting concept, as the only other slider "restaurant" that comes to mind is White Castle, to which I haven't been so cannot speak to how this compares. I placed an online order - it quoted my food to be ready in 15 minutes but I got the text that it was ready in just 7 minutes. Fast service! When you pull up, it's a bit hidden in the strip center so keep an eye out for the Chubbies sign or you might unknowingly drive past. The restaurant itself is very small with only a few tables for dining in, so I think it's meant to be more of a takeout place. My food was ready for me to pick up on the shelf to the right of the counter. I was able to get additional napkins and ketchup at the adjacent self-serve station. I got the Chubbie and Rodeo Clown sliders with a side of fries. Total came out to just over $11 after tax which is pretty reasonable for lunch. The Chubbie is their classic slider, patty with cheese and diced onions. The Rodeo Clown was a patty with cheese, bacon, and onion ring. These came with a side of their house Chubbie sauce for dipping. I did like the Rodeo Clown much more because of the add-ons for the same price as the Chubbie. Nonetheless, both sliders tasted good and with the side of fries, I was content. I will say that the real deal was a bit of a disappointment compared to the photos they have on their online menu. IRL, the sliders appeared smaller and flatter. The fries were standard straight cut fries served in a paper bag. I do wish that they would have at least put the fries in a cup or butcher paper inside the bag, because all the grease got soaked up in the paper bag and made for a bit of a mess. I hope that this place makes it, as the employee (owner?) working the counter when I came in seemed like a genuine guy who was happy to help. This is a tiny tucked away little gem on Memorial with delicious sliders. Very satisfying and tasty. Great variety of sliders, magical sauce inside if you opt. Crispy fries. I just wish they had more room to sit and had normal drink machines. But we do enjoy popping in for a quick slider on a random day! read more

Small restaurant with 2 tables and three bar stools along a counter. The guys working here for friendly and not intrusive while we were eating. Limited menu helps them focus on the quality of their items. Husband got 2 slider combo with milkshake and I got 1 slider combo. We both got onion rings instead of fries. The total was $30.58. A little pricey in my opinion. Hubs got the Chubbie & the Rodeo Clown sliders and I got the Prom Queen chicken slider. Everything was delicious, cooked perfectly and flavorful. The chicken was juicy and there were several small pieces of bacon...a good amount for the tender. The burger sliders were very flavorful. Hubs said the Chubbie would've been better with cheddar (it comes with American cheese) but it was still good. The Rodeo Clown was his favorite. The size of the sliders are a little bigger than a White Castle but they filled us up nicely. The milkshake was a nice consistency...not too thick to drink from a straw but not too thin. Perfect. This place is so good! I've been here a coupla times now and each visit has been the same. Friendly service, appropriate wait time and delicious food. I've tried close to every slider and while they've all been good, I do have personal favorites. However, the chicken tenders are TOP NOTCH! They are full of flavor, cooked to perfection and are HUGE. These make Canes' tenders look like McD's nuggets lol. I also can appreciate their choice of fries, perfect companion to it all. The tenders are Top 3 best I've ever had, easy. Was gonna walk in next-door but decided to try this place. I ordered the chubby slider and he recommended extra beef. When it came, it only had one patty. It was good. Hard to mess up a cheeseburger. I also tried the grilled chicken with jalapeños and cheese. Really had no flavor and the chicken was rubbery and seemed overcooked. I just could not eat it. Also got a chocolate shake. Amazing food. It's right next to my favorite hair Salon. I was so impressed with the food portions and the price. Plus it's so delicious the food has a lot of taste.
