Small restaurant with 2 tables and three bar stools along a counter. The guys working here for friendly and not intrusive while we were eating. Limited menu helps them focus on the quality of their items. Husband got 2 slider combo with milkshake and I got 1 slider combo. We both got onion rings instead of fries. The total was $30.58. A little pricey in my opinion. Hubs got the Chubbie & the Rodeo Clown sliders and I got the Prom Queen chicken slider. Everything was delicious, cooked perfectly and flavorful. The chicken was juicy and there were several small pieces of bacon...a good amount for the tender. The burger sliders were very flavorful. Hubs said the Chubbie would've been better with cheddar (it comes with American cheese) but it was still good. The Rodeo Clown was his favorite. The size of the sliders are a little bigger than a White Castle but they filled us up nicely. The milkshake was a nice consistency...not too thick to drink from a straw but not too thin. Perfect. Not too sweet either. We will return!

Best Sliders in Houston - Fresh and Delicious Every Time! I stopped by Chubbies Sliders at 14775 Memorial Dr in Houston's Energy Corridor, and wow, it exceeded all expectations! This spot is a gem for anyone craving perfect little burgers and more - fast-casual done right with a focus on quality. The standout for me is how everything is cooked to order and delivered hot and fresh - no soggy or lukewarm food here! I got the Combo 3 with a mix of sliders: the classic Chubbie (juicy beef patty, grilled onions, American cheese, and that addictive Chubbie sauce), the Rodeo Clown (with bacon, onion ring, and cheddar - pure indulgence), and the Firecracker for a spicy kick. Each one was perfectly seasoned, tender, and bursting with flavor on those soft buns. The crispy fries were spot-on - hot, golden, and nicely salted - and paired amazingly with the sliders. I also tried the house-breaded chicken tenders, which were crunchy outside and juicy inside. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the whole meal hit the spot without feeling heavy. The place is clean, the staff is super friendly and efficient (even during a busy lunch rush), and it's great for takeout or a quick bite. Mostly carry-out vibe with a few seats, but that's perfect for the fresh-made focus. Chubbies has quickly become my go-to for sliders in Houston. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and try it - you won't be disappointed! Highly recommend!

We came by for the Grand Opening and were genuinely impressed! From the moment we walked in, the energy was fun, the staff was friendly, and everything smelled amazing. We ordered the sliders: Cowgirl Prom Queen Rodeo Clown Firecracker Each one had its own flavor personality and was so good fresh, juicy, and well-seasoned. The buns were soft and everything tasted super fresh. You really can't go wrong with any of them! And of course... we had to try the milkshakes We got the Vanilla and Banana Cream shakes both were creamy, not too sweet, and the perfect pairing with the sliders. Honestly, sliders + milkshakes = chef's kiss. Definitely recommend checking out this location. Whether you're a Chubbies regular or trying it for the first time, this new spot on Memorial Dr is worth the visit!

    Chicken tender and fry

I ordered online for pickup. will give 1 star for the speediness of the order, another star for the friendliness and another for the fries that were the only thing that were good. However, my chicken tenders were over cooked and almost burnt (pic attached). They are bigger than your average size tenders. My husband's sliders were charred and were average at best. He got the chubbie sliders.

Delicious!! Burgers, fries and shakes were great! Service was great! Highly recommended!! Eat in or take out. We had the Chubbie burger and Rodeo Clown burger. Tasty, not greasy, just a great burger.

Menu, pic of Rodeo Clown slider

Enjoyed the sliders at Chubbies (Memorial west of Dairy Ashford, in the same center as La Hacienda, Mrs. Donuts, and Mama Fontana)! I had the Rodeo Clown (slider with bacon, fried onion, cheddar cheese, and Chubbie sauce for $3.50) - it was delicious! Got the Sweetheart (chicken tender, bacon jam, Chubbie sauce) for my husband for later. Hours are Tues/Wed 11-3, Thurs-Sat 11a-9p. They also have chicken tenders and shakes!

Sliders were a good size and menu was unique. The place is smaller than my bedroom though. You should take out if you have large group.

Support your local business- much better sliders and shakes than a fast food chain. Excellent service too.

Great food, definitely try if you're in the area. Always hot and fresh and I'm pretty sure the sauces are made in house

I had opted for a beef burger with a side of chili cheese tater tots to share. The burger is quite large and filled generously with whatever add-ins you check off so it was very filling for me. I went with two 2oz patties, but considering the size, I'd opt for a single 2 oz patty if I go back. For my burger I also added scallion aioli which didn't have a strong green onion flavor but was still nice and added creaminess to the burger overall. The tater tots were super crispy, and the chili cheese topping was nice. I had gone shortly after they opened and it wasn't super busy but it started to quickly fill up around 11:30-12. Decent amount of tables and good parking situation outside

To start off with a positive, I thought the falafel patty had a really great taste and was absolutely the highlight of the burger. But outside of that the burger and the toppings I ordered just didn't work as well as I would've liked. I ordered my burger with mushrooms and sauteed onions, both toppings I know I absolutely love from making burgers at home and from other spots, but neither added much. At first I was worried that the falafel was overpowering them both but upon eating them by themselves they just lacked taste. We also got the scallion aioli on the burger and I never got a hint of it at any point. All in all, the burger was very much mediocre outside of the patty. We also got fries with the burger and while they absolutely had some potential they were extremely over seasoned. Any appreciation for the seasonings in a vacuum was immediately overshadowed by how salty they were. We also ordered the Sambal Mayo as a dipping sauce and while it did help subdue the insane salt level and overall tasted quite good, upon writing this review I found out by looking at their online menu that it contained some amount of shrimp. This information is nowhere to be seen on the ordering slip and wasn't mentioned when I handed it over to the person working at the cash register. And while I definitely accept some level of responsibility for not doing my due diligence and asking or letting them know of my dietary restrictions, it's still an extremely frustrating thing to have happen as both a vegetarian and someone with a mild shellfish allergy. If for whatever reason the online menu is out of date or I missed an obvious indication of it containing shrimp somewhere I am more than happy to edit my review.

Love seeing the lunch rush though because you know it's gonna be good. Ambiance wise, this place is very chill. No indoor area, just order at the counter, get 1 of their outdoor patio tables or take it to go. There was a line to order, but service was very fast. Burger wise, this place is just a well executed classic burger. Big, juicy, fresh toppings, honestly nothing to complain about. The onion rings were some of the best that I've had recently, and I ordered their "Texas size steak sandwich" to go as well for dinner, very filling. I'm so glad I finally took the time to try out this EaDo gem. I understand why they've been a Houston burger staple for so long now. I'll definitely be adding this place to the list in my burger rotation, enjoy!

Just happened to get there at the right time there was nobody waiting and as soon as I placed my order and grabbed a seat, I turned around, and there was a line of approximately 20 people waiting to order. The seating is all alfresco. I ordered a steak sandwich with fries and a drink. The fried steak was tender and moist and the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
