Dear Chick-fil-a I know you don't like me holding up your line to make sure all my stuff is in there but man something is always missing. Wether it's a sauce, the extra pickles I never get and am happy to pay extra for, or just a fork to eat with my Mac n cheese, it's always something. Last time I went I ordered a half unsweetened tea half regular lemonade and got the opposite which tasted so bad, on that same order I asked for cheese on my sandwich which they of course didn't do. I've realized that most of the problems begin with the order takers that are in such a rush to take your order to the point where they don't even let you finish before already asking you the next question. read more

Usually you don't hear anyone complain about chick-fil-a because they always go above and beyond to please their guests, but tonight I was a little disappointed. When I ordered my food i told them they where going to be meals not just the sandwiches. So when I get to the window and they tell me my total I was a little thrown off, because generally it's not even expensive but when she told me my total it seemed a bit much. The cashier handed me my receipt and when I looked at it everything had been charged separately, nothing was considered a meal. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of waiting at the window longer than I would have to, and since I paid with card I didn't want to deal with the whole having to hand them back my credit card to have them refund me the money. I guess next time I'll just have to confirm that what they charge me is for a meal and not individual items. read more

I honestly hate going to this Chick-fil-A because of how slow they are, but how rude they are and how I always go through the drive-through and every time I ask a question they never know. I worked for Chick-fil-a a very long time ago and this is not how a Chick-fil-A supposed to be. When I was getting my food the manager literally touched her hair and scratching it and then started touching everybody else's food and drinks, how disgusting. I would always prefer to go to the Chick-fil-A on Silber because even though they get packed they know how to make the line go faster and I'm literally in an out and they always know everything and they're so sweet. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A and I wouldn't think twice on going to one for a quick meal. However, this location is not very attentive putting together orders. Three different times, I went here and they completely forgot any dressing that's included in my order. I always come in with a big order and I don't have time to check every single item. I always ask them if everything is in the bag and they always give me a big reassuring smile and tell me that everything is complete. Then I drive back to the office only to find that no one got their dressing. So I waste my time having to go back and pick up missing items. read more

As per usual, I like to stick to the same orders, repeatedly. Came across this location, since is the nearest to the area I just moved. Service is okay, straight forward; order, get food and go. I expect ALL of the LOCATIONS to provide me with the same kind of taste/texture in food. Started with the waffle fries, Extremely dry!!! I mean is been a long day, and I need some food, so I had to randomly bite them out. Moving on to the grilled chicken sandwich, expecting to save the best for last. Came here to post about my great experiences I have had over the past several years and was shocked to see this Chick-Fil-A only has a two star rating. That must be the reason their double drive through is always super packed, no matter the time of day... Kidding aside, this Chick-Fil-A is great! If you don't have it, download the app. It's super convenient to pre-order and pay for your food and also speeds the drive through along once you get there! Perhaps Chick Fil A should motivate more people to get the app by having one of their two lines that are ALWAYS full be app only? Just a thought. Also, the owner of this franchise is always giving incentives to go to his location and use the app, some of which are free sandwiches, nuggets, or fries! Whenever there is one of those specials I am SURE to hit up CFA, even if I wasn't planning on it originally. So glad this location is here, maybe next year I can become a signature member! read more

I went there for breakfast this morning and while I was eating a panel off of the ceiling fell on my head. Now It took them a second to even acknowledge the fact that their ceiling fell on me. . I wasn't too worried about it because things happen until they weren't very concerned. They did ask if I was okay but after they took the piece of ceiling away they just resumed to their meeting like nothing happened. Very upset about this. read more

Iam fuming mad and that is why Iam writing this review. Decided to stop in for the first time and use my complimentary 8 piece from my reward app, but as a courtesy I also wanted to buy something else too and not leave with a freebie. Well walked in and notice they only had one register open so I ended up waiting longer than usual, after about a 10 minute wait they decided to open the 2nd register, after the line was getting longer, geez, where was the 2nd register 10 minutes ago, not sure why they can't open all 4 when they have about 10 people standing behind the counter. Anyways when it was my turn I order a chik fi la sandwich and used my 8 piece reward, the cashier told me to scan the barcode on my app, i kept waving the barcode on the red light, and the cashier said it was good, so I assume she got it. Anyway as I was waiting for my order, which was fast, I will give them credit for that , they did not get the 8 piece nuggets, I told them about this and seems like they were all giving me the dear in the headlight look like they didn't know what to do after relaying the message back to about 3 other employers like they didn't know what was going on, I had to tell them that the barcode did not go thru when the cashier told me " your good" , and I assume it went thru as I took the cashier word for it, anyways it took what I will assume is the head manager, she was a blond lady wearing a blue shirt, to get everything sorted out, when the other red shirts were all just staring blankly at me and not taking any action. The point is when you let employers stand around and there are not being utilized and you get a bottleneck in the line and then you decide to open another register to play catch up and you decide to rush thru it, you then to make more mistakes. I pulled up thru the drive thru they made me wait no kind of line someone else pulled up on the other side and they served two customers on the other side forgot me. I have been coming too this new one since day one. I will never be back. I will let all my co workers also about the horrible service. This location has the slowest/longest drive through time. I've come here at different times thinking the time of day was the problem. But it is not. Ordered off the mobile app for carry out and took 13 mins to make the food not a speedy option as people who walked in and stood in line received their meals before my pre-ordered meal. The grilled nuggets came out cold and the drink was wrong. The parking lot is a nightmare to try and move around the drive thru lines to park and go inside. To get cold food and wait for pre-ordered meal and fight parking lot disaster is not worth the time. read more

On my arrive in the drive thru there was like 2-3 drive thru workers just standing there and it was a female employee or manager that was walking to take my order but instead chose to walk away from me and keep in mind it wasn't busy, it was slow. So I drive up so someone can take my order and 3 workers were just looking at me confused and then asked me if my order was taken already and I replied no. Disappointed service. This isn't the first time I've had a bad service from this drive thru only. If I could give this rate 0 starts I would with no doubt. Needs new and better management and I don't recommend anyone to waste their time coming here to be treated badly. Save your money and time by not coming to this location. They seriously force their self-act to try being nice when at the same time they're rushing you to get your order done. Better to stop at jack in the box next door rather than here. read more
