Proof of the $18.74 that was taken from me without product in hand.

First my family would go to this location quite a bit when we would shop at Target. I ordered from the drive thru about $50 worth of food. Largest item was as 30 nuggets. I pulled up to the window and was asked to wait which is fine. They came out with three bags and because I had a crying hungry toddler, I was in a rush to drive home (I didn't check the bag until I got home). I get home and notice the nuggets were missing. Because I live 20 minutes from the store, I decided to call to get a refund instead of going back to get the item. I talked to Benny, who was I'm assuming the Manger on Duty. I told him what happened and just asked if I could get a refund. He put me on hold to talk to his team, he came back on the phone and insisted I was wrong and I received my nuggets. As I'm looking at the bag missing the nuggets, I asked if I could to speak to someone above him. He said "one minute" and thinking it's funny, he left me on hold for 20 minutes and never answered again. I called back to get his name since he never gave it in the beginning. I know this location is always busy and won't miss me, but I'll never give the store my business again. Always had the company as one of the top for customer service, however this one's leadership does not represent that.

I've had my Fil of Chick Fil A, honestly. Located in Northwest Crossing right along with side of Highway 290 that heads for Austin, you will find this pretty decent Chick-fil-A location which usually has long lines and long wait times and leads into the highway Service Road, and helps to jam up this whole parking lot which is a problem. I find the food to be crazy overrated but at least some of the people were friendly.

I ordered with the app and followed the instructions. Park at Curbside Select I Am Here Turn on Your Flashers Felt like I was winking at the CFA, "Hey Delicious. I'm here. You got something for me?". Ha! I didn't get through the whole song " Issa Bop" by Mission before the nice and polite young man with gold-rimmed glasses delivered my Egg White Grill with a smile I could "see" through his mask. This is my first time to have this breakfast item. I had earned an app Reward which was every reason to try it. A toasted English muffin with a "breakfast portion" grilled chicken breast, a fold of egg white, and good ol' American cheese. It's tasty. If you haven't yet, try one.

No complaints, always good food, clean restaurants, positive smiling staff, Fabulous Dipping sauce. 3 pcs chicken tenders - FIRST TIME EVER ORDERING TENDERS. I always order the nuggets & I'm going to stick with my nuggets. Reason, the nuggets have more of the delicious breading. So not healthier but gosh it's good. 6 pcs nugget - Hot, crispy, juicy more breading such a delight. Waffle Fries- Full box, lots of fries, hot like the rest of the meal, not too crispy. The thicker portions were a little under cooked but good nonetheless with polynesian sauce still winning. Chick fil a always classic

First time to Chick-fil-A! I was positively surprised by it. Cleanliness, friendliness, menu choices and the organization. Mac and cheese side instead of fries was fantastic!!! Will be back many more times

Second time I ordered and didn't receive the condiments that should've automatically been included with nuggets. So I have to use old FAITHFUL Popeyes sauce that I had.

Aside from getting my name wrong and not apologizing for it, they had pretty good service and fast drive-thru line. Wish sandwich was great and presentation of it was even better. Kinda filled my drink with more ice than the drink itself so that was another disappointment. Regardless... It was an okay location.

Guilty of eating healthy meal. $7.71 + tax

We knew we wanted chicken and knew we didn't want to spend a fortune. Also wanted quick. Since we were near the original location being at the airport, went in to map the location and remembered there was one near us. We got there and went through the drive through. It was a long line but they were so fast. The inside closes at dark I believe but we didn't want to go inside anyway. We got chicken drumsticks with rice, wings and shrimp fried rice. Also a side of gravy. We got sweet and sour and soy sauce included. Other sauces are extra. I will get full wings next time but the lemon pepper wings were excellent and cooked to perfection. Needless to say everything was piping hot, hit the spot and we had a whole meal the next day for each of us. We spent 44.00 for 2 meals for 3 adults. Where else but Timmy Chan's. Recommend a million times over!

Sat near us at the table adjacent to the door was a man in a black hoodie and black pants who, we didn't know this at the time, was open-carrying a firearm and was playing on his phone. In the middle of our meal, a gentleman approached the entrance near us and when he tried to open the door, it was locked. The man seated adjacent to the door was pointing at the front entrance as if to tell him to go around. My friend, who actually did not notice this gesture because he was seated with his back to the man, opened the door for the customer and went back to sit with us. It was at this point that the man seated by the door started mumbling to himself about his disapproval at the actions of my friend. He did not say anything directly to my friend. He did not tell my friend not to open the door when he saw him get up to do it. He did not inform us whether the establishment was closed. He just started mumbling harshly to himself as my friends and I continued to converse. I am not sure if he wanted us to hear him or not, I assumed no because he did not start doing it until my friend had already seated himself and we had already started socializing again. A few minutes later, another gentleman comes to the door. Same thing happens, the guy seated by the door points to the main entrance as if to tell him that that's where he should be entering. When the man gets there, the door seems to be locked. Again, my friend, who was simply trying to be helpful to other customers, stood up and walked all the way across the store to open the door for the gentleman. It wasn't until he was already at the door that the man seated by the other door stands up and aggressively starts YELLING across the room, demanding my friend "SIT DOWN", "STOP OPENING THE DOOR", "YOU DON'T WORK HERE SO I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU KEEP TRYING TO OPEN THE DOOR FOR PEOPLE", among other exclamations. Then my friend, who is confused as to why what he thought was a random man is yelling at him, asks him "do you work here?" to which the man flashes his holstered firearm and says "YOU SEE THIS GUN? YES I WORK HERE, IM SECURITY! BUT YOU DON'T WORK HERE SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU KEEP OPENING THE DOOR FOR PEOPLE!" Keep in mind he's still standing and just, overall, being confrontational and overtly unprofessional. My other friend responded to the man by saying that our friend was just trying to be helpful. To that, the man still responded with complete hostility. My friend backed away from the door, we all got up from our table, threw away our food, and attempted to leave through the front door. One of the Whataburger employees politely asked us to take the back door instead. Now at this point, there were customers waiting at both locked entrances. But we left. This entire interaction was not only unnecessary, it was unprofessional and not handled with care AT ALL. As armed security, you are supposed to be a trusted professional who looks out for the safety of individuals within your establishment. You are not to escalate situations, you are supposed to de-escalate. This security guard INITIATED the confrontation. It is a privilege to be a security guard carrying a firearm. You do not use the fact that you have one to attempt to scare the people you are supposed to be protecting. Way to lose public trust. Yes, we understand that if the store is closed, it is your job to ensure that customers are not entering the establishment. However, this whole situation was completely mishandled, and there were so many ways the situation could have been handled appropriately: 1) Let dine-in customers know that the store is closed when it closes and not to let people in. 2) If someone happens to not be aware and gets up with the intention of opening the door for someone, STOP THEM during the act, inform them that the store is closed, and ask them not to open the door. 3) Be polite to those who pose no actual threat. Whataburger, do better at hiring your armed security.

I remember the hype this place got as they started out and moved from their original spot to this new spot on Shepard. Now that they have inside seating, I figured it was time to check them out. I was in the area at a local bar with friends, and a few friends ordered Mico's through DoorDash. It looked and smelled so good that I decided I had to have it that night, but at the restaurant. I pulled up to what looks a new building. They share a lot with other businesses but I was able to get a parking spot easily. The restaurant is spacious with lots of seating. They also have bar seating by the register. When I looked around, I noticed alot of people waiting on food. It was a mix of food delivery drivers as well as patrons that had ordered and waiting. There was a customer at the counter going off on the employees and I got to commend the young staff for keeping their cool. That being said, the young staff was friendly and trying their best, but they were drowning and the mood in the place was off. Items were forgotten. People were not getting their food in the order of when they ordered. Four parties ordered after me, with similar items and everyone got their orders before mine. I think I was forgotten and only after one of the staff noticed me waiting did they come and look at my receipt. Time from ordering to receiving my food was close to 40 minutes. This is a hot chicken place that is trying to be somewhat fancy. I was served my food on a nice plated plate. Nice touch, but it felt off for the food being served here. They also give utensils in cloth napkins. No paper towels or napkins in sight. Hot chicken is messy and the cloth napkins was not doing it for me. I ended up up knife and forking my sandwich to keep the messy hands from happening. They also serve their fountain drinks in small cups filled to the brim with us. A few swigs and my drink was almost gone. For a place serving spicy food, a soda fountain with refills or readily available water should be available and out front. Now to the good part. The food was outstanding. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich at their hottest level which also came with a side. I got the waffle fries. The sandwich was voted one of the best dishes in the state by Texas Monthly and I can see why. It was a hefty sandwich with a large chicken breast seasoned to perfection. I always love when their is a little hangover of the chicken outside of the bun. The chicken was crispy but juicy inside. The heat was there but totally bearable with the cooling component of the delicious slaw on top. I usually pick pickles off sandwiches, but the pickles here were good and the acidity added a pleasant touch to the sandwich. The waffle fries were also excellent. They were the battered and seasoned kind which I love. The food most definitely saved the overall experience on my visit here. I will say it is one of the better hot chickens I have had in Houston. Now if they go back to their roots and not try to be fancy and do better on their customer service, I can see this place sticking around for a long time. With my experience, I don't see myself hurrying back anytime soon.
