I come to this location for breakfast almost weekly. They may not be as fast as other locations are at breakfast time, but they're super-fast at lunch and dinner. Construction on 290 makes getting in and out a hassle during rush hour. The CFA phone app. could be better. The app allows you to place an order to a nearby location. The degree of difficulty is raised if you are trying a select a location that is not your 3rd or 4th closest. I think they need to take note as to how other eateries handles their orders from phone apps. As far as fast food chains, Chick Fil A is doing something right. I like fast food, but it is really not what it used to be. Not that it was ever good for you. Most national chains have got a really cheap products and have raised the prices. Chick Fil A, specifically this location, have a really good product. They are family friendly and they are nice to their customers. As Jo V. wrote in her review, the employees have a "my pleasure" attitude. You order from them they smile, you say, "Thank you" and they respond "My pleasure". This puts on a smile on my face. I'm just a simple person that likes people being nice. If you dine in, they will bring your food to your table. Someone might come by and get you a refill of your favorite beverage (oh they have Cherry Coke). They have a nice place for the children to play. Drive Thru is busy a lot, yet this location knows how to handle it. They have people on head sets. with a menu writing down your order and calling it in. I say, "Awesome!" Wow! I am really impressed with this Chick-fil-A's drive through. It is high noon right now and it's incredibly busy. This Chick-fil-A has folks who are taking orders on iPads in line. By far, this is the most efficient and busiest Chick-fil-A I have ever seen. I was bringing food to my friend and I had to ask my friend some questions about what she wanted, because she is gluten-free. The guy was incredibly patient even though there was a line behind me. This is the single greatest fast food establishment I have been to. I have eaten here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at least 50 times. They have never gotten my order wrong. It is always quick. Dude. They put the sauces out for you here. Never in the history of fast food (see McDonalds and their charging for additional sauces) has such generosity existed. It was like heaven opened a shined a light on me that was bright and smelled like Chick-fil-a sauce, and oh it was good. I'll be honest, this isn't my fave stretch of freeway at times and I expected to see the Tinseltown crowd over here (you know what I mean if you come over here). Not so, good crowd, super polite staff and I can even deal with the Christian rock. I will say they have the saltiest chicken in the world (I suspect a saline solution is injected in the chicken at some point to make it so big and moist), but it is very tasty. Good playground and free wifi make me and the kid both winners - he plays til he's tired and I can get some work done. Win-win! read more

This was my first time eating Chick-fil-A and I must say it was pretty good. The fries were dry though. I went through the drive-thru and while they were busy the wait wasnt that long. When you got to the window, they had two people, one taking your money and one handing you your food. Maybe because it was busy. Only thing I dont like is that the location is in a weird spot and if its busy your car will be blocking the main road where people have to drive by. I'm not a fan of fast food but I really like chick-fil-a. I just think it's a healthier option than other fast food places. I'm sure that is more of a perception than a reality but it keeps me coming back. Actually my son is obsessed with fast food playgrounds and has been since the age of one. He didn't actually eat the food in the early days, just went for the fun. Now it is a reward or special treat. The classic chick-fil-a sandwich is a great friend chicken sandwich. I add lettuce and tomato (again with the perception of healthier!). Of course you have to have waffle fries and a lemonade. When I am feeling fat I order a 8-piece nugget and salad, surprising low in fat if you refer to the nutritional information chart. This location is great for us. I've eaten at many of the chick-fil-a in and closely out side of the loop. This location has to be the worst when it comes to the logistics Of ordering via the drive-thru. It is very unorganized and the wait time is pretty shameful compared to other restaurants. On our last visit, it took about 8 mins to get our order only for it to be half of what was originally ordered. Has to wait another 4 mins or so for the remainder. This is a great Chick-fil-a even though it is in a less than stellar location since the area is going through a huge transformation since there is so much work being done on 290.
