Everyone in my family ate chicken sandwiches or nuggets and got food poisoning. I contacted the store manager and he said they would investigate and call me back. No one ever called me back. I called the store manager several more times and it was always the same song and dance that we are investigating and will let you know. When someone tells me they will call me back, it's a common courtesy and I expect them to call me back. If they don't, especially being told that multiple times, they don't deserve my business as a customer. The Wikipedia page for Chick-fil-A states the culture and service tradition in our restaurants is to treat every person with honor, dignity and respect and to serve great food with genuine hospitality. My recent experience in my opinion does not reflect those values. In the future, I'll be eating at the Whataburger next door. read more

At no point did they attempt to be helpful or courteous, and their tone and attitude made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. I've been to this CFA for almost 10 years and what I consistently love about this place is the friendliness of the customer service. I've been to CFA's nearby and some of the poor/rude service I've experienced has been a turn off but not this place! Visited Chick-fil-A on Friday and ordered two combos. My daughter went inside to pick up the food and also ordered two brownies, but they forgot to include them. My husband called, and they told him to bring the receipt back to get the brownies. Since we visit Chick-fil-A often (I'm a Signature member, after all), I decided to pick them up on my next visit, which was today (Wednesday). While ordering three meals, I explained the situation to the service worker, who then turned to the evening manager for guidance. Instead of stepping in to assist, the manager had her come back to ask me who I spoke to--honestly, I had no idea because I didn't call, just whoever answered the phone when my husband called. After going back and forth with more questions, the manager, standing just a couple of feet away, never once approached the window to handle the situation directly. The service is always great here. Never a long wait or issues. It's right in front of an LA Fitness and tons of other options are next door if you want something else. The staff is friendly and can help with just about anything. It's my weekly stop once a week. My only issue is never enough fries that lip on the box makes sure you loose a few. read more

This is a great Chick-fil-A location. I highly encourage using the app and ordering ahead of time as the drive-through can get very busy even though it's split up into two lanes. I placed my breakfast order soon as I pulled in the parking lot at 10:25am seeing as breakfast ends at 10:30am that way they could make it and I could just pick it up. Quick stop through the drive-thru lane recently. Placing order was a bit challenging for the person taking the order... she manage to get everything correctly. However, I just felt worried my order was getting butchered because I frequently was correcting my order. It was NOT a complicated order either. Two 12 ct meal with lemonade and half sweet tea/half lemonade. And one 12 ct by itself. Total of 3 orders. She repeated my order with a diet lemonade, and unsweet tea. They are tasty and usually a healthier option than other fast food places. On top of that their restaurants are clean and well managed. This chick-fil-a has amazing staff, I had breakfast and it was delicious , my order was correct, they were friendly faces. The chicken biscuit has to be my favorite breakfast with a Columbian coffee ! Yum so good. I had my breakfast and I was about to leave , I couldn't find my keys :( so the staff helped me look for them they even went through the trash to look for them, they helped me look for them and found them. I was so thankful because the manager got involved too. I was a nervous wreck but so happy to have their help and to have found them. They didn't have to help me but did and that's excellent customer service. This location is so clean, plenty of parking. Line does get huge but they move pretty fast and smile while they serve you.
