Pasta was also too salty for my taste. The menu description also lists broccolini, but the reality was more of regular broccoli that was also soft to the point of being slightly mushy. At first, I wasn't impressed with his pizza based on looks -- then I tasted it. The pizza was really good. The humus was also really solid. For my main, I ordered a burger. I think I was so hungry that I forgot to snap a pic of it. Regardless, it also was a really good burger. The restaurant is an order from the counter concept and then take a seat. You're on the hook for your refills / condiments / dinnerware. I like that. Only drawback is the parking situation. The front lot is pretty small and there were no spaces. She was friendly, patient, and sweet. We ordered the Szechuan Fries because it was a free offer upon signing up for their rewards program. I told her I didn't like the mustard sauce and she offered to get us the Dirty Fries! I was like, "What?!" The fries were already free, so I didn't expect her to even offer a substitution. ALSO, for the Kid's Meal, she let us know that the side could be substituted for something else at no extra charge. If she didn't make that known to us, we would have had no idea. I'm glad she mentioned it because the boys LOVE mac & cheese, so that was perfect. Also, we were already getting fries, so it helped us to get more variety. The second trip was a drive thru experience and it was...not as pleasant. Our service wasn't the best, our attendant less than enthused to be doing their job. You can choose to sit either inside or outside. We went with the Houston Restaurant week menu which features some of their most popular dishes. For the appetizer, we tried the sautéed calamari and gumbo. The calamari had a nice creamy garlic sauce which paired well the sautéed bell pepper, onions, and tender calamari. Their gumbo is solid, not too spicy and had nicely cooked rice and a mix of toppings. The rice had a good bite and absorbed the flavor from the gumbo well. I would recommend the sautéed calamari. For entrees, we ordered the wild caught king clip and steak Diane. The very buttery king clip comes with sautéed spinach and is basted in a creamy, slightly lemony sauce which compliments both elements of the dish. The kingclip is garnished with micro greens and comes with an extra lemon for additional acidity, but I felt that it wasn't needed. The steak Diane had a medium cook and was soooo tender to the bite. I would recommend both, but partial towards the king clip if you want to try something unique! Lastly for dessert, I ordered the passion fruit crème brûlée which had such a unique flavor profile! The tartness of the passion fruit goes surprisingly well with the warm vanilla custard. The texture of the creme brûlée toasted sugar top was perfect as well and added a really nice crunch to every bite. My friend ordered their sticky toffee pudding, which was arguably the best one I've had yet. The toffee syrup is incredibly rich and adds a nice caramelized flavor to the ice cream and moist cake base. It's garnished with bits of sugary crumble and fruit. You really can't go wrong with either, but if I had to pick, their sticky toffee pudding is a must try. All in all, such a fun and intimate dining experience!

I'm not sure if they would have even honored making the free drinks at that point anyways, but at this point everyone in our family tried them and did not like it. The flavors meshed well together and since it was made on the spot, it was fresh and the hots were hot while the colds were cold. I loved it. I would classify this a fast gourmet food. While I ordered a bowl, the quality was too notch and the staff making the bowl were very friendly. There is plenty of seating and it's not too loud. Definitely worth a stop!
