Props to the people who stand outside all day in the scorching heat, but one thing that I do wanna get off my chest is how horrible these managers treat the outside workers. These workers outside are always dying of thirst when I arrive to order some food, I asked a gentleman outside how long he had been out there for and he told me six hours! Six hours is absolutely ridiculous. Another thing that I noticed is that every person outside is always a different race than white. They keep all the white workers inside and if you aren't white? Guess what? You're staying outside. The management there is one of the worsts I've ever come across in my experience going to Chick Fil A. I seriously think that Chick Fil A needs to take a long look at who they've hired as manager at this location because this is atrocious. I've been eating Chick Fi la for a while. Nothing wrong with the service here except the occasional messed up order, but, they stopped serving what I eat. First they stopped serving the spicy cool wrap with spicy dressing...o.k. at least they still have the cool wrap and I can get the spicy dressing...NOT....Stopped serving it as well....Stopped serving the sunflower seeds with croutons on their salads....what's next? I come to Chick-fil-A at least twice a week and one of my biggest pet peeves is I could pull in and stay in the left lane but have cars in the right lane that came after me end up way before me. Not sure how much good the people standing outside taking orders do when they stand around and wait for cars to come to them. Don't want to give a bad review but it tends to happen more then not and it's very frustrating to watch cars get in front of you while you sit and wait. Hopefully this gets resolved or the new Chick-fil-A on spring cypress does not have this issue because the parking lot already is the worst here. read more

I love Chick-fil-A and this Chick-fil-A is no exception. The food is good, the staff is consistently awesome. I've never rated an establishment based on the design of the building and parking lot but they really messed up. Not only is it annoying and awkward but completely dangerous. It's so easy to hit a pedestrian the way things are lined up, it's hard to park your car or exit because of the drive-through lines blocking but also causes traffic and obstructions on the feeder road and the feeder road entrance is so close to an intersection. Also when you exit the drive-through, you can only make a right which spits you out onto the freeway.Maybe it was meant to be a smaller Chick-fil-A for out here in Cypress but everyone at this place seems to drive a huge pick up trucks or an SUV. Just have a little patience and hold onto your kids hands and you'll be fine. read more

Let me just start off by saying... wow. First thing I do is whip open the smooth door to the warm welcoming smell of crispy juicy waffle fries. I walk up to the waiting line which I zip through remarkably fast and get to ordering. The service was beyond amazeballs. So I go to sit at the table and notice the employee has given me and my wife 6 SAUCES , that's right SIX, 3 chick-fil-a , 3 Polynesian ...EXACTLY what we asked for. However it doesn't end there, literally as we are examining the sauces we just poured out, our food arrives at our table speedier than I've ever seen. The staff was very friendly but not up to par with any other chick-fil-a I have been to. They forgot A sandwich, they also forgot the 2 chicken pieces in 2 of the 6 piece nuggets . I asked for extra pickles on my sandwich, it did not have extra. Instead of a regular chicken sandwich I got a spicy chicken sandwich. My boyfriend and I came through the drive through about 15 minutes ago and I'm not pleased. I ordered a number 3 with 12 nuggets and ended up getting home and opening my bag to find that even though I was charged for 12 nuggets I only got 8, not to mention does anyone taste this sweet tea through out the day or when it's made? Then when I called with my ticket number to asked it be refunded on my card apparently that wasn't doable. Instead I was offered coupons which I'm not happy with either. This is my local CFA and it definitely gets a high mark in my book for cleanliness and friendliness. During busy times it seems that they actually dedicate an employee to cleaning the dining area which is backwards from most fast food staffing theory. They pay specific attention to how they put out the condiments and utensils, lining them up perfectly. I've also seen employees many times walking the floor asking customers if they need anything (ketchup, a drink refill, etc.). They have a nice kids play area that stays relatively clean, though sometimes it can be scary. They do have hand sanitizer available at the door of the kids play area for when you're done! We had a kids bday party here and the staff did a good job with it, plus the cow comes and visits. read more

This is only the second review I have left for anything. I love Chik fil a like most do, however i have noticed that this location no longer attempts to direct drive thru traffic by transaction order. I have witnessed twice my transaction being completed well ahead of a driver in the other lane only to have that driver nearly hit me so they could get ahead of me. They gotta be first I guess. The drive through attendants used to inform you of which car you were to stay behind. I assume this is so the drive through traffic is in the appropriate order for how the food should come out. That makes a lot of sense. However this doesn't happen if the drive through attendants are not letting customers know what is essentially an order number. Without that you end up having drivers fighting for position and creating a less than efficient time per order for everyone. In both of these instances that I have experienced i have noticed the window attendant try to give my order to the car in front of me. Of course this was expected to happen. I believe that this is purely a management concern or should be. I must say however that the employees are ALWAYS very courteous and helpful. Even though someone was throwing WAAAAYYY too much salt on everything for a while at this location and I rarely receive any ketchup or receive a drink that tastes as it should. The lines were long, which was expected, however they were EXTREMELY slow and gave me the wrong order when I got to the window, even after me giving them my name.
