    This place is similar to other Chick-Fil-A restaurants, but this is the one closest to where I live, so a few of the staff know me by name and say "Good Morning" to me and my husband. Nice touch. The staff is always polite and courteous to us. One thing they have done here is add a third drive through lane to accommodate the always busy drive through lane. They have also designated over 10 parking spots for order online spots. I have tried this service and find that they get the food out quickly to you, but it's important to note that you have to check in before they start your order. This is one of the few places my husband will eat out at, so I'm glad they are consistently producing good quality food. Oh, and they never complain when I modify the standard order item, such as the way I want my grilled market salad without Blue Cheese for Instance. I know whenever I see a Chick-Fil-A anywhere in the country there will be high quality and a good meal in store.

    Smh Chick-fil-A please hire more adults that care about their job! Nothing against the teens that work there but hire some kids that understand the importance of order accuracy. Hire non privileged kids that have to help their parents with bills or something. Gas is to expensive to be driving back to the restaurant and I shouldn't have to spend minutes going through my order to make sure it was prepared correctly before I drive off. Management, do a better job hiring kids that understand the importance of detail! Chick-fil-A shouldn't have 2 1/2 stars. It does explain why this restaurant has 2 stars though! It shouldn't be 2 mistakes on a my kid's food order. Gzzz it was a kids meal with 4 items and 2 were incorrect. After taking the ice out of the drink there was less than 1/2 a cup of lemonade. Now I have to listen to my daughter pout since there's no lemonade in her cup . Smh

    Ray is the best employee there!!!! He asked us if we needed anything, he let us know about upcoming events and he even gave my baby a "future team member" sticker. Will definitely be back because of him!! Parking is the only downside but other than that we enjoyed our meals. Thank you so much Ray and keep being a positive soul the world needs more people like you.

The second trip was a drive thru experience and it was...not as pleasant. Our service wasn't the best, our attendant less than enthused to be doing their job. A matter of fact, I felt like I was bothering her by ordering. While my food was fine, my sandwich came without napkins and again the food (one sandwich) took quite awhile. I'm unsure if I'll return with so many options in the area, but I'm glad I experienced them twice!

Hadn't been to a Burger King for years and today, I thought it was a good time to try it on a Sunday. I made the mistake of coming to Burger King #4458. There was no one in front of me in line so I thought I would get quick service. No one said hello or acknowledged me or said they would be right with me. After about 4-5 minutes a young lady named Pia finally walked up to a register. I smiled and said hello and she did not. Just stared at me. I then said I am happy to be back and look forward to trying the improved Whopper and she just stared at me again. It felt cold and I clearly can see she did not value my business nor did she care about what I was saying nor the quality of my experience. I don't expect Michelin star service at a Burger King, but c'mon, show a little respect and courtesy or find a different job to work at. I told her the meal was for dine-in and when my number was called, they put it in a to-go bag. I asked for a tray so I could enjoy my meal on clean surface but Pia and a young man said they did not have any trays. Well, it is what it is and the lemonade was out as well, so fingers crossed the Whopper would be good. The Whopper was pretty good but not like it used to be but it definitely was better. The fries were mediocre and that's all I have to say about the food - but it was the indifference and lack of effort from the staff that left me feeling insulted and disappointed with my return to Burger King. I gave you another chance and because of Pia and her team, I feel like I wasted my time and money and I won't be back. I asked Pia for the franchise's contract info and she just walked away from me.
