My previous review stated: "There is a reason why this Chickfila  is significantly less busy than every other one on the planet. Wow, what a great place! Not only is the food great but the staff and management fantastic. Our kids and grandkids were visiting from Edmonton Canada and had never been to a Chick-fil-A before but heard about it in Canada and wanted the Chic-fil-A experience. I am a loyal Chick-fil-A customer. However, this location continues to produce inaccurate orders. Over the last 6 months, four out of every six orders has been wrong. No apology from management. I guess the discontinuation of curbside was probably more linked to order accuracy than service. I have reported this several times. Today, I once again had an incomplete order. On my way from The Woodlands to REI and decided to stop buy to try the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Going south on 249 and I was hoping to stop on the way but missed the exit....so I had to stop on the way home. It was about 2pm when I stopped and I was hoping the lunch crowd was gone but IT WAS VERY CROWDED!! The drive thru line went around the restaurant....much too long so I decided to go in. Luckily, I found a spot to park. Once inside, it was crowded but not unbearably so. The line moved at an acceptable pace and they had several registers open. I ordered one regular sandwich and one spicy sandwich.....just to do a taste test. Both with no pickle. The food came quickly and I found a table without a problem. I am a CFA fan and have been eager to try this new sandwich but just have not had a chance. My taste test went okay......I ate the spicy sandwich first. It was a bit spicy but I could take it......I did have to get a refill on my soda. I then ate the second sandwich and enjoyed it as well. It is still a toss up which I will order next time but either way, I don't think I will go wrong. I will say that this particular CFA is not the easiest to find and is in an awkward configuration for drive thru and parking. It is manageable but not what I would call convenient. The entire experience was just as I expected at a CFA and completely met my expectations. The 4 star rating is based on my overall enjoyment of CFA in general and not this store specifically. I would rate this store, relative to other CFA stores as below average, mainly due to the crowd and inconvenient drive thru and parking arrangements. read more

THIS LOCATION SUCKS NOW! The last time I was here was at around 9:43am about a week ago, I ordered the breakfast and by the time I got to the window it was 10:01am, they told me they were sorry but they weren't serving breakfast anymore after I just waited in line for almost 20 minutes after I ordered my food. So I brushed it off and ordered a chicken nugget meal with a sweet tea. They didn't offer to come or anything for the trouble, just a "sorry and have a nice day", okay so I just came back today at 9:20am. I ordered two meals, one with sausage, egg and cheese and the other with just sausage and cheese. The girl on the speaker had me raise an eyebrow because when she repeated my order she said "so 2 #5's with whatever you ordered, one with apple juice and one with coffee" so I immediately knew to check my order before I pulled out of the lot. Of course, bacon, egg & cheese on both orders. So I parked, walked in and told a manager. I take my 19 month old here often so he can play while we get our food delivered to our table. They have always been very kind and food comes out great. My review comes because yesterday I took my two nieces and nephew along this time. My niece is still in the potty training stage and very shy. She had an accident in the playground and while all the kids were making fun of her, as kids do, management and the staff actually made our chaos go away quickly. We had just arrived and hadn't even received our food. While I changed her, they closed the playground to sanitize it immediately all while reassuring her that accidents happen and it was okay. It was an embarrassing moment that they provided great care in. We ended up eating there instead of leaving and they provided all of the kids with stickers and smiles. This Chick-fil-A is amazing. I could see every one working super hard and the service was fast! I always order chicken nuggets and here they were crispy and hot and the box of fries were full and tasty. I liked how inside was well lit with every light bulb working and I love how they had a couple plants inside. The bathroom was well maintained too I only noticed some toilet paper on the floor but it happens... However the soap dispenser full and working and paper towels was full. The toilet, urinal and mirrors were very clean and the stalls were working, clean and had good privacy. In the lobby the chairs and booths looked pretty and were comfortable. The cashier was also very professional and patient with us, she also repeated our order back to us. She was also very pretty and was always giving an authentic smile. They gave us all the sauces we ordered and straws. The sweet tea is also amazing, I loved it so much I got a refill before I left. They allow free refills on all drinks. I'll start with the positive: the food is always good here. I've had decent experiences with customer service. Whenever I visit the people working are friendly, but not the fastest. Having lived in Atlanta (home of Chick-fil-a), I have experience with the right way employees are supposed to interact with customers and this location tends to fall short. I feel like every time I visit this location, it takes FOREVER!! I'm not sure if it's a management issue or what but someone should step in and try to get these guys moving a bit quicker. It doesn't matter what time you visit this location, it seems like there is ALWAYS a line so it becomes frustrating especially if you're in a hurry and are trying to literally grab fast food. The biggest issue I have with this location is the fact the traffic backs up into 249 causing major traffic issues. I cannot imagine how many accidents or near accidents occur here on a daily basis. I really do not understand the obsession with this place. First encounter is very tough to find parking and the drive thru is double stacked all the way around the building. Once I found a parking spot, I ordered after waiting in a short line. The cashier was pleasant, but seemed very nervous with the crowd. Got my drink order wrong since he was trying to hand out food to previous customers while taking my order. Food was OK. Got a spicy chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were under filled in the cardboard sleeve. Really only got 4-5 full sized waffle fries. Not sure I will be back. I ordered a catering tray through the chick fil a one app but it rejected it at the end so I called in. They answered right away and said the order hasn't gone through so I made the order again. When I got there an hour later to pick it up, they were PACKED. I figured it wouldn't matter since I was just picking up, went inside and went straight to the pick up line (helpfully under a pick up sign). There I waited nearly twenty minutes for someone to acknowledge me. They were fully staffed but no one even looked at me as I waited at the pick up register. Finally I grabbed someone after they dropped off someone's milkshakes. They went to the register and poked around on it before walking away and coming back. They said it was already paid for and asked me to sign. So I then asked "so my online order did go through?" And she shrugged and handed me the receipt. The last 4 on the receipt matched my card so at least I wasn't taking someone's order. Then I wait another 15 minutes for my order. Keep in mind I had ordered over an hour ago by this point for it to be ready for pick up twenty minutes ago. NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGES ME AGAIN. the manager is even talking to a lead person about their vacation right next to me and they're both ignoring my gesturing to get their attention. I have heard a lot of people praise chick fil-a and I couldn't agree more! If I can choose any fast good restaurant, it would be this one and I am happy to start my reviews with Chick Fil-A. Of course, there aren't any fancy and extraordinary dishes served at any fast food restaurant so ordering the 12 nuggets meal isn't a big surprise. My food was hot and the chicken was juicy! In my opinion, this proves that this chain is the best....and who can forget about their special fries? All natural potato!! Who can complain?! To finish off, I ordered a small strawberry milkshake for the road and it's addicting!! I will be making regular trips to any chick fil-a restaurant wherever and whenever I go! Hey y'all! I went to Chick-fil-A today because I was craving their lemonade. I had also heard good things about their Mac and cheese, and wanted to try it out. I ordered a 12 count nugget combo with Mac and cheese as my side (I'm not the biggest fan of CFA's fries, they could be cooked a little longer IMO) with a large lemonade. I also got a large sweet tea, because I find that drinking the sweet tea warms up my taste buds before drinking their super tart lemonade. It cuts some of the acidity, and works really well as an Arnold Palmer drink. The nuggets were good. I have called out CFA in the past for being pricey for what you get portion wise. However, I will say one thing in their defense. In terms of their chicken meat quality, you do get what you pay for, so props for that. For a fast food restaurant, their Mac and cheese is pretty good. The cheese sauce is a creamy sauce, but it's not runny. It sticks to the pasta, which is a thicker and larger macaroni, very nicely. For my taste, I would have added a little extra salt and pepper, but that's just personal preference. Now to the drinks. Keep in mind that I got this order while Texas is still recovering from their Winter Storm of 2021. The CFA location that I went to didn't have any ice, probably because of some water boil notice that is still in effect. I will give them grace for that, being a HTX native. That being said, I would recommend that CFA should store the already made tea in the walk-in refrigerator until ready to use. I know from having worked at that exact location that CFA uses that practice for their lemonade, which was cold enough in my cup that it didn't need a lot of ice. But the sweet tea did have a notable difference in taste when it wasn't cold. That is my only issue with the experience, and I wanted to offer a potential solution for times of crisis. Other than that, the experience was on par with CFA standards. I'll give you a 4 out of 5 star review. read more

I've recently moved to the area and this location is to closer to my house so I've been coming to this one however it's always missing food , cold food or a food safety issue so long story short yesterday morning I went through the drive thru for breakfast and as I was waiting for my order I noticed another vehicle pull up beside me and they called the drive thru attendant over and handed them two bags I heard the attendant tell the cashier that thd customer said that's not what they ordered well I'm watching them literally re-bag the food and come to my window saying order for Nikki ? I said didn't you just get that food from that vehicle the attendant says yes but we re-bagged it. I then told them not I don't want that I want y'all to remake my order that's disgusting and not only that's a food safety issue the guy told me to pull up and they will bring the order out well less then 2 minutes or so they bring me two bags I was so pissed and was in a rush I just threw those food away I didn't trust that they remade my food that fast....
