What can I say about Chick-fil-A. I like to rhyme when I've got the time. Chick-fil-A is of course what you would expect they serve Chick-fil-A. I'm on a low carb diet so frequently I will just come in an order for Chick-fil-A with no bread. It comes served up piping hot in an aluminum packet, or pocket, or envelope I don't know what you call it. But I get that and then I get a large iced tea with no sugar. Which you have to order as an unsweet tea, and I've never been able to quite figure that out. In my mind you could order tea and then you could order a sweet tea that would be a modified tea, but this is the south and sweet tea is therefore for the norm, so you have to order unsweet tea. The best part of Chick-fil-A is the help, these guys make you want to come to Chick-fil-A. They've always got a smile and they are just so eager to serve you it's crazy. This is probably the best fast food restaurant I ever been to. Hot, fast, and fresh food. Never had a bad experience at this place. The staff is always really friendly. I was pleasantly surprise the first time I went there. I was so used to the crappy customer service from places like McDonald's and popeyes, I didn't know fast food places could have great customer service like the one at chick-fil-a. The staff is always friendly, the service is fast and the restaurant is always clean. Other fast food places should learn a few things from Chick-fil-a. The only negative would be that it gets a little crowded, especially during lunch, but that should let you know how popular and good it is. My favorite is the #4 spicy chicken sandwich, the chicken is always hot and juicy. The waffle fries are always hot and crisp, not cold and soggy like at McDonald's. everytime i come to this location, they always get my order WRONG. it's soo annoying, because i get home and our whole order is wrong, plus we ask for sauces and there's only 1. i've even started to look in the bag when i leave the line and have to turn to "park" to tell them the order is wrong. i've worked for chick-fil-a for 5 years as a team leader, and y'all's order accuracy SUCKS. also, almost every single time i come, the person that takes my order is either distracted by talking to others and or has attitude, if you don't like your job quit. the only thing okay about this location is SOS. smh. read more

I love this location has phenomenal service. Even when they ran their free lunch tuesdays, while absolutely overrun, they still provided the highest quality service of any fast food chain. watched a drive thru attendant laugh with one car for however long it took for about 6 cars to pass by in the next lane. the other lane was completely empty when two separate workers came to finish her's off & i felt so bad for them as i realized it was not just a chatty customer but instead a chatty worker, victoria, who had her ipad tucked between her arms majority of the time. not sure this is the job for those who prolong conversations standing outside someone's car late at night while it's 49 degrees out but clearly, victoria does not get cold. read more

Wallisville location has gotten super stingy with their sauces! We got 2 chicken strip meals, 2 chicken sandwich meals, and 1 chicken nugget meal, all asked for cfa sauce and they only gave us 3... make that make sense. next time I'll be asking for extreme amounts. read more

I was extremely disappointed in my last visit to this location. Normally this is the only location I frequent because the customer service is outstanding, and my food is never short of amazing. Unfortunately my last visit was awful! Not only was my cashier very rude and snippy, but I had hair in my food. When I took the order back to the counter the cashier took the hair out of my food and looked at my hair questioning if it was my own hair! I enjoy the food and atmosphere of Chic-fil-a so much that I didn't even ask for a refund or make a big deal of the situation, instead I just asked for a new order. This place is usually packed all of the time at lunch and they are generally pretty fast. My issue with this particular location was that they forgot an item (cookie) on my previous order. I didn't have time to deal with it once I got back to work because I only get 30 minutes for lunch. In my mind I was a little disappointed but thought I'll just let them know that next time I go. I will admit it was my fault that I couldn't fit my receipt but they treated me like I was lying and trying to get free food!! Which in reality I PAID for an item I never received. So thanks Chic-fil-a for taking my money and treating me poorly for YOUR MISTAKE. Maybe it's their policy which is understandable but don't treat me wrong when YOU are the one who got my order wrong.
