I haven't been here in awhile but the broccoli soup is still delicious. The agave lemonade was delicious. Service was good. Our only complaint was the ice machine and lemonade dispenser had issues and it's not long before the dispenser will not work properly. The ambiance is casual and like many places now it wasn't busy at all. I want to go back to try other soups and salads that are new to me. It's adequate, but has some concerns. I was in the area and needed food late one evening. The inside was cold and draft to the point where my group walked around to find the least frigid spot to sit. The cashier told us to put the numbered flags on our tables and someone would bring out our food. That never happened and we eventually saw our food just sitting on a counter. The cashier also offered my a couple choices of sides with my combo, but it wasn't what the menu reflected. In the end, I didn't even get what I asked for. I'm giving 3 vs 2 staes because the food itself was actually good. Both salad and sandwich were tasty and hit the spot. My colleagues loved their cookies and dinners too. Food: Dozen Pack Bagels Service/Atmosphere: The absolute WORST service I have ever experienced at a Panera! I'm very easy to please BUT treat me with KINDNESS, RESPECT and DIGNITY!!! I placed an online order which was delivered unlike ever before. Usually, my bagels will be placed in several bags (sweet separated from savory) inside of a larger bag. Not today, my bagels were all thrown together in a large bag. If your customers are ordering from your store, you should take the time to ensure accuracy and safety. A person can easily stick their hand in the bag and touch my bagels. Common sense would tell you to package the items so they are not exposed. I requested my bagels be sliced because I place them in Ziploc bags before freezing them. I order my bagels once a month and freeze them for easy storing and use as needed. Less than half of the bagels were sliced yet, it was my fault???!!! Again, once a month I order basically the same kind of bagels and ALWAYS sliced. The "manager" was on the defense immediately and blaming me for the error. Despite me telling her that I know how I placed my order and maybe their system made a mistake, she denied. She was going on and on demonstrating pure frustration. I stopped her and told her that the first thing she was supposed to do as a "manager" was to apologize to me for the inconvenience they caused. I has to stop working, leave my house and drive to Panera to fix this issue. The one type of bagel that I really wanted, they failed to put it in my bag. I ordered and has to pay for my everything bagel. I was thrilled when Panera opened near my home. No matter where I travel to, I will find a Panera to visit and work from. I used to come to this location, have breakfast, work and later have lunch before going home. I have held meetings here (yes, I'm still parked in their lot getting this review together). I've spent plenty of time and money at this location alone. I would do the same thing at another Panera before moving in this area. I noticed the ratings have dropped which means management is problematic. It's time to revamp, get rid of the cancerous cells and put new and healthy cells in. Time to rebuild. Ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich, found out it wasn't even a bagel, it was just an Asiago covered bread bun. Funny when a bagel is no longer a bagel. I had to write that while the food was ok, I wasn't excited to come back again. The wait time was 45 mins for a soup,grilled cheese and a flatbread. The people who came after us got all their food before us I was immediately annoyed and shocked because we only have 3 food items. The employees were rushing and telling the new people who were coming in as we waited that they were closing early and they can only order take out in a rude manner. No good customer service. After finally getting my food the grilled cheese was horrible looking didn't look like the advertisement at all it looked microwaved not one sign of it being cooked. The cheese wasn't melted it was thick and the bread wasn't cooked. Don't go to this Panera. My order was missing a whole pizza so I called the manager the solve the issue. Manager kept referring to my mother who picked up the order as "the driver" and told me to take it up with the driver. He kept shifting the blame on us instead of making it right. When I told him that I'll send back what he gave me for a full refund, he said he'll correct our missing order. Now my mother has to drive 20 minutes back again to pick up their mistake. I go twice a month on average to Panera Bread for their asiago bagel with over easy egg, sausage, and a chocolate croissant. Today I decided it may be the last time I go to Panera. They discontinued any item with over-easy eggs, the sausage was small and thin, and the chocolate croissant was dry with a big hole in the middle where the chocolate filling was expected to be. For the two of us, we paid $30. Not only did they cut corners, the price went up. You would be lucky to get hot coffee that has not run out and need to ask someone from the counter to refill it. read more

Went in today hoping to get a good lunch. I went into the establishment and no one greeted me. I stood at the register and waited for someone to help me. Finally one of the girls was like FedEx is at the register, the girl she told this too ducked her teeth like she didn't want to help me and so another girl came to help me. After that they would still make me pay for their tropical tea or kitchen sink cookie at a whopping $3-$4 bucks. Offered no type of compensation for the amount of time wasted here. Its the closest location to me but Ill make the extra drive for the gray street location. Steer clear of wallisville location and they only had two people working. So i ordered by 9:50 a $48 order only to not get my order by the time they said which was 10:24-10:34. By 10:36 I call Panera because I originally ordered through the website and received my "track my order" and confirmation from Panera's website directly and somehow they made it my fault. They tell me that their deliveries are through door dash and they told the door dasher to call me because they were out of the soufflé And the tomato basil salad I wanted and he left only to return 10 min later with another order. I don't understand how they couldn't call me when I ordered through their website and I am on serious meds so I can't drive and get my order. It's literally within a mile. I visited this location because of a recent [pay] invitation to a tasting. It was $5 a person, but I was still a bit insulted. Maybe that's my Elite spoiled Yelper mentality... It was stressed that tasters may visit the table only once and obtain only one of the 5 items that were available. Oh, and tasters had to pay for their own drinks if something more than 2 ounces of frozen lemonade was desired. Needless to say: I want my $5 back. The food was a bit of a bore and there was no sort of distinction between regular diners and tasters. I don't know that out of the corn soup, new flat breads, salad, and rhubarb cake I will return to purchase any of those items. There was nothing that stood out about the taste. On the other hand, my poor food quality and availability experiences with Panera may have also led to a very bad taste in my mouth that overrides the tastes of any food they present to me. Cashier forgot to add a drink, ordered a frozen lemonade which we never got until the end when we were done with our food, staff looks like they don't want to be there, when I stood up 3 times to keep asking for things they forgot they kept looking at me like I was the one being annoying. I honestly don't understand why this location is negatively reviewed. I come here frequently (once a week for sure) for salads only and I've never had a problem. If something wasn't available, the staff has been friendly and talked to me about it. I order through the app and customize my salad how I want it. It's true I customize my order but what is the point of eating food if I won't eat it the way I like? They even repeat my order back to me and it is still WRONG. Busy day of working, working out & running errands. Handling business on the phone, I go through the drive thru & order a Green Goddess Cobb Salad. Take the bag, Drive home, still handling business. Trying to get home to make sure that I eat before 8:00. Get home & find out its a whole salad with NO CHICKEN! I call several times & no one answers the phone. I drove all the way back & have to sit in the drive tru to get to the window. Yep the guy the issue & he says, we can't take the salad back, so we'll make you a fresh one. I wait about 7 minutes, I'm timing because it's past 7:45 now. Then the young lady comes to the window, we can just give you some cut up chicken in a cup.
